I've visited this store 2 or 3 times, now. The staff is incredibly welcoming. I have found great items for reasonable prices, here. There are so many clothes! It's awesome. I am a huge fan of their book section, as they have an entire room dedicated to books. Their figures/glasswares section is pretty cool. You never know what'll show up! Their artwork for sale, on the back walls, was quite beautiful, today. The toy section was super neat + organized! Way to go! The donation center was closed, but is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can donate to their food pantry, here, which I thought was wonderful. The store has been tidy every time I've visited, which has been very nice. It's not too far of a drive from downtown Wisconsin Dells. I loved that they had statues outside their store. They had a nice Saint Francis of Assisi statue by a side entrance to their building, 2 smaller St. Francis statues, 3 Cherubs and a Mother Mary statue in front of the store. This was a highlight to my experience. The only other SVDP where I've seen a St. Francis statue has been at the store in Beaver Dam. This was truly a pleasant surprise.

Love, love, love this location and it's friendly staff. Christmas in July sale was great along with the way the Christmas items were display. My home will be beautifully decorated for the holidays!

Very unorganized to begin with, lovely staff, that were kind and helpful, but it's an unorganized store. This place has a flea market vibe, stuff everywhere with very little organization, so you'll have to explore the entire store 1-2 times to really feel satisfied as a thrifter. Good prices on most items. Will be coming back because I found some good deals, but store could be a bit more organized.

As a local when you walk in to tell them there phones dont work and I need assistance with school clothes for my kids and they give me evil looks take my name and number down and it's been 2 weeks truly they care. And on top of that they always are so rude to everyone everything they receive is free but they jack there prices up like they are a regular store I'd rather go shop at goodwill.

Used to LOVE this store, but there's just nothing to look at anymore. Very boring. This was a store to find treasures in. The shelves are almost empty with very boring items.

Long line behind me with 1 guest in front of me and only 1 person named Martha working at the register so some guests decided to leave. The guests said out loud that they don’t have time to wait and will come back another time. Then I hear Sabrina behind the register (helping Martha wrap glassware in newspapers) say “She loves it when customers leave when she works slow at the register”. She was so proud of her comment. This is poor customer service and I’m highly disappointed.

They had a different variety of things for you to choose from and reasonable prices. The staff was very nice and polite. They had a wide assortment of books and DVDs and blu-rays. Some of the furniture was priced real low. They had nice jewelry boxes there as well.

Good to great pricing! And, they always have SPECIALS! They have a WIDE variety of items and stock changes quickly. I get there about once a month and I never see the same items - their stuff moves! Staff is very nice too. Books .50 to 1.50, Thread .25 to .40, Fabric a little high, but reasonable when on sale. I should take a star off for the clothing, it isn't well sorted and I rarely find anything I want ( and I buy 80% of my clothing used then alter or restyle as needed). Dishes a little high too. Frequent lines at the checkout prove that I am not the only person finding treasures! I highly recommend this thrift store, definitely one of my favorites.

They were great. Helped me get several pairs of work clothes free of charge even though I had no appointment and the person in charge was swamped with phone calls between back to back appointments, and it goes without saying they were super nice on top of it. I didn't look at much else, but they had a nice selection of good quality clothing and shoes.

Love this place! Good prices, lots of miscellaneous. Staff is always friendly. Never come to the Dells without stopping in. Dressing rooms are not open due to covid right now, and masks are required.

This was my first time ever visiting this store.Positive:I was greeted when I came into the storeThe lady seemed really nice when she rang me upThe store is pretty bigThey have a bunch of items to choose fromIt's pretty organizedNegatives: I was told that there was sales that were on the board that I didnt see until I was checking out.The items that I looked at or interested in, where way over priced.Their prices are more expensivehere,than at the Goodwills in the cities.

Over priced and low quality. We're local so we stop here a lot. Overall everything is overpriced. Sometimes there's a good deal, but simple things, shirts, coats, kids clothes are all overpriced. Inconsistent pricing, too, similar items will be $1-$2 different. Quality is iffy, too. Stained clothing, toys missing pieces. The furniture is all old, outdated and way overpriced. We just saw an artificial Christmas tree for $80!

Don’t waste your time if you have children with you. I was yelled at as soon as I opened the door, and I mean rudely yelled at—“NO CHILDREN IN THE STORE!” You should change your script. Something along the lines of “Good morning! I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but our board has made the decision to not allow children at this time. We hope you can come back and visit soon” would be more appropriate. You should require masks before you don’t allow children in your store. I inquired about this “rule” and was told the board made this decision to protect everyone because “kids still carry the virus.” *Everyone* can carry covid, so if that is the case, you should just close the the stores altogether instead of making up your own incessant guidelines.

We come into the dells once or twice a year and love to thrift shop.. But every single time we have stopped, the employees have been so rude! I asked a simple question about one of the sales and the lady replied " can you read? If you could, you'd know it's not. " and then walked away. There is absolutely no call for that type of behavior from a society that supposedly helps people. That was the last straw for us, we won't be returning.

The store was clean and has ALOT of items. The clothes have great prices but everything else is soooooo over priced. I dont know if these people forgot where they are or what happens in the backroom but its uncalled for and i refuse to pay full price for used items. This is why they have an abundance of inventory on their hands.

It's NOT at all "very high price". When I was there, there happened to be 40% off, storewide, excl. furniture. People with a high-hat attitude need to remember that there's a purpose for St. Vincent stores, and leave the middleman-flip-the-merchandise-on-ebay thing at home. Usually it's big-city folk expecting gratitude for "driving all the way out" to bring their pennies-worth of business. However, the rural St. Vincents take on big responsibilities, and there are expenses associated with them. Price "too high"? Don't buy it. But whining is sooo unseemly, considering.

It's a second hand store here in the Dells we have a few of them wanted Mauston also and in Portage you can get all kinds of used clothes work clothes some look like they're fairly new some are you can get all kinds of fancy dresses kids clothes there's two there's dishes pots and pans curtains all kinds of stuff for the house like the lamps coffee pods pictures Exedra cetera

I found some great Wisconsin badger sleeping pants, and they are super comphy. There was a lot of items in the store and a bit cluttered but the prices were great and the staff was helpful.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! I'm going through a rough time and reached out for some assistance with diapers and you told me NO! And to reach out to my church!! What exactly do you do with the money you make if you don't help others...makes me wonder. That wasn't very Christian like of you guys. I've never asked for help and you literally couldn't help me with my newborn with a pack of diapers. Wow that's really sad. Im calling Channel 3000 and every news to have you investigated to see where this money really goes!!!

Same as usual except for the restrooms being closed, what are they LAZY ???. Goodwill's restrooms are always open, and what happened to the prices they went thru the roof.In short: Come on open your restrooms and lower your prices NEVER GI
