Have always been a fan of Jimmy Johns, had a few hiccups with them over time, nothing major, but today takes the cake. First, I placed a delivery order for a coworker and I at 11:47 am. I forgot to take off tomatoes so I tried to call, called 10 times off of my cell and 5 times off the store phone. Half of them had a busy signal and the rest just no answer what so ever. Then it hits 12:10, already 20 minutes we've been waiting for "freaky fast" service. Our work place is only a block away from their store. Now it is 12:20, 30 minutes since our initial order had been placed, still continuing my 10th call I finally get an answer just for the worker to state that the driver is delivering on the completely other side of town and that we would be his next stop. So After waiting almost an hour for 2 kids combos our food was finally delivered. There was no apology or consideration for how long we waited. Considering there is already a delivery fee and tipped on the app there is NO excuse for a "freaky fast" delivery to take that long. oh yeah did i mention we were only 1 BLOCK away!? v upset and will not be returning for a good while.

This location is terrible. They always put half as much on the sandwich even when you ask for extra. Ordered extra cucumber and the entire sandwich had 3 small slices.

Ordered delivery several times in the last few months. On multiple occasions food has been missing from the order or incorrect. deliveries do not seem “freaky fast”. Waited over an hour for delivery to arrive.

Apparently we arrived too early and they weren't even Open. However when I pulled up to the drive they expressed that they weren't open but would gladly take our order. To me that was going above and beyond and hands down best customer service . And did I mention their sandwiches oh my goodness , the freshness and the quality Is impeccable.I only have one issue, if you're going to work with food you need to not be wearing your pet hair loaded shirt🤮 So I'm sorry for atmosphere I have to give a 3 star, Please buy a lint roller

Super nice guy on the phone. Orders are always right. The new Caprese Salami is amazing. The Vito is delicious. Staff in store are great, too. Super fast delivery. Fresh ingredients and assembled with care. Cookies are great, too!! And if you create an account their rewards are great. I got a free sandwich right off the bat.

Had to wait over 20 mins in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me that was there before I even pulled in to order. Had to repeat our order three times at the menu and two more times at the window for them to figure out which one was ours. I ordered a large Dr pepper. They didn't give us the drink and when we asked three times they gave me a large coke. Biggest headache at a Jimmy John's to date. And last week I stopped midday (said online they were open) and no one answered the drive through or window when I drove by 10 mins later people were there.

Absolutely delicious! My first time trying and they didn’t disappoint. We got through the drive-thru a little early and didn’t know they opened until 11 but someone was there and took my order. Overall great service 10/10

I ordered the biggest sub on the menu, however I didn't get the biggest sub as they messed up, and gave me the medium size. I have an enormous appetite so that was kind of depressing, but it tasted pretty good, and my daughter ate her entire sub and with her standards being very high she must have loved it. I'll be back, but I'll be eating inside next time so I can be certain I get my monster sandwich!

This is the second and last time I'm ever ordered from this place. Twice there have been issues which were not the end of the world. It's how rude and condescending the employees I spoke to were. The whole I don't care attitude is extremely frustrating. I have been hung up on, and gotten a poor attitude both times from the same person. Not that this means much but I will never order from a place that allows such nonsense.

Napkins! What does a person have to do to get more than one napkin from you guys? I always request napkins. Last three times I ordered from you, one combined napkin. One. Is the restaurant rewarded with a bonus for fewest napkins given out? Do not be surprised if people start using your toilet paper and bathroom paper toweling at your restaurant to wipe their faces.

Usually I stick to what I know and order the same thing over and over, I decided to be adventurous today and try out the J.J.B.L.T with onions added on. Unfortunately, there were no tomatoes on my sandwich, it was just bread, mayo, onions, and probably four slices of bacon. We had also ordered a Spicy Italian which had tuna on the bottom of it. Their sandwiches are pretty good otherwise, you just need to have more motivated workers unfortunately, there wasn't much care put into my order.

Ordered one for myself, and two for my friends.After a 2 mile drive back home after ordering from drive through, I found out that my sandwich was not prep correctly.So I drove back with my receipt, where staff helpful when I got there? HA HA, no.Even though I showed my receipt to the staff member, they refused to remake my sandwich or give me a refund!! They said "This is what you ordered, we can't help you." Staff there are very rude and unhelpful, and it's not even my fault!!UNACCEPTABLE!!

Twice in two weeks my family and I have gone to get sandwiches. Both times, the store was out of bread. If this store wanted business, they would ensure that they had bread during normal dinner hours. I am a huge fan of Jimmy Johns. However, this location is extremely disappointing, and there seems to be an issue every time I go. I suppose it’s too much to ask a sandwich place for a sandwich.

Did y'all change management and employees?!? Ordered for delivery and was so weary about it considering just 2 months ago the service was THE WORST I've ever experienced at any fast food chain ever... But, I was in a hurry for a dinner I didn't want to cook and didn't want to leave for and pizza wasn't cutting it. Not only did we get the right order this time, but ON TIME! And the best part?? We didn't have to sit on the phone with the store while also chasing down the driver to get our food! HUGE IMPROVEMENT!

I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received at this location. NEVER had a problem before this. Order the same thing every time. My bf is a vegetarian, I ordered ham and cheese for me and a veggie for him. Get all the way home and he opens his and it's got turkey, bacon, mayo, tomatoe etc. I was in a hurry this night because I had company coming over. I called and explained what happened and she just said "ok" I asked if they could deliver the correct sandwich and she told me no. She said she wouldn't because then the driver wouldn't be reimbursed for mileage because it wasn't originally a delivery order. I told her that it was my error and they should fix it. She continued to tell me no, so I asked for the manager to which she responded that she was. I asked who was above her, and she said me and started giggling. I told her that I would call corporate because she lacks customer service skills and she said "well I have a drive they order so I'm putting you on hold" and she hung up on me. So annoyed, so I payed for something I never got and he didn't get to eat his dinner. I emailed but got a generic response "sorry this happened will be following up with the Gm to make sure they do better next time" was not offered a refund or replacement which at this point I don't want because I will never go back! I wouldn't recommend this joint to my worst enemy. Disgusted that I ever spent a dime at this poor excuse of an establishment! Beware --- worst service ever!!

Had a great experience with delivery! So fast to our address and the food was fresh. Perfect sustenance for our moving day lunch. Thank you for the food and for our order being precisely made how we requested. Wonderful experience with this location.

Have ordered from here a few times and only a couple of times has it been “fast” not once has it been the quoted “freaky fast” I live four minutes away and my food is never here within 5 minutes because that’s all the further they travel my most recent order took 10 minutes for a 4 or less minute drive. So if you order and are within the 5 minute radius be prepared to wait.

I decided to try my favorite sub as an unwich. I have had 3 in last 2 weeks and they keep getting smaller and smaller. They are over $7 each and mostly lettuce so maybe make them consistently the same size.

In this small dinky little town, they have a delivery range. For crying out loud...They'll never make it past a year or two. Plus all they have is crappy white bread, (Italian or not) its still processed bleached flour. One alternative is a sandwich wheat. Whoopie.No good guys. No good.Plus some of the employees cant seem to stop flirting with the girls in the organic store next door. Causing that new organic store to lose customers. I was one, they were so busy flirting, they didn't see me at the counter with 30$ of product to buy, so I left it there while they kept flirting with the JJ guys. Soon that whole building will be totally empty. Small town people, you need to take care of your customers.
