I have taken my dogs (lab-dane mix/terrier double coated mix) to several groomers over the years, and this has been paws down the best. This is the first place that gets my dogs ALL the way clean. Their coats are so healthy looking and feeling when they are through, and completely dried. They have no loose fur for at least a week or more after getting just the basic bath and brush, and they don't even scratch or roll for at least a full week. I know they are not shedding because their beds and usual lounge spots stay clean and do not require vacuuming or washing, and the vacuum canister has nearly no dog hair.Happy Paws is also quick and sticks to appointments. Unlike other places when I would book a service and be told "should be about 4 hours", or be left waiting for 45 minutes to check in, both dogs are done within an hour of drop off, and pick up is easy as well.

Great service and attendance to your furry friend, but hard to get new pet service Due to the amount of people wanting their abilities. Book when you can and get on the “good boy” list. They rock, give them a try and stay with them for as long as possible. They do a fantastic job. Over booked or able to fit you in I would never say a bad word about they’re service or abilities… when I can get my partner in for they’re services he is happy… and that makes me happy. Nothing more matters… NOTHING

Girls are just wonderful with my two fur babies. I have an English Cream Retriever, (Ollie) who loves his pamper day. I also have a Bohemian German Shepherd, (Sheba) who is not as fond of her pamper day,...without her big brother. The girls here accommodate to get both in together and come home just beautiful! They leave happy and I leave happy. The price is very fair.

When Jessica and her team worked together in the past. They did very nice work for the dogs that they groomed. That has certainly changed now. Now you have a group of independent contractors that are very direct and not nice people to work with. Jesse is one who needs still a lot of help with her dog grooming skills and her verbal approach to customers. Annie Clark has always done a nice grooming effort with my past three dogs. Unfournately, she is leaving Happy Paws. For those customers who like her, she is leaving and opening her own shop in Plover.Great for Annie. Good luck to her!!My regrets are that there was no notification given to me on my last appointment. No courtesy for a long standing customer. Then a comment from Jesse, because you missed your appointment, find a new groomer. A comment that reflects ignorance and rudeness with no sign of appreciation for the years I have done business at Happy Paws.Beware of Happy Paws. There are better groomers out there at more reasonable pricing and better skill sets to groom your dogs.I highly recommend you find better groomers in the Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point area! Awful I brought my dog in there today specifically for his nails to get trimmed but we decided to get him fully groomed. The grooming job was actually not a bad job but the nail trimming was awful about 6 of his nails are uncut the another 6 of them weren't even cut close to the length they were supposed to be. Do not go here if you want your animals nails trimmed.

This place seems to lack customer service and respect towards others. Since I was out and about today I figured to walk in to schedule an appointment for my dog. When I walked in someone said "someone will be there shortly" in a rather agitated tone. About 5 minutes later someone else finally came up front asking if I was here to pick up, I said no I'm here to schedule an appointment, the response I got was extremely rude and unprofessional, stating "you're better off just calling and leaving a voicemail and someone will call you back later. Everyone is busy today" with quite the annoyed tone and then walked back in the back

I completely trust Happy Paws with my babies. They have groomed my gentle giants ( 200 lb English Mastiffs) and my smaller babies (french bulldog and mutt brother). They do an amazing job and I am very pleased every time I pick up my pets. I will continue to patronize this business!

They do a fabulous job! If my dog just needs a nail trim I can get him in quickly, sometimes the same day. After his bath and brushing he looks so handsome! I definately recommend Happy Paws.

I take my Lab/Toller mix Wynn to Happy Paws on a regular basis, about once a month or so. Carla treats my dog with such care and has been nothing short of amazing with her. They are so flexible when you have to reschedule because of issues that may arise. Wynn absolutely loves going there is is treated with such care and concern by all the staff! I highly recommend Carla and the rest of the crew at Happy Paws!!!

Happy Paws is a top rate shop. Have taken my elderly, slightly disabled dog there for the past several years. He is treated with love and kindness by Jessica. Best dog grooming place in the area and because of this they are a busy place and at the present unable to take new customers. Happy Paws.....you ROCK!

Dropped my pups off for their first visit and services were not attempted on one dog because he barked in the kennel! Then the groomer proceeded to talk in a condescending tone, was very rude, had no customer service skills and even threatened me about paying if my dogs bites! Which he did NOT, he barked because he was in a kennel and other dogs were there! Skittish yes! Biting no! How could he, he was out in a kennel and not groomed. Charged us $30 for one dog bath, no nail trim and ears not cleaned. We will be looking elsewhere for future.

I have a great pyrenees who comes with a lot of grooming. She has only been groomed by one groomer and that would be Happy Paws. Everytime I get her back she looks amazing and the staff is so good with her. I wouldnt choose anyone else to touch my dog and her high grooming needs. We took our dog in to have his nails trimmed. They do not allow you to go back with your pet or even see what they are doing. After quite some time of them struggling with my dog and him squealing they come back I pay and I leave. Once I got home I noticed drops of blood all over my car seat from where his nails were trimmed too short. He sits perfectly still for every other groomer but probably because I was with him. I have not returned since and never will.
