Pretty disappointed in the customer service. Register three today rang me up and the rewards did not register with the receipt. Understand technology is not always friendly. I showed her. My receipt opened. My app. Showed her what it was supposed to be. She referred to my 10% discount for using my Quick card as the discount I should’ve gotten. I educated her and letting her know what that discount was, and that I should have received the discount as provided on the app. She reluctantly gave me the discount she thought I deserved. Obviously she did not read the coupon on the app and incorrectly gave me a discount. When I brought it to her attention, she was uninterested in fixing. Never wants to she apologize for the technology or the inconvenience. Cashier should be educated about the discounts available on the stores apps, as well as discounts that are given when using the store payment methods.

I go to this store probably 3-4 days a week since I’m from the area and the employees usually know who I am so they’re always very polite. Always good food and always very clean inside

I understand that some things are out of the workers hands, but the 'i don't care, it's your problem' kind of attitude I have not had at any Kwik trip. Will stick to the downtown location from now on, they have great customer service.

Good store just like every new kwik trips clean new and a car wash good selection of everything you would need from a kwik trip candy,beer,fried chicken,cold drinks,coffee.

This Kwik trip sucks, we had a problem inside their store and even the manager said there wasn't anything they could do. I've never had this problem with any other Kwik trips but I will definitely never return to this one.

As many are, very clean and organized. Only gripe is sat in line behind many with only 1 cashier while others working. Unusual for this in other stores.

I came there yesterday with a sibling of mine. About almost 10 pm and the man on register 5 was very rude. He didn't even say anything..at all. He just rolled his eyes at us. Store seems very dark. Eerie. People in bad moods. I'll take my butt to another Kwik trip.

They were very helpful we needed water for our radiator and the manager was very helpful. Ask us to come back and the store was very clean and organize.
