Pauline does a fantastic job with my 2 dogs!! Her de-shedding service was perfect for my Saint Bernard, and my Goldendoodle always looks fly after his haircuts. Very reasonable pricing and above-par quality of services. Recommended.

They really care about the animals they deal with. They are always nice and polite and very knowledgeable about different breeds. There are a few other groomers in the area but none that will take animals with behavioral issues or aggressive or dogs with matting. They are a full service one stop shop for your pet. I love working with them and won't take my dog anywhere else.

Everytime we’ve brought our dogs here it takes them at least 5 hours this time was 6 hours and the price goes up everytime. Started at $93 then went to $110 then to 145$ and I get the same thing done everytime i go, definitely a waste of your entire day and your money. Front entry way is terribly disgusting and disappointing. I do not recommend at all

This was a first for Stella as I always groomed her myself. But, being she is 13 1/2 I thought she deserved a "SPA" day at Pauline's. Not only is she shiny and bright she smells beautiful too!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!! Your expertise in paying attention to detail is phenomenal!! 🐾❤🐾

Dropped off our 15 year old elderly dog for grooming. She had an appointment at 9 AM. At 11:30 my husband went to pick her up and she was standing in the wash bay shivering and shaking as they used the vacuum that she is terrified of. He was told it would be another hour even though the two workers were sitting and chatting in the office. Even though her last grooming was subpar we were willing to let that go. However, the treatment of our elderly dog is not acceptable. We will not be going back.

They quoted us a price of $70..they had my Aussie for over 5 hours and did nothing that we requested. I asked for her belly to be shaved and a short trimming, nails cut. When we got her, she was traumatized..her pads were bloody, behind her ears were scabbed, didn't appear much of her fur was any shorter and her belly wasn't shaved. These people abused my dog and cheated us out of $95

Super friendly and caring staff, total animal/dog lovers! I felt so comfortable leaving my precious St. Bernard there with them, which was her first professional grooming experience ever. They do excellent work, and very reasonably priced. I’ll honestly never go anywhere else after my experience there, 5+/5 stars.

My dogs are both high strung and it's no fun to get their nails clipped. For our one big guy, it usually takes 3 people to hold him down while the vet clips his nails. These ladies took control of him and got the job done with no problem! Definitely makes it less stressful for us! Thank You!!!!

Amazing!! They do such a great job with our two dogs and two cats. We have a husky with a really thick coat and after being groomed at Pauline’s, his coat looks incredible. We’ve never seen it so healthy and shiny. Thank you!!

Pauline’s did a wonderful job with my very past-due Newfoundland “puppy.” The shed treatment was sanity-saving. He is so smooth and soft and all of his matts are gone. We will definitely be back!
