Best store. If they don't have it in your color or style they will order it for you. I saved 59 bucks yesterday on two pairs of shoes. The manager for the weekend is Tina. She's kind of a nerd and needs friends but other than that I guess she's absolutely so so.

Could use better selection of comfortable shoes should have some Nikes if you got Steph Curry Under Armor shoes , nikes are more comfortable honestly kinda feels like a Walmart shoe area without under armor steph Currys lol , want pumas and shaqs go to Walmart same price basically lol yall are basically selling Walmart shoes , give customers shoes that will bring them in.

I needed water shoes to go fishing with. They had a few nice looking,selections but I have wide feet, so bought mens.I love them! They grip on rocks much better than I thought they would. The friendly, helpful staff are always right there to show you what they have if you tell them what you're looking for, but aren't pushy. So happy we have then in town!

Despite the reviews that had been left, we still went to Shoe Sensations after having gone to Rogan’s and being let down greatly with no selection and unknowledgeable staff. Having medical issues, I was ecstatic to find a very knowledgeable young lady working at Shoe Sensations who understood both our medical needs for our feet and were able to help us find exactly what we needed. Shoe Sensations has now gained 2 more loyal customers. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this store

The cashier here was wonderful. He greeted me promptly, let me shop in peace, but jumped at the chance to help me when I asked for help. He provided excellent customer service. The selection is about what you'd expect, though lacking in wide widths. I would, overall, recommend Shoe Sensation to friends in need of footwear.

My 6 year old had to use the bathroom. The lady came rushing over to the bathroom door saying we weren't aloud to use it. A child.. not aloud to use the bathroom. I won't ever spend my money there again.

Went there for a pair of sneakers. I would have rated it higher. I haven't been to an exclusively shoe only store before, but I was expecting personal service to help me select the proper shoes for me.I found what I wanted after some time I think. It would have been nice not to be finger pointed to the area.

I've had good and bad experiences. At one time I returned a pair of Catipiler boots and was given an attitude by the manager. When I told her that I had contacted the company and they told me that any authorized retailer selling their brand should take a return and issue a full refund, she made it seem like it was my fault that she had to eat the loss. I also went there 2 days ago and when I asked about the pair of boots that was on sale and clearance on top of that I asked if there was a special reason and if that was the only ones they had I was told no by both the manager and another employee. I said great is there another pair in a smaller size, they both told me no they're on clearance because they're last year's stock, completely defeating what they had just told me. I did get a great price on that pair that day, however I've looked on Amazon and other retailers around point and Wausau, Shoe Sensation is about 10 to 20 dollars more depending on item.

We had lots of questions and the only worker we could find seemed very annoyed with us. We finally found what we needed for my husband... sketchers nonskid memory foam work shoes ... we checked out and again we felt like we were bothering the cashiers. I dont think I will ever go back for shoes for myself and now that we know which ones my husband likes we will probably just order online or at the sketchers outlet store in Johnson creek.

I went into shoe sensation today with 2 of my very small cranky children already past their nap time... needing to get these items purchased so I had to get it done today. The girls had cookies sitting out for the customers and I let the kids each have one-big mistake, they both had cookie crumbs up and down each isle! I tried to pick up the mess, but the girls insisted they took care of it. We appreciate the amazing customer service and understanding!

Hit or miss. I used to like to get Doc Martens here but they no longer carry the style I like. You can find some great deals here, or not find one shoe you like. It's worth checking out, before you have to go out of town for more variety and consistent stock.They do have a nice variety of sandals.

Edit: Turns out their system was down and they did not realize but they called me right away when it came back up so I fixed my rating.Wanted to exchange my shoes for a different size but I didn’t have the receipt. So they look up my phone number that I’ve given them multiple times and also give them my name and can’t find anything. They tell me there is nothing they can do, so what’s the point in giving them your phone number? Now I’m stuck with the wrong size shoe.

Went in to look for hey dudes for the family and the lady seemed very annoyed with my 3 year old from a single interaction. We walked past the counter and my son tried to hang on the side as little boys do. The scowl on her face when she spoke to my son made us leave. We won't be going back.

Was not greeted when I came in the store. Never was asked if we needed help with anything and when I asked if they had more sizes of the shoe I was looking at the response was no we don't have extra other than what's on the shelf as she kept walking. Just got the feeling like customers are a bother to the employees

Poor customer service. If I treated a customer like I was treated and spoken to today at this place, I would have been walked out. I even had to go back to exchange shoe size and the lazy employee couldn't even look at me. The big lazy wench hid in back of store. I will be notifying the owner of this store.

After living in California for a very long time, and having my choice in almost any clothes or shoes, I would suggest this place for a small town. Very good, a lot of choices, good employees. Being a shoe contesture myself, I would suggest it to a friend.

Great shoe shop with personal service and good quality shoes.The shop assistants and manageress actually talk to you and help you get the right sort of shoe for your needs. Since this shop opened, we haven't bought shoes anywhere else!

They have alot of shoes there from varing manufacturers etc... if you like nike or under armor this is the place for you. However durring an adidas promo looking for my next pair of shoes (i like adidas) there were but only 4 pairs of the brands shoes. I was floored because the worker (worth 5 stars) said that thats how these things goI was hoping to find more kinds and colors of adidas shoes other than black or black with grey. Hopefully they get better selections so that when an addidas connoisseur will find more pairs of shoes or socks or backpacks (only drawstring bags in girls section btw and i think they are gender neutral black)Sorry for the rant lol but if you're looking for Adidas go to shopko lol

Obviously I have been exercising more lately & my feet were very sore. Turns out my Tennis Shoes were 4 years old! The Manager Kim, At Shoe Sensation, measured my feet, they are wide....and set me up with two New Pair of Asics and almost immediately the pain was gone. She also helped me pick out shoes for Raelea too. I will be back in the next month to buy a couple of more pairs of tennis to take advantage of the BOGO 50% off. Today Shoe Sensation... Kim earned my business for life! Shop Local.....keep the local economy rolling!
