I'm from out of state and due to some unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to return home when I had expected. Because of this, my Molly missed her regular grooming at home and she was so hot and miserable. I called/messaged everyone in the Stevens Point area and either they weren't taking new clients or they were booked till at least September. I posted on FB looking for anyone who could help Molly and these ladies stepped up and offered to assist. :) They were so friendly and easy to work with! As you can see, they did a great job! Molly looks adorable and most importantly, she's so much more comfortable now with all that fur taken off. They have a cute shop and the prices are very fair. I definitely recommend this business! Thank you ladies! It was a pleasure meeting you and Royal!

We wanted to get Maggie, our 9 year old Golden Retriever, groomed and all cleaned up before we took her out of town for Memorial Day weekend. Not only did The Collar Club get in her in before we were leaving, they took tremendous care of her. We weren't sure if Maggie should be shaved or just trimmed. Her fur is very think and she gets matted around the ears and sometimes hot spots. The Collar Club found 40 ticks on our poor girl! I'll be calling the vet today to get a different kind of tick medicine as the one we are using is not working. The Collar Club called me to let me know about the ticks and we discussed the best course of action was to shave her. This took a very long time and wore our girl out. The owners of The Collar Club are compassionate, knowledgeable, and just overall friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.

Just had my Newfydoodle there for a grooming. Even though he had to get shaved due to matting my dog Buddy greeted me with happiness. Prior to this visit my dog has been at 3 different Groomers and he has gave us attitude even pouting for a few days after each visit. So I would recommend Katie and Nina to anyone the are great people and seem to actually care for dogs and there owners. I will continue to use them from now on for Buddy’s grooming needs. Thank you guys hope your business continues to be successful.

We had our 3 dogs at the Collar Club over the weekend. It was their 1st time staying overnight in a kennel. Everyone there is so caring. My dogs were happy when I dropped them off ( they had been there before for 1 day of daycare) and they were happy when I picked them up. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Walked in and the vibe of the place was professional and welcoming at the same time. Great customer service! They even called me to let me know how our fur baby was doing mid appointment. I am very impressed and happy that we found our forever groomer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely the only place I’ll trust with my animals. Took my dog in (Bentley), and just for a simple groom and nail trim, he looked so handsome after! He had the biggest smile coming in and leaving, while the place is so welcoming there’s even a wall of toys to browse. *also for a kennel and grooming, did not smell a thing* 5 stars in my book

For kennel and grooming the place is clean and no odor. very welcoming environment not only for the fur babies but for their humans aswell. staff is very friendly. won’t take my fur babies anywhere else!!
