We stayed here January 13th through the 15th for our first snowmobile trip of the season. It did not disappoint. The room was very clean and updated, probably one of the nicest places I've stayed at in the dells. The bar and restaurant are also very good. The staff was also very nice and helpful. It's right on the snowmobile trail, and the gas station is also very close. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

My friends and I spent Monday and Tuesday for a girls get away in July. We stayed in one of the campgrounds cabins. The one thing that lowered my rating of the service at this campground was the cleaning crew the day of check out. Our check out was at 11am and around 9:45am the cleaning crew was sitting outside our cabin in their 2 golf carts and van waiting for us to leave. In addition, when my friends and I were packing up the car they repeatedly hit on and made comments at us. This was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.The check in process was wonderful and the front desk manager with red hair was very kind. When we got to the cabin, everything appeared clean but there was no toilet paper which the front desk kindly replaced. Upon further evaluation of the rooms, we found a condom wrapper on the floor by the bed. The air conditioning in that bedroom appeared dirty so we couldn’t keep it on at night. That bedroom also smelt like mildew. Everything aside from that bedroom was clean and appeared in good condition. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Worst campground ever!!!!!! Do not stay here!!!! We had extremely loud neighbors that played loud music until 3 AM and then they would start again at 7 AM!!! When we went to the office to complain they said music was to be off at midnight and they would send security over but nothing was done. After the 2nd night of this the neighbors were quiet for a few hour's but then decided to wake up at 3 AM and blast music!! When we asked them to turn it down they said to shut the "F" up!!! Never again will we spend money at this resort!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible

If you want a nice quiet relaxing get away, this is NOT the place. We camped here and ended up between the bar and a young group of 20somethings the music started at noon and didn’t stop until 2:15 and it was on both sides of us and it didn’t go together. So if you want to stay at a place where the party never ends this is your place, if not spend your money elsewhere.

Rented a site during the week. Was dead hardly, no one around. No wifi.. They really need to spend some money on this for a camp site. I see they are making pool area bigger. Now they just need to heat the pool a bit more was chilly. I never made it into a hot tub. But I heard it was luke warm. Building for bar is nice. They had a couple of guys playing during the week. They were ok. But I need a band but then again cost more. Was only about 10 people there each night tops. Outside guests come into the bar and pool too. The wristband is a pain wearing all weak. Need something different. Make those stopping in for pool and drinks wear the bands...lol not guest staying for a week. Staff was friendly, I will say, and did enjoy the food!!!

Awesome stay at a very nice resort. Was celebrating my birthday Sat the 3rd of June 2023. Room was very clean and front desk was very courteous as well as helpful. I honestly hope the housekeeper that found my $1,000 really needed it. I hope it ended up in the pockets of someone that could really use it for themselves or their family. I really didn't want to write a bad review, I tried communicating and giving them time to respond before I did but I haven't heard anything back from them. We stayed at the only family friendly house 2 weeks ago. Located right on the highway, not the best place for the only family friendly house. Says there was only wifi at the office, ok no big deal we can survive. Get to the house and there's a clipboard that says wifi name and PW. Doesn't work. Ask the office about it and they said it should. It never did. Ok whatever. Also said house has AC. Which was misleading. The older part of the house did, but the newer addition did not. Which in the summer in Wisconsin is not fun. We did everything we could including contacting front desk but nothing. Ended up buying a fan to blow in the night time air since that was cooler than the house. Place was clean and it was quiet, however we stayed Wednesday- Friday so that might have been why.

We had a lot of fun. The cabin was clean and they provided a lot of stuff. The lady that checked us in was friendly and informative. The location was nice too. It wasn't in the craziness of the dells but a quick drive to downtown and attractions. Definitely a wide range of groups staying there. We ate at the bar for lunch and enjoyed the food too. My only complaint was the small fridge in the cabin. It would be nice if they provided a full size or bigger one. Although, we were able to manage with coolers.

Edge O Dells (Edge of Hell) where the camp resort rules and security don't matter!!!!Do you hate sleep? Do you love obnoxious neighbors? Do you like to be tortutured with Blaring DJ speakers and yelling as early as 6:30 am and endinh at 3:30 am?? Do you like flood lights pointed in your windows, and if if you like being exposed to male genitalia, this is definitely your spot...."You could book your stay at a local prison, and have a better experience."The check-in desk was filled with compassion and empathy when presenting our discust with the etiquette of the fellow campers. They promised security to patrol the area, the only thing that changed was everything got worse.By the 3rd day we were going to leave, they offered us a new location, Why are we inconvenienced? The better answer is having guests follow the dang rules.We paid for the campsite we wanted and the service they promised in the rules.I stated if I'm packing up I'm going home...They offered a refund for one night stay, in order to get the refund they said that we would have to leave the property immediately...By the last night we were harassed, name called, and exposed to.BONUS TIP: Dont be stupid like us by following Edge O Dells rules by paying extra.: they seem to encourage you to pack your sites with vehiclas and people to the max.Don't do the honest thing like us and pay for vehical passes and extra guests.THEY DONT CHECK, or obviously CARE..You can save yourself some serious dough. ( $50-$100 for the weekend.) Your welcome.We will not be back!

Amazing cabins!!! 10 girls and we all got our own bed! The beds were made and comfortable! 21+ it is a major plus!! With a DJ at the restaurant with some dancing. The checking ladies were a pleasure to work with made it so easy and were so nice!!We will definitely be back every year for a girls weekend! I can’t say one bad thing about it!

No Wifi in the motel in 2023 really? That's crazy to me. They put a wrist band on you when you check in and act like you need it to merely exist on the property. I'm just supposed to sleep and shower in this hospital wrist band for 4 nights because you're a 21+ "resort" why wouldn't you just have a system of doing that at the bar? To top it all off, there's no deadbolt lock. Meaning anyone with a key could just come in while you were sleeping. So, if you're someone who just doesn't want kids around and hasn't heard of wifi maybe you would enjoy the bar or something. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.

This is quite a large resort including camping, cabins and a motel across the street. I was working near here and wanted a room for the night so I booked the motel. I didn’t have high expectations as most motels are kind of dumps but I was pleasantly surprised and have already stayed there a second time. Check in was unique as you check in but they basically have a full Convenience store including stocked beer fridges any alcohol you could want and plenty of snacks. The bar was pretty good and they had good burgers. The room was obviously recently renovated and was quite nice. Everything was new, the only thing that was unimpressive was the water pressure in the shower but considering everything else I was very happy. Nice convenient place to stay. Another thing to note, hotels.com didn’t show any rooms available but I called and they had plenty. Call to book, it’s easy and not all their rooms are listed online.

Amazing, I love that it's over 21 only. Everything was super clean, there was a couple small things like the fridge not closing all the way or the shower head pointing at the wall, but we didn't say anything because it's part of camping. We would rather have cleanliness over exact working order. We would totally stay again. Only real disappointment was the fire pit, but it looked like they were working on them

Great cabins and campground. No kids! Great restaurant on premises. If you rent a cabin the upper loft area stairs are tricky. The smaller cabins have a ladder and the larger ones have a very narrow spiral staircase. Not really easy for anyone over 50 or anyone with any knee,back, or hip problem. Spiral staircase is kind of right in the middle of the room so you got to be careful not to wack your head. Rented the largest cabin and it only has a dorm sized refrigerator. Not nearly big enough as the cabin sleeps 14 people and we only had 6. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay and the cabin was super clean, but it has some drawbacks to think about.

Started out loving this place because of the craziness. Love it now, mostly because there are no children. 21 and over only and it's great. You can speak freely, drink freely, get crazy if you want, chill if you want. It has everything we need for a great guy's getaway. Pool, Bar, Grill, Cabins, Camping, Clean Showers, Toilets, etc.

For $90 a night, 100% worth it. You could never leave the site and still have an amazing vacation. Staff was understanding and helpful. Clean rooms, clean pools, and they take care of the fire pits and grills during the day for you. Had a cool gift shop with useful items for camping and unique liquor. This is definitely a good relaxing place, and everyone seems respectable. The only thing that was disappointing was during my trip, they threw away my firewood, unused charcoal, and camping supplies. At the end of the trip, I wanted to pay it forward and leave some dish soap, firewood bundles, etc but I knew it would just get tossed. This was totally worth it, and just clean up after yourself and it’ll be one of the cheapest prices in the dells.

Fish was good at the bar there. They have live music every weekend, which is nice.Cabin was roomy and clean. Over all nice. Parking was terrible and for the price you pay they could have at least cleared a path. Come on...I would have given them a 4 star but if they go as far as having such a petty list. Then they need to take care of all details.

Very friendly staff and totally reasonably priced. We stayed in a cabin with our German shepherd and it was only $130 the night. The cabin was huge! Slept up to 12 people! Cabin was fully stocked. Mini fridge, kitchenette, grill, full bathroom etc. and we loved the convenience with a dog of pulling right up to the cabin and walking in. Any other hotel we looked at was just as expensive and the only pet friendly ones are chain hotels and I didn’t want to walk through the halls with my big dog. Great pool that wasn’t very busy ! And loved the 21+ aspect since your surrounded by kids all day doing activities in the dells. Great experience! Will stay again soon

Not kid friendly, if your going to cater to one demographic that's your decision. Just realize that you have a business in a kid friendly area.While the staff was nice it was hard getting our drinks, we had to get up several times to find our waitress.Won't return.

The dells is haunted with dead Indian spirits everywhere. There is only 1 way into the dells and 1 way out and that is thru spirituality, I warn you to be extremely cautious if you enter this campground with pets and or families. God bless, and I agree the burgers where fun to cook as others have said and done their is no better diet than the Jon Ring diet burgers and chicken sandwiches! the cabins are nice but the people involved with the slave labor system the shady owners got goin on is sketchy and abusive.

Don't rent a cottage.Check in time was 4pm, tried to check in at 4:30 and cottage wasn't ready so went to the restaurant because we were hungry anyway. Left there after 20minutes and no service, not even a nod. Finally got a call at 6pm that our room was ready. By then we had left to eat at another venue. Back to the office and asked directions to the "cottage" and we were told it was up and to the left. It's actually across the highway without any kind of signage. Key did not work in the front door. The "cottage" smelled so strongly of Febreeze or whatever cover up scent there was that I had to leave all of our belongings outside once I got home, they still smelled so bad. It was unacceptable. The cottage was in extremely poor repair (holes in the walls, substantial gap in the front door big enough for light and critters to get in)The pool and pool bar area were very pretty.I hesitate to write a poor review because I know businesses are struggling. However, I was really looking forward to the evening as it was for my birthday celebration and I decided to make reservations despite the price. I thought it would be worth it with the amenities. I had one drink at the pool (had to go in and buy), went back to the room and went to bed so I could get up and leave as early as possible the next morning.If this had been advertised as a rustic cottage, I would not have been so disappointed. At least discount the room prices for Sunday nights if you're not going to offer full services.

Cabin and campground was wonderful! I would of gave it 5 stars except for the bartender working on Thursday night at the outdoor bar was so RUDE. He obviously didn't want to be there and took it out on the customers. They had great live music. We left after one drink as he made it very clear to my husband he did not want to serve him because we did not leave a tab open and that was an inconvenience for him. Never felt so uncomfortable at a bar before. I do not think he should be serving at a campground.
