Drive thru was 10 cars deep so I walked inside to order. My order was taken within a minute of walking through the door. After 20 mins I asked when my order would be ready because I assume they put me at the back of the pending drive thru and mobile orders. Nope they had my drink sitting with the rest of their drive thru orders. Thankfully I always choose to tip after service so I didn’t tip them for forgetting about my order

Definitely up to Starbucks standard!! Baristas were super friendly. We ordered 6 drinks and they were out quicker than at any other Starbucks. They were out of the travelers series mugs which had us sad but I’m sure it’s just because we came through after memorial weekend.

Terrible service from possibly the manager of the place itself. Blonde woman who was in shift on 05/29 by 5:30 pm. Does not like to handle tourists; was very adamant on using phrases such as "it's always these tourists". Took the whole order with an attitude, then proceeded to escalate the matter by continuing to talk horribly about tourists in general to her coworkers. If you don't like to work with tourists, then why work in a location that is heavy with that kind of geographic group I wonder? Nasty attitude, and will definitely not be coming back to this location if I ever decide to visit Wisconsin Dells again.

This Starbucks Location is Very Fast in the drive thru and seems to have more access to inventory than the Lake Delton location.They were friendly, effecient and created our iced coffee to order!Thanks to the great staff at this location!

Drink was amazing , tastes like toffee cake but you have to get it exactly how it says. 10/10 would recommend, not too sweet not too bitter. I would give five stars but they got one of my drinks wrong and the line was way too long and they wanted me to go back around or come inside for it to get fixed . At that point just refund me.

I also have mixed experiences here. It's either very welcoming and friendly or It's kinda off putting. I was informed today that I am supposed to let them know at the speaker if I want to redeem stars for a free drink. I said okay and apologized because I did not know that I had a free drink. Other starbucks would usually just ask if I wanted to redeem them, and I would say yes or no. (It would make my day with the surprise!) THE LADY RESPONDED: THAT'S WHY I AM TELLING YOU. Okay, now I feel worse. If you are telling me I have enough stars at the window, I can't order at the box unless I wait until next time. I don't know. Just have to get used to living in this area again and the customer service not being the greatest.

We stopped for coffee which was fine.The prices we were charged did not match what was posted. When I asked about the difference, the Gal told me it wasn't her job to change them on the menu board. ?? I was too tired due to traveling and didn't pursue the matter further. Isn't it against the law to post a price and then charge a higher price?

The staff are very friendly. During my most recent visit, my pastry was a long wait to come out, which wasn’t a big deal, but they went above and beyond to make it right.Also, my drinks are always just right. 😊

My favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff is always so friendly and doesn't scowl when my teenage daughter orders off of the secret menu like they do at all the other stores. I mean at OTHER stores they act like the secret menu is appalling even if you just order it by ingredients. But, this store is great, friendly, clean and ALWAYS super accommodating even the times when I have my crazy toddler with me!

This one is for Maya. They made our drinks wrong. They remade them only to leave them sitting for 15 minutes without letting us know they were ready. They sat by the drive thru window for 15 minutes. Talked to the manager and she didn’t offer a refund or anything. She just told me there was a lot of miscommunication and didn’t even apologize.

I brought my service dog through the drive thru around 6p tonight and got a pup cup and the sweet barista in the window got so excited and nervously asked if she could give it to him and when I said yes it made her day. I wish I would’ve caught her name but her excitement made my day. Have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks.

First time coming to Wisconsin as a group with family , went to this close by Starbucks thought it was going to be a great experience, but there were 2 of the worst baristas employees giving a nasty attitudeTo my family member when all she wanted was to order a drinkThe barista middle age lady was getting annoyed because my family member was just simply asking for an order.It seems like she doesn't like her job.Then the barista gossips with her co worker about how nasty tourists we were.This has to be the worst Starbucks I've Visited.

We've been purchasing drinks everyday for about two weeks now, we are new in town but this Starbucks makes us feel at home! The drinks and service are excellent and I am constantly amazed at seeing how quick they are to get out orders when busy. After reading some of the other reviews I would say the 30 minute waits is an exaggeration, the store does seem to have its busy times but the staff works together to get everything out in a timely manner. I also love that the employees are always willing to make suggestions with what to try next! Carole & Autumn always make new refreshers for us to try, next time you are in ask for the latest "autumn drink."

Long wait times and wrong ordersThese guys can somehow make any tik tok drink but as soon as i ask for a normal coffee they screw it up everytime and it takes forever. Last time i ordered my coffee wasnt even filled up all the way and they forgot to put the extra shots in that i paid for. What a rip off go to dunkin!

kila was very rude to us. She got very mad at my group for asking to get a different drink because they made it wrong she started yelling at us saying it was our fault that she made it wrong we also asked her where our food was we were waiting there for 10 mins already and she said it’s not my problem got talk to someone else i very much like starbucks but she should not be working there.
