DO NOT USE GROCERY PICK UP. The order on line and pick up at the store is the worst!! There is always a problem with not receiving the sale price on at least 1 or more products. I have brought this to the attention with the store several times. They refer me to the pick up service at the store (because this is not a Pick N Save problem, it’s the services problem). The pick up service says it’s not their problem and no adjustments can be made. The only way the correct sale price can be adjusted is by contacting the service’s corporate office to see if they will give you the correct price. COME ON!Pick N Save has chosen this service to process on line orders for THEIR customers. When ordering on line your credit card is charged immediately. When picking up your groceries the service will take any manufacturer’s coupons and go back and credit the coupon amounts to your final receipt crediting the new amount to your credit card. If they can do all that, my question is why can they not make the adjustment at the store? If they can charge you, they can credit you. Who’s responsibility is it to accommodate the customer? No one should have to go through the hassle of contacting the service’s corporate office to get your adjustment!! PLEASE!! Someone step up and fix this!!

Overbloated management style when really they just need normal workers and not more managers. I constantly see managers standing around having meetings and idling everywhere while lines extend so far out of aisles that we all have to wait 20 minutes to check out.I know this is just a Kroger corporate thing, they tell them to have little meetings every five minutes - but it's incredibly annoying as a customer who just wants to get out of the store. They're always in the way all over, the aisles are very tight. There's never enough cashiers, all the managers could be checking people out instead of talking about random departments that are running fine. The front end of the store is running terribly 24/7 and they need to fix it, all I can suggest is trying to complain to Kroger corporate about your specific store and how horrible the managers seem to be.

Pick n save wisconsin rapids. The star is packed with customers. Only 2 isles for cash register.. Longlines waiting to get in to the self checkout. Frustrating. Carts in self chekout are full. Remind me of the old days when it will take a 1/2 hour just to check out. At least with walmart we can get out of there quickly.

We were there for a couple of items, and went to the customer service counter to ask a question once checked out. There was a man, and two women behind the counter. None of them said hello. I waited, and then “Gracie” finally said, in an extremely annoyed tone, “what’s up?”. I was so taken aback by this, that it took me a moment to respond. I did, and when finished with a transaction- there was no “thank you”, “have a nice day” or anything. You definitely have the wrong people working behind that counter- and lack of management supervision upon bad attitudes. It will be an extremely long time before we decide to go back in, if ever. Suggesting you send them through a customer service class, or get her away from customers. She didn’t have to act that way, and if you see video recording (audio/visual), you will hear that I was polite, used manners, and she did not.

The worst grocery store in Wisconsin Rapids. I worked here about 10 years, until the early 2010s. At that time, it was the best grocery store in a 30 mile radius. They redesigned the store about 5 years ago, and now it is terrible. There is typically only one human checkout open, so the checkout lines are commonly blocking half of the walk ways through the front of the store. I have been asked multiple times by cashiers "why are you buying so much?" - while purchasing a cart full of food for my family. I also despise the constantly repeating "get ur covid shot at our pharmacy!!!" fascist propaganda and depressing/sad music while shopping. Now they seem to only hire workers who are 15 years old and are on a lot of medications. This place is dystopia central, and no longer has good sales or prices on things.

Constantly has issues with checking out. Good luck expecting to get out of there quickly unless you go during a time when it's not busy. Typically have maybe one bagger, not enough staff for more than one or two registers to be open ever. Lines can get so long that they extend into aisles sometimes and impede movement.I've been going here for a couple years now and this has been an issue since I started going here but haven't tried other places it's basically the only store in town. The shopping experience here can be normal though if you go during off hours when virtually no customers would be inside, early morning or at night before closing.

I like that the store has been renovated and revamped. It’s nice to see reinvestment in the community. Good selection for our size of town. Meat department has good quality items, nice staff and some good sales. Thanks for continuing to be a good local option despite all the challenges facing grocery stores right now.

I like PNS and for this location I would normally give it a 4 or 5. However not today. My sister was just there this morning and the three older women associates working in the deli/bakery section have got to be the most unprofessional rudest employees at that PNS location in Wisconsin Rapids. When she arrived there was only a few customers. The woman in a Packer outfit was just walking around. The other in the maroon top was unpacking something and my sister said “excuse me” to get her attention but there was no response. My sister thought she didn’t hear her so she said it again a bit louder. Maroon said “I’m with a customer so you’re going to have to wait” in a rude tone and then walked off to the 3rd woman in the grey outfit and said something to her then grey glanced over at my sister. My sister walked around for a bit 3-5 min until they weren’t busy and when she came back there weren’t any more customers in sight. Packer walked past her without acknowledging her. Grey went towards the rotisserie chicken area and started touching that and then told my sister “somebody will be with you shortly” so while my sister waited some more the three women proceeded to chit chat amongst themselves. Remind you there was NO customers there at the moment. Finally grey asked what she could help my sister with sounding annoyed. Having had experience working in retail for over 10 years I know in order to run a business successfully you need to be able to have a friendly well trained staff who are efficient in dealing with customers. As an employee don’t work in an environment with customers if you don’t have the attitude to want to engage with people - to be empathetic, patient & understanding. I understand there are tasks the associates needed to get done but was it necessary to have such off putting manners in front of a customer directed at the customer??? How difficult was it to stop what they were (or weren’t) doing to simply ask “what can I assist you with” without all that bs? The waiting wouldn’t have been an issue if those associates hadn’t had such negative attitude that impacts a customer’s experience to which my sister did eventually in the end get snappy back. I’m not sure if management will even read this review but if they do I pray they will be able to talk to their team about the importance of customer care and change. From the other reviews on here it seems this isn’t new that there are certain employees that are like the ones my sister had encountered.

All they had was 1 lane open with a person had to use self check. The young man who helped talked down to me like I should have known. Prefer IGA because they have a person at the check out.

It's the day before Easter and there's 1 register open. Yes, 1. There are 4 self check-out open on each side of the registers. I had to wait my turn for self check out, not long, but still had to wait. This is common at this store. Then they give you this itty bitty area for check out. If you're going to make me check myself out, at least give me some space. Prices are obscene and going up all the time. Meat is good, produce is ok. Management doesn't seem to care, but then they really can't do anything, can they? It's not like they have a say on how many registers are open. All in all, I'm going to start going to Nekoosa for my small trips and Woodman's for the big runs. Example for prices: 1 qt. heavy cream: on SALE is $6.99 - regular price is $8.49.

This pick n save needs work. Selection is limited and prices are higher than most places. We often travel to Appleton and even Madison to do our major shopping. More often than not, they do not have what I am looking for. Then they have the nerve to tell me at checkout that I saved money by buying there. How can it be a savings, when it's overpriced to begin with?To compare this against Walmart is meaningless since our Walmart is overpriced, as well. Particular gripes are that on a major holiday, with the store crowded and the check out lines long, they still had only one cashier on duty and dependened almost entirely on self-service checkout. Moreover, too many people with shopping carts full to the brim are using the self-service checkout. This causes long lines at self-service. And often takes longer to get through checkout than it does to do the shopping. The checkout area is also quite crowded. They need fewer end caps and advertising kiosks in the checkout area. On the positive side, the the liquor department seems well stocked and the prices are reasonable. Produce is limited due to space, but generally is fresh and priced comparably to other local store.

I was at Pick 'n Save in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin today. It's ridiculous that there was 1 register opened. The 1 register had a line of 8 customers waiting for service. We were all complaining to each other out loud so they finally opened a 2nd register. Not everyone wants to use self checkouts. We don't work there and we pay enough for our groceries. What ever happened to "the customer's always right"?

No baggers because managers don't realize they abandon their post when they see customers approaching. Lazy employees with lazy management isn't a good combo. There are many friendly and pleasant employees, but also room for people who don't want to even try, regardless of the customer experience.

Had a wonderful experience. Fresh produce and kind checker. They introduced themselves prior to checking us out. Also great with my impatient toddler, which is a huge plus. Great layout and very clean aisles. The price is right 😄

Shout out to the self checkout attendant today. She made a point to have a fit at me for taking my groceries off the stand and not following what the flashing and solid lights mean. Because paying customer obviously should know these things.Apparently, when you take the bags off before checking out, the machine needs approval and that makes these attendants have to actually work instead of standing around people watching or talking about their personal lives for all to hear. Most of your employees aren't friendly but this is an understatement. I use self checkout so I don't have to talk to people. Not so they can cry about hating their jobs so much. It's a bad day not a bad life, lady. If you hate your job that much, quit so paying customers don't have to deal with you.

Dear Kathie LongStop being a bully and be an adult. You brought your own bags to the self check out line, asked my daughter to help open the bags because you set it off everytime you do it yourself, she went to open one of your bags and you freaked out on her and started yelling at her. Then went up to the counter and stated she was yelling at you. You lied and you were a bully. I hope you feel really good about being a bully to the young kids that are working there. You are the adult maybe you should start acting like one and own up to your actions. If you didn't want her to open your bags for you, then you shouldn't have asked. STOP BEING A BULLY BE AN ADULT. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH THE KIDS THAT WORK THERE AND ARE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL. GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO BULLY.

One star is more than this store deserves. The shopping experience has gotten to the point where we DO NOT enjoy shopping there. I'm referring to some of the employees that seem to go out of their way to be rude to the customers. These are full time employees that are also likely the reason they can't keep part time employees. I have heard from former employees that this store has a real hostile work environment. We have taken to shopping at the Stevens Point store as much as possible. There is a night and day difference. It is a pleasant and enjoyable place to shop. A bit further to drive, but worth it.

Self checkout is a nightmare. Big sign Easter sale 50% off original price. Bunny chair $24.99 on sale $19.99. We figured it would be 12.50. Rang up at $19.99. Asked clerk shouldn't it be $12.50. We said we did not want it at $19.99 it should be on sale. No answer, she removed it from my order without even offering to reduce the price. Also, not the nicest person either when we needed help with the scanner. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned

This review is for the customer service at the checkout station. For the second time in a row, my wife was with me and we were completely ignored by both the cashier and the bagging help when the time came to bag it.. It is as if they expected my wife to bag the groceries. When i stopped my wife from bagging it, told the cashier plastic would be fine, i and my wife got a dirty look from the cashier. This is unacceptable behavior. My wife will no longer enter into this store location.

This place has really gone downhill. They have great selection, and usually good prices, but their customer service has gotten, well....horrible. Now, as I write this, they’re having problems with their self-checkouts. None, or if you’re lucky one or two of them are open to accept cash. Apparently they’re having trouble getting change from their bank? This has been going on for over a month now, but it’s gotten so much worse as time goes on. If you can’t accept cash (for whatever reason), and you’re a grocery store, maybe you shouldn’t be in business. Where there’s a will there’s a way. You guys have known about this issue for awhile now. Figure it out, or you will be losing customers.

I want to say right off the bat, the picture that is posted for this location is NOT what this store looks like. The Pick 'n Save in the pictures looks pretty amazing! This store isn't great and it's not terrible. There are some major inconsistency issues though that should probably be addressed.its COVID times, everyone should understand limits on buying items and that is fine, if that's what we need to do to allow everyone to get food I'm OK with that. What I am not OK with is not letting people know until they get to the check out line. Example - I went in to get eggs for my family and there was a sign that was posted that said 2 cartons of eggs per purchase. That's great no issue there.Fast forward to the next week - There are TONS of eggs in stock and the signs are gone. OK sounds/looks to me like the limits were pulled. I grabbed 6 cartons of eggs (I have a family of 5 and my wife wanted to make cookies as well). I get to the checkout line and the clerk looks at me like I have an elbow on my forehead when I put the eggs on the conveyor belt.He tells me "Sorry you can only get 2" and then points to the Egg limit sign that is posted at the checkout lane limiting certain items. He yells across the way to the manager to confirm that its still a 2 carton limit and she confirms it.After I checked out (With 2 cartons of eggs) I stopped by the customer service desk to just relay what I have here to her - Last week there was a sign, this week there wasn't anything posted, if there would have been a sign back there I wouldn't have grabbed 6 cartons - She just blankly looks at me and says "Ok". Been back a few times and no signs, so I just shop elsewhere mostly now. Aldi is right across the street. It is what it is, its a grocery store, I don't expect to be swept off my feet with customer service

I wanted to order a cake for my daughters bday, and stood there for over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me, but proceeded to help another person who came after me. Very rude, and I won’t be back for any bakery, again.

This is the worst Pick N Save I have ever been to. The clerks were nice but the Store itself is not organized. It is freezing in there you sure dont want to stay in there. Management is not doing there job to make this store as well managed as the store in Waupaca. I will not shop here again.i gave one star because their clerks are all so nice, but i feel sorry that they have to work in such poor conditions.

Pharmacy is too busy now that they have all of Shopko's customers and it is complete chaos. The lines were long and the employees were flustered. Was not a good experience. Picked up a few groceries while I was there and could not get over how filthy the floors were too. This store needs help.

The lines are always long. They reduced the number of cash registers. Sale items are rarely in stock. They no longer honor the $5 off $50 fundraiser cards. They have nice staff. It's unfortunate about the rest of the store.

It was a good store before, but since Kroger has taken over, the personnel has improved. Also, Kroger generics are excellent, so that's good news. I hope Kroger keeps the store open, or better yet, builds a new one.

Went thru the "self service" lane; item did not scan the correct price. (probably because I incorrectly picked up an organtic strawberry instead of the regular ones to get the sale price on them.) Manager came over and identified the problem and corrected the pricing for me. It's hard to get that type of service anywhere. Love their fresh fruits and vegetables selection.
