Stopped by this Walgreens to pick a covid testand some sick supplies for my parents. The cashier was so freaked out by the covid test they forgot to tell me my total. When my parents opened it up one of the tests was already used, thankfully it was negative. Everything else I bought seems to be untainted.

Shelves were very understocked, store is in need of repair and dirty, staff not helpful at all. Compared to other Walgreens I've been at, very disappointed.

Up until the last 2 months I never had an issue at this pharmacy. There have been very rude younger staff working recently having an attitude. Last month I went in to get a prescription on file filled they said I filled it and had to call my insurance. I never filled it. I asked her to look into it. She snapped back I told you to call insurance.I call my insurance they said I had to call the pharmacy. My insurance said they accidentally filled it and reversed it and they just have to rerun it. Hours wasted on the phone and in person when she could have just tried.I call again this month waiting a long time. I ask to fill the script and said I had to wait due to less days in February. I asked her to puke it through since I had a hard time getting through. The girl snapped back our Phones have been broken a month and a half and I already told you I would. First of all you never said that and second of all I didn’t know your phones were broken. She needs to learn respect and how to talk to people!!! If the phones are broken why aren’t they being fixed? Might be time to switch pharmacies if I am going to be treated like a piece of S**t!!! Unacceptable business practice and should be talked to!!! Wisc Rapids

They will not answer their phones. Either a busy signal or you get put on hold...maybe. I've been hung up on so many times I've lost count. Used online chat with corporate and their answer to everything is "call your local store" so that's a dead end.This used to be a great location, but they have some serious issues on the customer service end of things.It's so bad that I actually prefer using my insurance mail-order service, and they're terrible. But for someone who is immediately sick, I would suggest using any other pharmacy in town, if you can.Edit: Now they're getting worse. They have problems, not calling insurance when they say they will, "losing" a prescription that was just there yesterday, not understanding how to do an override when the mail order pharmacy told them they were the ones who needed to do the override. My wife is diabetic and she hasn't been able to get her prescription. It's been a week and a half since we originally tried to get the refill, and now she's been unable to take her scheduled dose for a week.Thanks, Walgreens #9009!

There was a very nice woman with an accent who helped me pick out some acne treatments. She went above and beyond to help me out. Her customer service skills were great and I feel confident in saying that was one of the best customerexperiences I had.

Needed a prescription filled at 9pm on a Saturday night. The staff on the phone were very helpful and pleasant and when I came to pick it up the pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions cheerfully and helpfully. Even though I could tell he had alot of orders to fill. Thanks!

Christian the pharmacist is amazing! My doctor never sent in the prescriptions and we had a 40 minute drive and he handled it with a phone call! Also gave me a good rx discount from his personal phone! Amazing guy.

Ordered four photos off their website and went in to pick them up ... waited fifteen minutes at the photo counter and no one waited on me. So I left and came back later ... this time I got waited on in a timely manner but I got home and looked at my photos and three were right and then I had a random photo of a mom and daughter ..... so my picture of my three children is now in some strangers hands and I have a picture of strangers. So I no longer trust them at all that is a major privacy error.

Absolutely awful service. The phone line routinely goes down for weeks on end. So when the app directs you to call because they're "out of stock" of your prescription, you can't actually call them and are forced to go there in person. If they have trouble filling a prescription, no one there can tell you why. If you ask 5 different people, you'll get 5 completely different answers.

Waited 20 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru since my mother needed a Covid Test. Having a large truck, I chose the second lane, before doing so I double checked with her and apparently she was never told that we needed to be in the window lane, there weren’t any signs. Got told we’d have to drive back around and wait in line all over again. It’s not that difficult to put out a sign or inform customers which lane to be in before they arrive. The woman working was crankier than hell, understandably so, Walgreens is nothing but a major headache.Update: The guy working the window lane was funny so that’s something, hope he has a great day.

Absolutely terrible service here. They usually do not answer the phone. If you opt to go inside for a prescription pickup you will likely wait in line for hours just to have an employee be rude/short with you when you get to the front of the line. They will call with a date to pickup by, but they have not held prescriptions until that date many of times (they put it back if you don’t get there within about 48 hours of the phone call even if they say they will hold for a week, etc.) The drive thru window is the best bet if you want to get out in less than an hour, they are still very short with customers in the drive thru too but it takes slightly less time. I do not recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

They need to hire more people. They rarely answer the phone. Slowest Walgreens drive-thru I've ever been to. They have two lanes, but only one person working the both of them.

Store close at 4:30 am due to staffing issues according to the makeshift sign on their door. The W. Rapids Walgreens has really taken a downhill slide in the last few years, which is too bad because there are a few workers there who are absolutely wonderful people. One of overnight pharmacists, Christian, is great. Hopefully it improves someday. For now though, 1 star.

Walgreens does a great job of meeting my prescription medication needs, but there is always such a long wait. Today I had a sick kid, the Dr called in the script and I waited in line to pick it up. Once I got to the counter after 15 minutes they said "ok we will start getting that ready for you. It should be 5-10 minutes." So now my sick child had to sit feeling aweful for our name to be called so we could get back in line to wait again.Also not pleased with their new rules on redeeming balance reward points. Only getting to use $5 of the rewards at a time really sucks.

A lady with long brown hair who was working today (April 13th, 2020) around 2:30 PM must’ve been having a terrible day because she was being extremely disrespectful. I came in to buy some cough medicine and soda for my ill grandmother and forgot my ID. So I had to go all the way back home to grab my ID. When I got back, this lady threw the cough medicine/ sprite down right in front of me and made a scene about how she was so upset because she had to return the items to the shelf because I mistakenly picked up new items due to a shift change. A simple misunderstanding. Not sure what her name was but she had a bad attitude.

I paid for photos that where said to be stolen. There was a mistake with in the photo department and two out of my seven where not scanned. I do not like how Josh the manager handled the situation and I am very upset with this store as this is not the only promblem I have had with them.

Called in a prescription at 10am and was told would be ready in a half hour for pick up.. stopped at 1230 to pick up and they tell me it's not ready come back in 30 mins... People have things to do which is why we call ahead... Lady just pushed me off. Terrible customer service.. will be going else where

Transferred 4 of my prescriptions to this Walgreens. They had them checked and ready for pick up within an hour of me calling to transfer them. Amazing customer service inside the building and outside the drive through pharmacy as well. Very well kept store and fabulous staff!

Wisconsin Rapids store needs help, according to person in the pharmacy, they are aways so busy you cannot expect any service. Hung up on 3 times trying to speak with someone and then told it is to much to expect a change in doctor to be noticed on a refill.

Came here one time only. My insurance has them as a preferred pharmacy. The three heffers behind the pharmacy counter, with their backs turned to the customers, ignoring anyone at the counter waiting for service, is why I would NEVER recommend this Wisconsin Rapids, WI Walgreens. Nor will I ever go there again. Forget my insurance preferred pharmacy. I will pay extra elsewhere. I went directly across the street to Daly Drug. Was in & out in less than 10 minutes, with friendly service. Unlike...Walgreens.

The good thing they got going is the 24 hour pharmacy. I think the store might be open too. Good selection and it's the only place I can buy Arizona tea in bulk.

I've been calling all morning and there is no answer, the phones just keep ringing and ringing. No automated messages, prompts or anything. If the phone system is down they should post something or another number to call. I understand it's the holidays but what's up with that.

Very rude workers behind the photo department. Getting attitude because my photo order wasnt ready for pick up because there was a delay and most of the time there's photos in my order that get cut wrong. Poor customer service.
