The store was a complete mess. Clothing was in the wrong section. Clothing on floors. Front end alarms for the doors were going off left and right. The alarm on the sales floor was not being taken care of. You couldn't take your clothes out of the fitting room to show people. Workers seemed really mad. Very unprofessional on how messy the store was.

Good selection, but the hours are not posted outside the store, and the hours listed in Google maps are incorrect. Maps says they're open till 10PM on Sunday, but I got there at 6:40PM and they were very closed. (I've suggested an edit.)Maybe they will change the hours to match what's posted once they get more staff, but it was disappointing to go out of my way & find nobody was there.

The store front and the parking lot are literally a land fill. Same goes for the other stores on the lot-Dollar Tree and whatever the other ones are. How can these establishments get away with not keeping their grounds clean? There weren’t even any garbage cans upfront. They need to be fined regularly by the city.Inside wasn’t much different-dirty and unorganized.

Love the product and quality and prices,but was there at opening and parking lot wad dull of garbage and during shopping,the floors were just full of their products,made it hard to push the cart. I think they should have people that clean up. Otherwise loved stuff I got.

It was OK. This was my first time going to a Ross and it’s pretty much a run-down TJ max and Home Goods. The had a few things I found but not a huge selection to choose from. Prices were ok but could be better given most of their stuff is provided from other retailers.

I have been to several different Ross stores over the years, and this one is definitely on the smaller side. The selection was not great. It was annoying that the alarms they have attached to EVERYTHING kept going on. Much rather shop at TJ MAXX or Marshall's, they have better items and are similarly priced.

Even though this location was shopped out with shelves half stocked, I was able to find some good buys. When I got home, after reviewing my receipt I saw they double charged me on an item that cost $11. I called them and they said I needed to come in the store, with the receipt, to be credited for their mistake. So I wasted almost an hour driving there, gas for the 14 miles there and back, they reviewed the video and confirmed the error and credited my credit card. The really bad part is that THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE. Come on now: say you are sorry for the error for the inconvenience. In this day of being able to get excellent customer service from my couch, being responsive is so appreciated. Being kind when you make a mistake goes a long way!

Store is pretty much like TJ Maxx. Prices are compatible with TJ and Burlington. I did notice a lot of the products are everywhere so you really need to take your time and look. I purchased an outfit for a gift but had to return it and no questions asked why I was returning it. I is a good store but I think more organizing and better layout would improve the store. The associates could be a bit more customer friendly.

I went to Ross on the advice of a friend and I must say I'm not overly impressed. It may just be this location, but they didn't have a lot. It was exactly like TJ Max. The parking lot was gross too, with garbage everywhere. Probably won't go back.

I love ross but I wish this location had more selections for plus size women's clothing, along with bigger selection of shoes for size 9 and 10'sThey only had one person checking out customers at the time and the line was long. Other customers were complaining too. We see 2 other employee's in the store.Other then that I did find a bunch of goodies for a small selection so I did happy.

EDIT- new experience added at end...I completed my purchase and was walking out the door and the cashier INSTRUCTED ME too put my cart back where I found it . If I wasn't taken by surprise I would have returned my stuff right then. My wife and I shop at Ross a lot (in other areas) and won't be back. Do your job!.. . ...So today my wife drove us there accidentally, wanting to go to TJ Maxx I think, but not paying attention. I said that since we lived here now I may as well just shop here again and check it out. This time it was the lady in the fitting rooms. I had one pair of swimming trunks. She made me walk back to a hanging rack and hang them on the rack then gave me my number (1 item). After coming out with my one item, that I WAS purchasing. She has me walk back to the rack and re hang my 1 product. To make sure I didn't somehow..... Not sure what she was checking.I'm sure this is some company policy that is taken way too far and I know I won't be there a 3rd time. I've never been in a store that had such rude employees or incorrectly carried out procedures. At this point I would blame management.

I wasn't sure i liked this store the first time I was there. Most of the clothing seemed like it was for teenagers and they had very fee items that I liked. Well a few months ago i went back to the store because sister told me they change thongs up alot and you never know what they will have. Sister knows best because she was right. I've been to the store several times since then and have found clothes amd housewares that were even cheaper than. Walmart but better quality. Today i looked at the jewelry theu had and it was nicer than kohls and for less. Now Im a fan of Ross.

Bought a belt, style: double prong, big and small holes length of belt. TOOK TAGS OFF, wore it half dozen time. After little use, it broke in half. At store with belt and receipt in hand, the mgr declined in a demeaning rude way my request for refund/store credit (7.99). Because I cut the tags off, she didn’t know if I really bought it there. Contacted corporate about my disrespectful encounter with mgr, they simply sent me copy of their return policy. From what I can tell: buyer beware if something becomes defective, unlikely you will get any compensation, you might just get accused of being dishonest in front of other customers. Will never go back.

For this time of year very messy! I was able to find some great buys I will be back after holidays to see if it better organized and more shopable. Only one checkout open but had 3 employees upfront, 10 customers deep after waiting 15 minutes one employee decided to open another register. Smdh

This is a small store. I went on a Monday and things were pretty well picked over. Prices are good and brands are well known. We have an outlet mall close by so I am wondering if that is why this area gets a smaller store. It's always worth a look just in case you find that perfect item and don't want to pay full price.

Notasha is a very ignorant and rude manager. I questioned clothes i returned. She asked the clerk to hand her my returns. He gave her all the clothes in the rack. I said thats mine. I was not going to stand for her checking everyone's clothes out. She said she doesn't need my help and I'm making it worst. I proceeded to tell her what was mine. I brought back 6 items. She got a nasty look on her face and she did not like that I still told her what was not mine. I don't care if she liked it or not. After wards I went to look at the shoes and she came by the shoes and watched me. The last time I was there a cart was beeping by the door. She gave me a dirty look like it was my cart. I will not put up with her ignorant ways. I go to Madison to many times. I don't need Lake Delton Ross.

it was a great satisfaction to finally have a Ross Dress for less in Wisconsin dells as someone who lived in Florida before something was missing for me in the beautiful city of Wisconsin dells.Now we have it 🤩🤩🤩🤩now my personal experience at the store was nice i try a weekend and a weekdayas expected it was a different experiencethe staff was very friendly the place is cleanthe only issue it with merchandise but unfortunately is Ross fault because people in the dell are so excited for the ross nothing really stay on the shelves for longoverall it was a great experience
