BEST PLACE FOR ANY CAR WORK.I unfortunately currently live to far away to bring my car here right now, but I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids and always used to bring my vehicle here for Doug and the guys to work on. I can honestly say now that I live in Rochester, MN I am half tempted to drive back to town just so get my car worked on. I have been to other places to get my car worked on and I always have them take my car off the lift before the work on it because they are not honest and they always over charge, in fact couple years ago I did drive back to town just to have my car worked on by Doug, seriously thinking about doing the drive again for some work to get done. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE EVER TO GET ANYTHING DONE TO YOUR CAR NEVER HAVE ISSUES OR PROBLEM.

Doug and his crew have maintained our family’s vehicles for many years. My Dad was an ASE certified master mechanic and this is where he recommended we go if not to him. I used to drive home from Buffalo for oil changes. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. Most recently, they did quite a few projects on my Dad’s classic truck I inherited. Best experience I've had with a repair shop so far! Extremely nice people that were accommodating in getting my vehicle diagnosed, fixed, and on the road quickly. Their prices were honest and more than fair which is something that has been a concern with repair shops I've been to in the past. I will definitely be going back to Esquire for all my future repairs and even other small jobs just as a matter of convenience and trust in their workmanship. They did an amazing job with my Camaro exhaust, I loved it, and still love it 2 years later, every time I start it. 😎They also did my van exhaust and tailpipe too. Moved to the area about 18 months ago. I was looking for someone for routine oil changes and maintenance of my cars. This is, by far, the best shop I have ever found. They are honest, don't try to nickle and dime you and have even done small jobs for me - for free.My wife originally took her car to the dealership for an oil change. They told her she had some fluid leaking - and quoted her $800 to repair. I took her car to esquire. The lifted it up and showed me what the Mazda dealer was talking about. One drop of fluid - no leak - no charge.I have countless other stories of how well they treated me - and were always honest and did great work. Very hard to find and honest auto shop - but Doug and his crew are the best - and are the best priced place around. Highly recommend.

They close at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and now they are no longer open on Saturdays. It's hard for a working individual to get repairs done on your vehicle when they have reduced their hours and dropping your vehicle off is not an option. I always had great service there before but now the hours are only good for the retired people in Rapids

Had my car towed there after i told them what kind of car i had and what was happening. I get a call 40 minutes later saying something let loose under the valve and that he doesn't work on those rascals(his words). Why didn't you tell me you didn't work on my kind of car BEFORE i paid to have it towed there? So then i had to pay to have it towed to a different garage and they fixed it. They came highly recommended but I'll never go there again.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The service writer didn't know I was a mechanic for 30 years. I got two tires balanced and the kid working on it couldn't get one lug nut off. I just had them off several days before hand. If I only had a tire balancer.!!!!
