Ok. Now I know you are going to say, "Kent...really??? Five stars for Auntie Anne's???"But I liked it. It may not be the soft Essen Haus 🥨🥨🥨 pretzels of the Essen Haus with Dusseldorf or Horse Radish mustard...but the shop is clean, staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. And she gave me a free pretzel 🥨 because I told her I am a Google Reviewer after she asked why I was taking pictures. Gotta love service like that. If I'm being honest...the cheese sauce could use some work...but the pretzels were hot, soft, and delicious.

This is the WORST Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever been to. The pretzels were clearly old and were so nasty we did not finish it. This is also the only location I’ve been to that didn’t give a discount for being an AARP member. I love Auntie Anne’s in general but was very disappointed with both the quality and the service we received at this location.

Employee was not the nicest, been a while since I've been but for the prices I would've expected a pretzel that was not over done and the lemonade is the size of a small at any other restaurant. Will not go again.

It's 12pm, the mall just opened a few hrs ago. They have most of the day left to go. But they are out of cinnamon sugar pretzels. They have regular pretzels, they have cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, so why don't we have regular sized cinnamon sugar pretzels? Rude employees is the reason. Too lazy to make a pretzels that's advertised on their menu board.

3 of us went for a snack, they had 2 pretzels left and I wanted 3, said we had to purchase nuggets, was told an hour for more whole pretzels. As we sat and ate minutes later here came more pretzels. They are rude, and misleading to get you to spend more money.horrible customer service.

The lady is super sweet and enthusiastic. The man a bit no nonsense with a strong accent but very professional. Some entitled kids came in demanding they get better customer service even though they kept putting trash in a crock pot even after beginning asked not to, twice. Just because you don't understand someone's accent doesn't mean these kids needed to be rude to them. My heart goes out to these two. And their product is excellent quality and delicious!

Got in a short line for a sour cream & onion and was told they are out of it. Indian lady said, ‘would you like plain?’ I nicely said, ‘no, thank you! Next time, have a nice day.’ She ignored me. Lol

Never had a pretzel dog before. I came here with my other at a down time. They made our pretzel dogs fresh to order. I only wanted one, super skeptical. It was the most delicious thing ever! I need another one immediately. We are now regular guests. They are so nice to us. Dipping sauce is a must.

Everything tastes as it should considering it’s ~pretzels~. But service is terrible the employees are rude and uninviting every time (if I can even understand what they’re saying), especially the dude😂 I work in the mall and he won’t give me the discount like the lady does. He takes his pretzel making pretty seriously I guess.

Pretzel was very burnt on bottom. This is the 3rd negative experience I've had at this location and next time I'm out shopping I will happily walk on by. They need to learn how to run a business.
