Well 3 of us got sick to stomach within 5 min of getting our cone. We hadn't been around eachother b4 that or around the same people and it was so quick and obvious that it was from something there and we have been paying the price for hours. Not happy and I don't usually have these issues. The 11 year old is in tears with stomach cramps. I don't think the temp or dairy was properly taken care of or machines cleaned rightReply to response;As a licensed food manager and registered sanitarian I do understand where your coming from and accurate about food borne but your incorrect when it comes to the dairy in this situation. If the product has been mishandled or another issue then it would cause issues in less them 30 min. So don't steer people wrong. I also know for a fact that the machines and product are not fully cleaned daily. You would need to dispose of the product that was in machine and that was not done either. I'm sure the people who can't speak English are all about the food quality of dells tourists. I would have chopped up to lactose intolerance if 1 person but not all 3 like clock work. I've also read all the inspections from every store owned. I own several businesses and know 3 local counties food inspectors. So fix it cause if happens again to anyone I know I will make it a personal mission.Just own your stuff not pass off that I'm wrong.

Staff is always very nice! Didn't feel well and needed water, they had to sell me a bottle but got me a cup and ice without my needing to ask.

Wonderful service and wonderful treats! Highly suggest this location. We went to the other DQ in the Dells and the blizzards were horrible.... it was basically just vanilla ice cream, a chunk of candy not even mixed thrown in a cup.... We made the mistake twice! So if you’re looking for a good ice cream treat I highly suggest this location!

Terrible service, the girls had bad attitudes! I asked them to flip my blizzard because it was literally dripping down my hand and they made up a lie saying they only flip it side ways now. The half melted blizzard was fine it’s their attitudes that weren’t. (p.s I apologize that you’ve been working there 11 years, pretty impressive)

Gave me a stale cone and told me that DQ send them that way and that’s all the cones they have and he told me there’s nothing they can do about it I would never go to this DQ again and the manager is very rude if he don’t like working find a better job not my fault that you don’t like your job!!! I would give him a zero if I could definitely don’t deserve an one star !!!!

A nice stop to get a sweet treat. Sit down with the family and with friends to satisfy your sweet tooth. I had the triple chocolate brownie and it was to die for. The warm brownie mixed with the chilly ice cream was like a dream come true. I hope if you stop by, you'll have just as much fun as i had.

That lady work here is very rude. I asked her for a blizzard of chocolate chip and she didn't want to do it for me she said it was a special order I told her I'm going to pay you for it and she didn't want to do it , she doesn't like her job

Staff is not the friendliest. And you are reminded all the time they are family owned so they when I'm not do what most Dairy Queens will do like mixing toppings, and they do not have a lot of the other options that most Dairy Queen's do like the stuff you see on TV. And they will not participate in any of the coupons that you may find.

I am a local so i know the area well if you want dq ice cream this is better than the one that is the grill and chill/restaurant and if your looking for the restaurant I highly recomend just driving to the Barboo one

Love the outdoor seating area with picnic benches. Plenty of staff working. Great view of downtown Dells and located in the heart of downtown.

they have the worst service, i went there at night it was 2 people before me waiting for their ice cream when they gave it to them, the girl closed the window in my face, she did not have the courtesy to say "sorry we are closed" and then with their friends start laughing
