The store manager is a hot head and very rude. I filled tanks all winter there for years and he didn’t like a dolly I had on my tank and wouldn’t fill it all of the sudden. Do not recommend.EDIT in response to tractor supply- I did contact you and no one ever called me back.

I placed an online order for a pair of Muckboots and waited 7 days for them to be delivered to the store. They never contacted me that they had arrived.I had to search up my package via FedEx tracking, and they were at the store for 2 days. They need to work on their communication. 😡😡

Bought two live traps here, great quality! Still being used today with no issues! Staff was super understanding and able to listen. Too bad they didn't have coyote sized live traps to catch the yotes that terrorize my friend's farm. Definitely will be back next time I need baby chicks or traps!

I went into Tractor Supply at 745 PM. on a Tuesday to use their wash services only to be told it was closed. I called the week before to specifically ask what the washing station hours were, and the answer I received was "the same as the store hours." However, that is not the case. It is not good service, and this should be put on the website or informed when someone calls and asks about the pet washing hours.

I have shopped here from the day it opened. They are normally well stocked and have what I'm looking for. They have some items that other stores just do have. This is especially true with simple hydraulic parts.

Waited in the yard for more than 15 minutes for an employee to help when finished with another customer, they finished and completely ignored us. Went to the front for help, told to wait for another girl, she came up to help us but we had to wait for 7 customers to check out with her first because we are just not important. Finally manager comes to help her help us and they girl caused me to be charged for a kennel I wasn't even allowed to buy and now I have a $444 charge and nothing to show for it. Thanks for the worst customer service experience ever.

Ordered a kayak via rain check over the phone. Was told it could be up to 6 weeks to get in, I said “no problem, I’ll wait”. Called in 6 weeks later to check on the status and am told it was probably never ordered. I’ve always hated the customer service here. The workers always have such a bad attitude, even the managers on the phone.

I was very disappointed in the customer service of the two men I encountered. They were actually rude. The young woman that helped me was great, Alexis, I believe. She apologized for the behavior of the two men but I don't know that I will be spending any more of my hard earned money there. I have spent about four hundred dollars in the last thirty days and won't spend any more. Management needs to find employees that actually want to be at the job instead of acting like they are doing you a favor by answering a question.

I live in South Carolina. We have the same brands but your regular prices are higher than ours. Why, if you are a national chain store with identical products all made in the same place, would you prices vary so much depending where you live. I can get the exact three bags of feed and a bottle of fly spray at the three stores near me for $12 less than what I pay here, with no sales or discounts included. The same thing is a problem with online ordering. If I use the app and don't set a store, I get a message that says this price may vary by store. One of the biggest problem is that the Cedar Rapids Store in Wisconsin is the only store around. I come from a much bigger after and we have three stores within 15 minute drive but our prices are usually a dollar or more. To be aware and do nothing to help the people who are trying to care for the animals in your area, then this whole situation is morally and ethically wrong. A very disappointed customer.

Had what we went in for and priced reasonable. The problem was one checker and ten people in line a checkouts. The register operator was friendly but he had no relief in site. There were another ten customers behind us when we reached the register. Other employees walked by the checkouts and offered no help or call for anyone else.

Today was stellar! TSC had in stock plenty of trees and flowering shrubs, including hummingbird vines and hydrangeas. They also had little peeping chicks and I really appreciate how they have their chicks in a cage so they can't be handled by everyone. As always this store is spotless and is very put together.

I rated one because it wouldn't allow for less than that for the service we got from Matt! My mother received the most disgusting service while trying to get a propane refill. Not only did she wait over 30 mins for a refill, she had to ask twice and other customers who came after her were helped before her. To add insult, my mom's property was also mistreated. When I called to ask who treated my mother so badly, I was surprised to find out it was Matt, the manager. This is appalling behavior for someone who oversees others. Through his service, he proved to be unsuitable for a manager position and to work in customer service related jobs.

It's got high prices, but for us it's closer then farm and fleet or fleet farm both are about an hour drive. It's nothing spectacular. It's just a tractor supply store. I do love when they get the chicks in ... I love watching them! Hehehe

Called them looking for a belt for my mower. They had to order it. Drove down when the belt came in and was told they sold it before I got there. I was upset and asked what they would do to make it right and the manager said "I don't know, what do you want me to do about it?" I left and never returned after that.
