Place is well organized, the staff there does their job. I did not like my encounter with an employee, I greeted her and smile, she did not do her damn job of customer service which was fine but I seem to be the victim of the damn hour. I proceeded to mind my business and paid. I put my phone of the screen to pay and the employee gave me and attitude as if I was dumb and said “no, there”, I smile nervously and go “oops sorry!” Because I was embarrassed because I always used Apple Pay and it’s always been on the screen and not below or has a glowing symbol where to place the phone and then she yell over to her coworker and complain about how she’s so TIRED OF PEOPLE NOT PLACING IT CORRECTLY ON THE MACHINE. Maybe if it was freaken glowing the symbol or ya had the ACTUAL STICKER ON THERE I WOULD Have KNOWN. If she would have complain about it not so rudely I would have said whatever. I to work in customer service since 15, now 21 and I’ve never felt the need to make someone felt dumb. I understand she was “tired” of it but she didn’t need to overreact. Or make me felt dumb. If you don’t like your job leave, you are paid to BE FAKE. YOU ARE PAID TO BE KIND. DO YOUR DAMN JOB.Overall most staffed I met are kind and helpful, they let me do my business. I would never give a place just one star just because of ONE person. To the lady who work there, please don’t ever do that to someone again, be kind and maybe next time don’t make a big deal out of something or if you felt the need to do it, do it behind close doors. You are on the clock.

Given a one star for now. There's a good chunk of tile taken out of the floor by the ice cream area. The workers know and they refuse to put out a sign. I joked about how I almost lost my balance in hopes they would rub two brain cells together and put a sign out. They just laughed and said they know.....I'm afraid some little old man of woman might not know it's there and actually fall down. So I'm saying it on here. Good luck. And if someone does unfortunately get hurt feel free to screen shot this. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Horrible customer service, dirty, and cluttered. Called the cops on me for sitting too long in the parking lot. WITHOUT asking me to leave 1st. I understand it is private property.therefore I would have left just as easy. You showed lack of respect to your customer by calling the cops on me without even asking me to leave first.

One of the workers asked if I would put a bag that I was carrying along with me behind the counter. But did not ask the same of the lady who was walking right behind me. So some of the workers at the store are discriminatory. The store it so I did not have a lot stocked nor was it organized well. I will not be returning again.

the only reason this DG store got 4 instead of 5 stars is because google is constantly telling me their store is open until 10pm, and ive driven across town to get there about 9:15pm or 9:30pm just to find the store closed and parkinglot empty. Management needs to figure out how to change store hours on google, not an easy job.

I went in to do my shopping and asked the clerk if I could have some of their empty boxes and she said yes and when she found out that I wanted really small ones she came to me as I had returned to shopping and gave me 3 small ones that she had come across. She was very helpful and went out of her way for me 😊

Great staff. Always find quality name brand products at good prices.Sometimes you do need to watch the expiration date on food items.

This store is wonderful! It seems to have a huge selection of stuff here. The store is clean and tidy. The staff is professional and helpful. A great store to shop at!

Was a good clean store when they first opened now its a mess half the shelves empty , have carts of overstock items all over. Hard to move around in very cluttered

Awesome people working here, but nothing is ever in stock that I need. Especially in the medicine aisle (which seems to be a problem at all the dollar general locations in central Wisconsin)

Dollar General has a great CLEARANCE section. The cashiers are always helpful and very friendly.
