By far the best kept walgreens ever!! with friendly and helpful staff. The fellow at the checkout with gray hair was very gr8 at helping. he deserves a promotion to management. He knows the customers by their name and made us feel like we were locals at the store. Please make this guy lead and train others we will visit again in the summer just because of him.

Bonnie (pharmacist) and her staff such as Tiara etc...amazing , very nice people who help you anyway they can ... For how crazy busy this place is... they do extremely well and never stop being moving aroundbeing productive ... If your going here for the pharmacy be prepared you will be sitting for over 10 or 20 minutes. I waited in line for 20 minutes all for them to put up a sign saying closed for lunch and put the shade down. I will no longer be going here it's always a problem with this Walgreens. Shop at baraboo or take your prescriptions elsewhere they are always rude even in the store.

Terrible attitudes from the pharmacy staff, they treat customers like an inconvenience, and they never have medications in stock.Told me medication would be ready at a certain time then I come to get it and they tell me it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. What the hell.

Oh my gosh! How embarrassing! There was this guy by the name of Kyle ringing customers out and being rude to them and even yelled at a lady saying "Tender cannot be processed!!"I never knew that in this Era we yell that out, I've been in there more than once and he's the only one I hear yelling that out at people. I feel so ashamed for the people. He needs to be put in back for training.It is already embarrassing worst people have their kids with them at times.

There was a worker at the dells location named Jenna who was helping me and my family and she was very rude and acted like she had other things to be doing. I didn’t feel welcome and I felt like I was a burden to her.

This Walgreens has a very rude and not very knowledgeable pharmacy technician who could not enter my military medical card information correctly, so I had to pay for my medications, which should have been free. She was EXTREMELY rude to my girlfriend and I telling us to come back in 20 minutes when there were no other people in line. What a great way to treat a reired disabled veteran who put his life on the line for his country.My girlfriend went to go get her Covid shot, and the same pharmacy tech was very rude to her getting her info. These issues need to be addressed immediately. I am SO discussed about this. I would like a response to this review from the store or pharmacy manager. Please contact me via this review, and I will call the store to discuss these issues.

I was having a minor emergency and needed something from the pharmacy area that they don’t keep on the floor. Pharmacy wasn’t open for another 45 minutes but the manager and pharmacist didn’t hesitate to help me get what I needed. It was greatly appreciated.

Pharmacist/technician on phone was extremely rude. I’ve had to call in multiple prescriptions for patients and have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me at any other pharmacy. Go to portage or Walmart. Hope she has a better day tomorrow.

Hands down worst service I have ever received anywhere in my life.NEVER have what you need ready for prescription refills even when you give them days and call to triple check on orders. Will wait til you are there to tell you that they only had five pills and you will have to come back several days later. Overpriced. Constant issues with insurance. Rarely can get someone on the phone.Actively trying to get my grandmother's prescriptions switched to somewhere that cares or tries a little and they won't even do that.

Great "drugstore" with good grocery selection & dairy. Also offer lots of specials on household & laundry items. Cosmetics & medical supplies. Store & pharmacy staff very friendly & helpful. Easy to navigate isles. Drive thru & delivery service. Online site for info & purchasing. Has a rewards program. Convenient corner location & ample parking.

Drove half hour with a brain injury causing dizziness to pick up meds. Almost got into 3 wrecks because of it. While waiting at the drive thru window, she came up, drop the closed sign and shut the curtain. Wouldn't even talk to us. This is only one example of the horrible customer service I personally have seen from this location. The incorrect change, incorrect charges. This is the most pathetic "professional" business in the dells.

They had all my food, drug, and other needs while on vacation. The staff were friendly and they were able to help me locate products I needed while in the store. It was clean and well kept, I would expect nothing less from Walgreens as a whole due to their slightly higher prices. But I will pay them to avoid Walmart.

Literally the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. Incompetent staff, promising to have time sensitive prescriptions ready by 2pm only to find out they don’t even carry one and the other wouldn’t be ready until the next day. After being reassured repeatedly everything would be ready! What a joke. Great service!

We are at the Dells for our first family vacation. We had just finished dinner and headed to this Walgreens to grab a bottle of the wine for the night. We were unaware of the liquor hours being different and didn't notice the small sign stating no sales. An older woman with long grey hair decided to say in a very loud voice that they aren't selling liquor after 9 and "That's what the signs are there for" in a condescending tone. I was taken aback by this and left the store upset rather than buying the other things i planned on buying.

I stopped at Walgreens to get my kids valentines because I was having one of those days running around paying bills and forgot all about my childrens valentines party the next day. Well my kids picked out there things and we went to pay. My card wouldn't swipe because the strip is a little warn out. The cashier refused to manually enter my card which they have done many times and we left the store children crying empty handed..

Things can get hectic in a tourist trap like the Dells. You can have long lines and pushy jerk people and I can imagine it can be an exasperating being an employee anywhere in that area. But I have to say the people at this Walgreens certainly know customer service and know how to smile and be courteous. Excellent.

Check your receipts people! This place just tried to get me on $15, good thing my husband went over receipt! Cashiers do NOT even check to see if transactions are accurate or if your points went through. A shame Walgreens trying to get on tourists!
