This place always gets me exactly what I need. For instance, today I wanted to buy flowers for my veterinarian who put my dog to sleep for my yesterday. Her name was Sunshine, hence the sunflower. I picked out the dog statue, and they built this arrangement around it. So perfect. Thank you for little ray of sunshine that I needed today!

The shop was nice and appeared clean, but the pre-made floral arrangements were incredibly overpriced. When checking out with my purchase, I requested the arrangement be wrapped to protect it from cold outdoor temperatures, wind, and traveling. The lady who checked me out rudely declined my request, stating that the air temperature in the cooler was colder than the outside air temperature. For the exorbitant price I paid for the arrangement, I don't think it was inappropriate to request it be wrapped. Will never shop their again.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful products!! I tried Wisconsin Rapids Floral primarily due to their location being so close to my house & found that they are amazing! I ordered corsages & boutonnieres for my son & daughter as well as a couple they were going to Prom with. The arrangements turned out perfect & were exactly what I ordered!! The best part was the cost wasn't as outrageous as other places I called or looked at online. And I would like to add that the flowers lasted all through their dance. Win-Win all the way around!! I will definitely be using Wisconsin Rapids Floral for future floral/gift needs!!

Casey at Rapids Floral was so so wonderful to work with for our wedding!! Our flowers turned out stunning. I went to her asking for a wildflower mix (I’m not very picky but I still had a vision) and she put together the most stunning bouquet for my wedding day. We also bought buckets of loose flowers to make centerpieces ourselves - she gave me a great mix and the perfect amount based on how many centerpieces I was making. I also had her make boutonnières and a hairpiece for me. She was so organized, professional, timely, and friendly throughout the whole process. We told everyone about them! Thankyou for all your help on our big day!!

I ordered some flowers for my great-grandfather's grave and they couldn't have been more helpful, easy to work with, and accommodating, not to mention reasonably priced. I love this shop! I have ordered flowers several times and had a great experience. Recently, I saw some photos on Facebook of several Christmas displays. I saw the perfect additions to my Christmas decor and called them to see if there was any way they could help me get them. The designer I spoke with found exactly what I was looking for, took care of the transaction over the phone, and made it so easy to do my shopping safely and easily. And the prices were great. Will definitely shop again!

Casey did an amazing job on our wedding flowers, and they turned out better than we had imagined! She was also able to get them to the venue earlier than we had planned to meet our photographers needs. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for any future flower needs.

I called to place an order for delivery, which went very well. I am from out of town and spoke to Casey, who was delightful. She got the order together and it was delivered in a timely manner. The recipient sent a picture along with a thank you message in text form. Sadly, I (we) were disappointed with what we saw. I'd ordered a vase of fall colored flowers in a certain amount. What was pictured was a vase with a few flowers in it with a little pumpkin figurine next to it. It certainly didn't look like a value for what we spent, nor was it what we had in mind. However, Casey was so wonderful, I'd probably try them again.

Ordered flowers for daughter’s birthday.... I told florist to deliver to bank that moved .... I’m not from area and didn’t know where the new bank location was, just where old one was. The lady on phone says “ I know which one it is , your good” I said ok and placed order. 5 hours later daughter haven’t received..... I had to ruin surprise to find that out): called florist and ask if was delivered.... she says “delivered this morning “ it’s now 2:15 pm. I tell her never received..... she says delivered to the bank I SAID TO DELIVER TO,—- I have no idea where it went. 🤷‍♀️ Well, I said my daughter doesn’t work there and never received them.... wrong bank, they never asked if she worked there and just dropped off.... I was concerned..... well..... soon I get a call back and she says “they were still on truck, (for 4 hours) and would be delivered, and implied it was MY FAULT the wrong location, when I had no idea there was two banks and NEVER said to deliver to that bank..... I’m very disappointed that they never called to get information as to were to deliver it , and never got it to my daughter in a timely fashion, and most of all blames me for wrong address.... the lady who took order said knew where to go🤷‍♀️ I’ve never ordered flowers from anywhere in this town but, I definitely would NEVER GO HERE!!! customer is obviously..... wrong in their eyes... not to mention rude to me in the end!!!

We were beyond disappointed with the flowers we ordered for our father’s funeral. We had a very Simple but specific request and vision with pictures to refer to. The Calla Lily’s turned brown from the evening of the wake to the morning of the funeral - less than 24 hours, and they were stored properly. We also found that she substituted artificially flowers without our knowledge or permission. The owner was a tad defensive when I called about our unhappiness.
