Great place to stop for a road trip. Friendly staff. Clean environment. PHENOMENAL FOOD. It came out hot, fresh and fast. The also had the best malt shake I’ve ever had. The customers were also extremely friendly and helpful.Kid-friendliness: It was so easy and clean to change my two babies diaper.

This was an unpleasant experience because of multiple reasons, starting with the service if I could give it no stars I would the girl who took my order would stare at us when we were waiting for her to give us the receipt, we ended up asking for it and before we did she said "um hello". Secondly when I went to use my scoopy "tokens" from my bag of food, I ordered two ice creams (flavor of the day and a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge), the people we were eating with ordered a couple minutes before us, we waited 10 minutes and their ice cream came out we asked if our ice cream is coming and he said it will be out in a couple minutes, we waited 15 more minutes and it still hadn't come out, I ended up going up to the counter to ask them if I could have my ice cream, we told them that we waited for 25 minutes and the guy went up to a lady and said "apparently they have been waiting 45 minutes for there ice cream" we told them we didn't wait that long but would still like our ice cream, he told us they already did we told them that the people we were with got there's but we didn't, we went back and forth a little bit more and ended up leaving with no ice cream.

Again, not a fan of fast food. But on road trip I would . Tried again this burger mushroom and Swiss and again! It tasted good, fresh and looked appetizing . Fries is good with their frozen vanilla custard 😊

The food is amazing, honestly tasted better than the culvers I usually go to, but the workers clearly don’t wanna be there and trust me I get it, I don’t enjoy customer service either but the energy and vibes coming off our order taker just wasn’t it. She was very quiet and barely talked and had a smug look on her as if she was annoyed to have to do her job, when we sat down at our table to wait for our food the guest attendant stood by the back door right next to us and I could feel his eyes on us the whole time we were eating, and I looked up once in his general direction and he was hiding behind the booth wall, looked like he was spying on us or something it made me very uncomfortable. He just stayed around our booth the whole 30 minutes we were here….But the food was good 😳👍

Literally one of the worst Culver’s to go imo. Every single time I go thru that drive thru everyone either forget something or I have someone constantly telling me. “Is that it is that it?” After every single sentence. Annoying. Not to mention how stuff constantly is missing. Like the one time I had a big order and somehow if I didn’t look in the bag I was only getting not even half my order. And waited over twenty minutes if I didn’t have already paid I would have left after 10. Teach your employees to not say is that it after every single sentence.

Came here for dessert and ordered a simple chocolate malt with raspberries and cheesecake. What I got was a vanilla milkshake with chocolate sauce drizzled and some red sauce. I asked for them to redo it and got a similar result?! I don’t know what happened but I’ve never had an issue with this same order at different locations.

We visited the Dells for a few days. We found prices at local restaurants very inflated for what we were getting. We thought experiencing something different would be a plus. We found ourselves at one of our favorite places, feeling a bit at home. The Culver's we visited had the best food we encountered on the trip. Prices were a little higher than back home, but not terrible. Everything else about the experience at Culver's was exceptional.

Usually I have a great experience every time I come to Culver’s, however this time I did not. We had came Saturday night and had ordered two shakes. We confirmed it with them then when we got to the window we kept telling her we got two shakes and she confirmed that we did then proceeded to charge me with someone else’s meal! Mine should’ve costed me 10 instead my card got charged $22.18 which is super frustrating cause I have to call my bank now.

We dined in, two adults and two kids, short line to order, food was brought to out table promptly. They accommodated a special requests for extra crispy fries. The frozen custard was delicious, the kids love getting their free scoop with their meal. The dining area was clean and every crew member we encountered was friendly and greeted us.

All deep fried foods but we heard to try the cheese curds so we gave it a go. I ordered the fried cod, it came with coleslaw and bread and of course the curds. It was good for fast fried food. An occasional indulgence for me. Curds were nice & crunchy & cheesey!

One of the best teams, working together, I've seen in a long long time in fast food. Even management came in upbeat sending it out into the atmosphere to her crew. The food was awesome, fresh and cooked to order.Parking: Huge space for parking
