My mother had a health issue while shopping recently, and the staff were all very helpful to me and my mother. They assisted her with getting to the hospital and held her groceries that she had already purchased for her until we were able to come back and pick them up later that day.This is what a hometown grocery store should be. Great selection and it's all beautifully laid out.

I have lived in Rapids for about 35 years, and this is my favorite remaining store in the city to shop at. The employees do a great job, the store is always well stocked and clean. Prices are a little higher than Aldi or Walmart, but better than Pick N Save

Has the best fish fry on Fridays. Quick pick-up and take home. Plus they have very friendly employees that make you feel liked a valued customer every time.

Much like other locations, it has a good bakery and good food and products in general. There's a good fish fry that happens here on Fridays. It's fast to get food, and employees are nice.

This hometown grocery store rates the best as far as selection and quality. In house bakery, real fresh deli, in person cashiers!!!! They take food cards and other cards, excellent staff!

We love this little store! The deli has great on-the-go lunch choices, instead of fast food. The women behind the deli counter are very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The meat selection is wonderful, I prefer their fresh beef over any big grocery store. The quality is incredible. Their alcohol selection is comparable to a big chain store. I couldn't believe that they carried the organic vodka I use to make vanilla extract, and at the same price as other stores.

I had never shopped at IGA before, and although it's called quality foods everyone in my town calls them IGA, haven't asked why though. Okay so I gotta say I've shopped at both IGA locations in WI Rapids at least 40-50 times in the past 12 months and never have I had a bad experience. The employees are always friendly and courteous. Though they are a bit pricier than say Wal-Mart, their quality is higher as well. Much better meat selection. Also have better deals but you gotta watch for em in the paper, can sometimes catch deals Walmart and other stores would never sell or offer

Love shopping here. Helpful & friendly staff. Checking out is quick, no standing 3,4,5 people deep. More clerks are called to avoid customers waiting. Prices & selections are comparable to other grocery stores, according to flyers. Great place to shop!!

i love the friendliness of the staff, home made deli items, and quality of the meat. i do wish though that the checkers and staff especially behind the deli counter wear masks due to covid. i know it is not required but it will give shoppers like me a more sense of security while shopping. thanks.

The deli at this place rocks. Best Friday fist Fri around. All in all a smaller store but the Deli is what I'm hyped about. I would say there a lot more if I could afford to. Not over priced.

Best damned meat department around!Staff are all wonderful friendly people, been that way for years, speaks well to the company culture as things turn over but stay the same. Great hometown local grocery store, don't give your $ to Walmart!

The store is clean, easy to locate items, and has a decent liquor selection.-1 star for the employees. A couple of the older staff are great and go out of their way to help you. The younger ones are worthless. They're slow at checking out, rude in general, and obviously feel like they have somewhere better they would like to be.-2 star for the prices. Everything is over priced compared to the competition. I could deal with the prices if the customer service was better, but paying high prices and being treated poorly isn't somewhere I want to spend my money.

It's a nice store that is close by.They have good variety an excellent fish fry, and really good chicken dinners.Their prices are competitive with other grocery stores and the staff is very polite and friendly.

Great stop for basics and unexpected treats. Not the biggest store/selection but you can find what you need. Always clean and well stocked and employees are nice. If you watch for their ads, you can get some good deals.

Great store, good food.their meat department is ausome and fresh. Bakery OK for a small store. The deli is great cooked chicken any way you want. The have a large verity to choose from. They even have chicken gizzard s which my husband loves. I suggest everyone try out this store.

Love Quality Foods IGA! Both the West Grand and Baker Street locations are great places to get the groceries you need. Fresh meat and produce. Very friendly, helpful staff, and truly locally owned - the current owner was stocking shelves and bagging groceries at the West Grand location when we'd get groceries 30 years ago.

My favorite grocery store. Great meat! It is a little more pricey than others, but it is closer to home and has great quality foods. Also does have some very good sales. All those working there are friendly and helpful.

I like this grocery store not because it's the cheapest in town which it's not but because it's a neighborhood grocer and it's only like 4 blocks from my house and I definitely appreciate that they do have a good selection of beers I don't care for buying bread here and the roasted chicken here is the best in town. I like to think my business is keeping the local grocery store open rather than having to always go to Walmart and other big-name Grocers.
