My girlfriend and I are on vacation for her birthday and we decided on getting breakfast this morning. We found this cafe online and I’m very pleased with everything. We walk in and greeted almost right away and given a menu. We’ve never been here before but so far so good. We decide on what we’re getting for drinks and food. Myself, a chocolate milk, with a waffle topped with strawberries and whip cream and a yogurt parfait. While she got an iced vanilla latte, biscuits and gravy, with scrambled eggs and bacon (and a sausage on the side for both of us). The overall cost was a hair higher than I thought it would be, but definitely worth the quality of the food. The waffle was the best I’ve ever had, period. It was very fluffy and the strawberries on top of it were spectacular! While I didn’t have my girlfriend’s food, she said that it was good as well. The menu was filled with plenty of gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions.Needless to say we had a great experience there and are definitely coming back!Also, not to mention the view on the river was great even with it covered with snow and ice.Overall I would give an 8.7 out of 10 and definitely recommend coming!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

The Baristas were very friendly! I got a lavender mocha with homemade whipped cream and it was delicious! Coming from a coffee snob, the espresso is high quality! They have a patio that faces the water and is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of seating out there. Of note, this place was hopping when we went around 11 - even still I didn't have to wait too long for my drink.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in, all on one level. Could easily move chairs to accommodate a wheelchair

Food tasted like it sat on a hot rack only liked the coffee and waffles I mean best waffles I’ve had ever! Eggs were alright but The potatoes in the breakfast bowls tasted like they sat out for a night they were hard to bite and even made a clink like a chew spit hitting a spittoon. My daughter who is the most gentle thing on earth said she didn’t want to even give a review with any stars and that’s coming from an innocent child. Only reason we stopped was the good reviews I guess people don’t have good taste. It’s unfortunate. Don’t even want to ask for a to go box won’t be stopping here again especially for 113$ it’s a shame.

We try to eat at a different breakfast place everyday while we go on vacation. I saw the reviews were great here. Overall a 4.5. I took off half a point because like one previous reviewer said, they need more than one register. Or at least hire one more person so that everyone isn’t running around like crazy. The food and coffee were delicious. Portions were good, not small so you won’t have to worry about leaving hungry. Prices were fair, actually more on the cheaper side. We got pumpkin pie latte, sunrise plate, and Bella goose classic waffle. Restaurant is not big but I recommend going early to grab a table. Parking lot was small but we were able to find a spot.

Stopped here for a late brunch/lunch with my kids. Everything was so delicious that we ended up ordering another waffle! We also had their special ham and guyere sandwich and the spinach feta Sammy, as well as the veggie bowl. Fresh quality ingredients. The coffee was great as well. Very reasonable pricing! If you are sick of all the fried and greasy bar food in the Dells, come here, you won’t be disappointed.

Do you go for the coffee or the fantastic breakfast menu? Our answer: both!Visiting family in the area brings us to the Dells in the off-season. Most establishments here are shuttered for the winter, but not Bella Goose Coffee. They are as busy as ever. That’s a clear sign of respect from the locals. And now I know why.The coffees were top-shelf, and the food was incredible. In today’s culture, where breakfast sandwiches are a dime a dozen, Bella Goose has curated a unique menu of handcrafted delights. Each item is an interesting take on a traditional breakfast piece.It’s a one-of-a-kind experience.

Can't believe I'd never been here before. It will be a MUST everytime I'm in the dells! It gets busy but so worth the wait!! The coffee was 🏼 the food was just scrumptious 🤤🤤🤤 the biscuits were soooo good. I will say best b & g I've had! My daughter who is picky was also so happy with her choice. Don't skip out on this place. We had a salted caramel latte and cold brew and both were on point.

Best breakfast in the Dells, in our experience! The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I had the Spinach Feta Sammie - so flaky and delicious. Seriously, a top breakfast sandwich experience for me. The coffee and the atmosphere were also good. It was a busy Saturday morning but we didn't have to wait long. We'll be back on our next trip through the area. Lots of vegetarian options!

It was out first time visiting and we were very impressed with the in-house syrups! The atmosphere was very chill and the baristas were incredibly helpful and understanding. I first found out about this cafe and location last year (2023). I had the Cheddar Bacon Sammie and the Classic Waffle. Firstly, that was the BEST waffle I’ve ever had and secondly, the spicy pepper jelly combined with the juicy and crispy bacon on that biscuit was SO good. The bacon isn’t just a fatty piece of meat or a crumbly charred crisp. There’s so much flavor and bite to the bacon. I STILL think about it to this day.Having that amazing breakfast in mind I knew I had to return a year later, but what also kept me wanting more was the amazing hospitality and delightful attitude of the staff/baristas.This time around I wanted to try something new so I had the B.S.T. and Tomato Basil Soup. I also got an Ube Coconut Latte. This was SUCH a great meal. That bacon had so much flavor still! The soup was a great pairing with the sandwich. It’s a simple and delicious tomato basil soup.The Ube Coconut Latte:SUCH. A. GOOD. DRINK.I love Ube and Coconut combined in boba teas/smoothies, and when I saw this latte I knew I had to try it, and it did NOT disappoint. It was a great palate cleanser with all the good fat and acid in my meal.I’m not tough to please, but I’ll only take time to write a review on things I think are worth it and BOTH meals were worth it.Overall the food is phenomenal. The aesthetic of the cafe is simple and chic. The atmosphere is relaxed. The prices are kind of what you expect with inflation nowadays. But what makes this place the one to visit out of ALL the businesses and restaurants at the Dells is the warmth and care from the staff at Bella Goose Coffee - Cafe on the River.Kid-friendliness: In 2023 at my first visit there was a boy (I’m assuming was autistic), who made some out of pocket comments, and the barista there handled it with such grace and tact. If you weren’t keen on the inability for some kids to get social cues you would rightfully assume this kid was being rude and obscene and you might also be excused if you put them in their place, but she responded without belittling herself nor being snippy and still gave service with a smile.

Bella Goose has some of the best espresso drinks that I've ever had. Each drink is made to perfection; nothing is rushed. They also make their own syrup, and the lavender is delicious. Many seasonal offerings. For food, I really enjoyed the ham and gruyere sammie. The waffles are also delicious. This is the perfect stop while staying in the Dells or when passing by as it's conveniently located off the highway.

What a delightful find (and what a relief to have found it!) Here for the weekend to do the waterpark thing with the kids and, after doing a diner breakfast and smelling fried food all day, I needed to go find some good food for lunch. Found it here! I got The Healthy Hustler toast, a cup of tomato basil soup on the side, the fruit bowl (blueberries and strawberries), and a protein bite for dessert. YUMMMMMM!!! Everything was perfect—the toast was an exquisite blend of flavors and textures, the soup was perfectly creamy and cozy, and the protein bite and fruit bowl were just the right amount of sweetness to finish it all off. Definitely going back tomorrow—and looking forward to the stunning view of the river and dam through their huge, beautiful windows.What a great spot! Best of luck to the owners—this is the type of business that makes this part of the world a better place to live. (And visit!) 🤩

We ordered a Vanilla Bean Latte (which was absolutely phenomenal), a Honey Cinnamon Late (also delicious), a Brekfast wrap (sausage egg and cheese), and a Waffle (with Blueberries, strawberries, and powdered sugar) Everything was wonderful, and we will definitely be back!The atmosphere here was incredible. When it got busy, the noise level didn't go up and baristas were very kind and calm!Parking: Shared parking with Dockside Dells Boat Tours, but there is a huge number of parking spots.

Traveling from Colorado for a vacation and we decided to stop there for breakfast. It's a charming hole-in-the-wall type of coffee shop. It has its unique style, not too modern and clinical feeling. Definitely gives a welcoming vibe. The coffee and food do not lack. I recommend the biscuits and gravy, very delicious and at a great price honestly. Being a barista myself the iced mocha breve latte I got was pretty good, not too different from how I make them. Overall I do recommend

If there’s a line when you come here on a weekend, please wait in it, it’s so worth it! 10/10!! This is a place you’ll miss when you’re home, if you don’t live close by. I had the iced caramel latte and it was truly out of this world. They make their syrups & whip cream and it’s so delicious! I also had a build your own waffle with a side of eggs, bacon and potato’s and it was amazing. The home made honey butter and biscuits are wonderful as is the zucchini bread, biscuits & gravy, feta breakfast sandwich and smoothies. (Things my family ordered while we were there). The ambiance is welcoming and clean and everyone working was so friendly. Beautiful lake view with outdoor and indoor seating with nice natural light. This place is a must and will absolutely be a staple when I come to town.

We had the MOST delightful breakfast at Bella Goose this morning! It was crowded around 9 AM but that did not deter us, as we had a wonderful opportunity to sit at the bar as a family and converse with Sabrina and Lexi as they made drinks and helped us with menu suggestions. We had the best company with them and view of the river!You order at the register and are given a number to take to our seats at the bar. Our drinks included a Tropical Berry Smoothie, orange juice, regular coffee with free refills, and a delicious Lavender Mint Latte with almondmilk...so good! Thank you, again, Lexi & Sabrina!Entrees included Chocolate Covered Strawberry Waffles, Bella Goose Classic Waffles, and sides of scrambled eggs, bacon, & sausage. Simply the BEST waffles we have ever had! Bacon was perfectly crispy and the one sausage patty was a generous size.Be sure to make time for a stop at this wonderful, local, family-owned restaurant. It was one of the BIG highlights of our trip! We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I are always on the hunt for a great coffee shop when we travel and Bella Goose did not disappoint. We had Bacon and Egg Sammie (that pepper jelly makes this sandwich AMAZING!) and my husband had a sausage gravy covered biscuit bowl....quite delicious. The pumpkin latte was sweet but on par with pumpkin flavor. And I appreciated the touch of latte art on the drink. As a barista myself, this place knows how to make a good latte!Dietary restrictions: I appreciate the choice of Almond Milk they provide. Unsweetened Califia Barista Almond Milk. The best!

Our family of six enjoyed a fantastic experience at Bella Goose. The coffee was rich and satisfying, accompanied by a delightful breakfast spread. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon and sausage were flavorful, and the rosemary potatoes added a delicious touch. Even the kids' hot chocolate (with a super cute latte design) was a hit.What truly impressed us was the generous portion sizes – ample enough to satisfy our family's appetite. The speed at which the drinks and food were served was commendable, considering our group size. The affordability was the icing on the cake; our total bill was surprisingly lower than the previous day's Denny's visit, yet we received way more food with much better quality. Bella Goose not only offers a scenic view and friendly staff but also stands out for its quality and value in culinary offerings. Highly recommended for a delightful family dining experience!
