I understand that this laundry mat is a slight dump- but the real way they make their money here is making sure every machine is broken and not putting “Out of Order” signs on any of them- then not having any of the detergent filled. They don’t leave a “Refund” box because then they wouldn’t make any money. I think I spent more money trying to find just anything that worked than my actual laundry. Good for you! Keep on keeping on. Oh also, the laundry soap containers are filled with detergent already from the previous person. Only go here to wash pet sheets. Naw they don’t deserve that.

This place is disgusting. Looks like there’s been no cleaning for weeks. Pictures below are just a few sections. Machines are filthy. Don’t worry about COVID when u come here. Worry more about hep C. Change machines don’t work. Says no pets. No way I’d even allow my dog in this place. Zero rating for sure

This place is beyond disgusting I live in the area so have come here a few times the first time I came I saw the place looked and was just nasty as all hell and after going in because looks can be deceiving the place truly was absolutely disgusting all the machines suck they all take your money and you can’t get it back I tried putting quarters into some of the machine and they would get stuck with no way to get them out and on some other machines the quarters will go through and add to the balance but they won’t let you ouch the buttons on the machine for almost $10 to wash clothes on these and a few bucks to dry this place needs to be doing SO MUCH more instead of just pocketing the cash cuz this is atrocious.

Very filthy. Most of the machines are broken. One of the ceiling fan broke a wing and it flew across the room luckily it didnt flew my way. Never coming back here.

This place is always trashed. The machines are always broke. 9 out of 10 times that you go here, over half the machines will be out of order. And the ones that do work are always filthy. I'd recommend doing laundry in downtown Wisconsin dells or Baraboo if you can.

I am currently at this location. There are 6 dryers with broken or out of order signs on them. There are two soda machines outside and neither of them work either. I am from the area and only came to this location because the laundry mat in the Dells I normally go to was packed. Won't make that mistake again.

****WARNING ROACHES**** I will not give this place any stars!! Absolutely disgusting I will never come here again disgusting!! Go in place os trashed food and garbage no cleaning on top Roaches yes this place has Roaches have the pictures to prove it!!! If you don't want Roaches hitching a ride with you home I suggest turning around and go somewhere else!!!! Because that's what Idid thank God I did not bring my clothes in to be washed!

All I would have to do to prove my point is take a picture. This is the WORST,MOST DISCUSTING,UNSANITARY laundromat I've ever been too. The machinery is ALWAYS BROKEN AND THE OWNER doesn't seem to want to be bothered with it.I seriously cannot believe how this place can still be up and running. It is a SHAME how someone can take advantage of people's necessities as the owner of this establishment does. I'm pretty sure he makes as much money from broken down machines as he does the working ones. Maybe EVEN MORE-Seriously!

I go for the 2 very large machines to wash my comforter in. The last 2 times I went after loading and putting my money in the machine did not work and took my money. They did refund me, but what a waste of my time and had to go somewhere else to finish. What a pain

Nice little laundromat. Clean, and never too busy when I'm there. Only problem is there a quite a few machines that go down and the ones that are working are $5+ for 20-30min cycles. I personally use for bulk bedding so it works for me fairly decently but I wouldnt do my own smaller personal loads here.

This place is dirty and disgusting. I would give it a zero if i could. Looks as if not swept in months, machines are filthy.In need of a deep cleaning. Afraid to touch anything in here. All change machines out of order. Would post pictures if I could!

Place is convenient but many machines broke. Lose money every time with one machine or the other malfunctioning. Prices recently increased and some new machines but fewer washers now. Go here expecting an ordeal.

Horrible!! I lost $7.00 and called number no answer. The place is dirty and soap vending machines didn't work. They have food scattered across the counter have no idea why. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
