A very good place to buy tires the price of tires are great a short time for the tires to arrive and it didn't take long to have all four tiers replaced and out the door in a very short time if your looking for new tires I highly recommend you go get a price or stop in by them. Came in to have tires mounted at a very reasonable price and WON a snowblower. Told my PT in Chippewa and he also had a great experience with them. He was stranded out on the highway with a camper that a bearing went out on. He was also pleased with the service and especially the cost!

My Dad was driving us back to Neillsville when he realized we had a bad tire that was quickly flattening. Luckily, we were very close to Withee Tire. A man came out and checked the tire and quickly found a small little black rock with a sharp edge. Sharp enough to pierce through our almost brand new tires. They fixed the hole, and we had a nice chat with one of the owners. They had snacks, chips, sodas, etc. 30 some dollars later, we were out the door!! Thank you again for your service!! My chihuahua has nothing to do with it he is just adorable to look at 🤣

I had just started out on an 1,000 mile trip home when I realized that my driver side rear tire pressure was low. I was in Thorpe. Several people recommended Withee Tire. I called Mike and he said he could take care of it. I brought in my Tesla, the first one he had ever worked on. He asked a couple questions, then went right to work and got me out quickly.Thanks Mike! You may have just been doing your job, but I appreciate it.

I only go for oil changes and car wash. Oil changes are reasonably priced. And new car wash works good. And it's close to my home. And I'm waiting for the new pet was to open thair.

we just had 4 bean new tires installed on our car and had a oil change done and wanted an alignment. When we picked up our car they told is that they didn't have the software to do the alignment and charged us $5 per tire for disposal even though we got 4 new tires at $138.00 a piece. we would have went someplace else if we would have known it was gonna be this way

I would recommend this place to anyone. My experience with this company was above and beyond my expectations. My car broke down on the interstate and this company was more than accommodating in helping my family get to our destination. A huge thank you to the mechanic, Kevin. He worked around the clock over the holiday weekend to fix my car. I give this business 5+ stars.

Great shop. Got a flat on the highway near their shop and they sent someone right away with a new tire for me and changed it! With that kind of service I was ready to pay an arm and a leg but, to my pleasant surprise, it was cheap and well worth it! This shop is kind, professional, and goes up and beyond. This business does not stand behind their work nor damage they inflict! Be cautious and/or avoid.My complaint originated with a service for new tires which was scheduled and completed on September 16, 2020. I originally called Withee Tire for a price comparison on new tires for my 2018 Ford F-150 with 50,000 miles.The service was completed in a timely manner however the problems started immediately as I pulled away from the shop as all 4 of the tire pressure sensors were alarming on low tire pressure, I pulled forward, exited the truck, and flagged down a technician. After some YouTube videos and 20 minutes, all of the sensors were reset and I was on the road. It was frustrating that this was not noted at the time the truck was pulled out of the shop and the fact that it was returned in this condition was strange to say the least. Upon returning home and hooking up our camper for a long weekend trip (which I’m now in a rush to get down the road) I noticed one of the wheels had several chips in the chrome finish on the outer lip of the wheel (where the tire would meet the wheel), upon further inspection I noted that all 4 of the wheels had several chips around each. I immediately called the tire shop and spoke with the manager indicating what I had observed and he requested I stop in so they can confirm what I was describing; I told him I was pushed for time as we needed to depart for our trip and I would stop in on the following Monday (the service was performed on Wednesday). It’s worth noting at this point I was not given any indication a visit on Monday would be an issue as they promised to make it right once they were able to confirm the damage (worth noting as this becomes a point of contention later).Long story short and a character limit, over the next 3 months and no less than 12 calls we discussed options on how to repair the damaged wheels. I wanted to be reasonable and wasn’t pushing for full replacement but I did want the factory wheels to look as close to a “new” condition as possible, certainly in the condition they were when I arrived; I didn’t think that was out of line. A quick search confirmed the OEM wheels are $700 each and similar aftermarket are $450. It was a mistake not to push for full replacement at this point. The shop manager offered a few suggestions but nothing ended up being a good solution.Every time I’d talk with the shop manager he’d ask, “what do you want” to which I’d respond “I want my wheels to look like they did when I brought my truck in”, obviously too vague however I was still trying to find a reasonable solution. So we continued to bounce ideas and I continued to call to see what other options existed. Once it became evident there was not easy or cost effective solution I called and our last exchange was my request for $750 to cover the damage as it will likely impact my trade-in or resale value. I believe the exact response was “that ain’t gonna happen”. In exchange, he offered a $200 in-store credit which I found laughable given it’s their shop that damaged my vehicle in the first place now I’m supposed to go there for some other service or goods? I’m not comfortable with that offer. To further add insult was the comment made by the manager that because I didn’t return the truck the same day the service was completed they couldn’t confirm I didn’t do the damage on my own! Really? You mean beat the hell out of a truck that’s less than 2 years old and some how damage each wheel in a similar way without any other damage present? And the final middle finger I got was the comment that it couldn’t have been that important to me if I couldn’t have returned the same day to have the truck inspected! Possibly a fair point but I hadn’t been given any indication it would be an issue or I certainly would have.STAY AWAY!!!

I was on a roadtrip and ended up with a flat tire, I was able to call and get my tire fixed in about 30 minutes and get back on the road. They were super polite, helpful, and very reasonably priced. Totally recommend!

I've had work done here 2 times and would recommend them to all. The prices r great. I paid less than I thought I would... Wow... The 1st time I had a flat and they came to me, took my tire to the shop,fixed it, and brought it back to me. That's some serious customer service. Super friendly too.👍👍

My boyfriend worked there and was treated very poorly. They refuse to give him his last check because they feel "He doesn't deserve it." While I was returning his uniforms the receptionist decided to bad mouth him to me, extremely unprofessional! They had also hired a friend of mine and had him work for half a day and then sent him home. They would tell him to come in one day and then later tell him not too. This went on for 2-3 weeks without him working a single day. Employment is very unpredictable and unreliable. I wouldn't recommend this place for employment or service.

Good genuinely honest people work here! Long story short was on my way from green bay to visit family in st paul and about halfway there my CV axle started coming loose on the highway. Closest repair shop was witthe llc so I called and told them the situation. They said they could help me imediatly and even offered a tow. Upon arriving a technician had my car on the a lift and personally showed me the problem within 5 minutes. He told me what needed to be done and what it would cost to repair. Even though I told them I was willing to pay them to do the repairs, I ended up having to pay nothing because after he showed me what was wrong. I also told him I could fix it myself so they allowed me to borrow the tools. I was back on the road in less than an hour and made it to st paul safely. It just goes to show, Withee Llc is not out to take advantage of the avarage person that has no other option because their car breaks down just to make an extra buck. Sadly most auto repair shops do these days. If I lived in this town I would trust them to work on my car or truck any given day and I recommend them to anyone that does.

Got some new tires here. Thought they charged me too much so I checked with TJ's tire service. I could have saved $50 per tire by going to TJ's. I will definitely not be back.

Not impressed with my tire alignment!! I had my F150 aligned and it drove worse than it had so i took it back and then it drove ok but set high on the one side a while later i discovered the sway bar linkage was disconnected!! Seriously that is an alignment!! Ill avoid those guys!!
