Stopped to get info on new crossbows. Critter spent the time explaing pros and cons about different bows and brands. Bought a new Tenpoint, even though the store was very busy, he got my bow set up, spent the time to explain everything to me, and got it sighted in, and got me in the woods for the evening hunt. I would highly recommend! Great prices and great customer service!

Had 2 crossbows that needed strings/cables. I was told at another shop that it would be two to four weeks. Dropped off both at Critters and was notified in less than 24 hours that they were done. Very impressed.

Took my bow in for tune as it wasn’t shooting “bullet holes.” Claimed it took 10 mins and was shooting fine, $25 charge. Go home, not shooting “bullet holes.” Take it to different shop they adjusted the top hats and NOW shoots perfect. Really disappointed in the ethics with that transaction. It was not my form after all like stated….be carful and double check work, I didn’t right away

Critter's has an outstanding staff. You must be willing to wait if it is busy, but the wait is well worth it. They are willing to spend the time it takes to get you all set up with a new bow. When I purchased a used bow for my son, they treated him like he was the only customer in the store.

The employees are great and do everything possible to get you set up with exactly what you need. I recently bought my first bow here and I told them what I was looking to spend. They set me up with everything I would need, gave me a deal on the price and exceeded all my expectations.

Awesome place, this was my 1st visit there I went there to register fish for tournament after registering my fish I decided to look around, I went on the other side of the building to the sporting department they have wonderful products that I made a purchase, I then decided to have a couple beers and order something from the menu. Our food was delicious, great staff and environment.

Stopped at Critters to look at crossbows. I bought the trade-in that another guy just brought in. Critter showed me how to use everything. He even took me to the range and I shot at 20 and 40 yds I was impressed with the service and would recommend Critters to anyone who wants service with the sale. John Z.When I bought my first crossbow two years ago, I thought everything was fine. Now I found out that the Rage mechanical broadheads were never locked in place with the plastic collar/ferrule. I had no idea that they were supposed to be. I figured the blades just opened as they left the crossbow. In the last two days, I missed two really nice buck, that were less than 40 yrds. This never should have happened. Plus I lost two very expensive arrows. Bad marksmanship, NO!!Bad installation I believe it was. Critter could have done better! By the way, I have sighted my bow with the same 100gr. target points. Always has been right on.

Cessy Clark set up a beautiful bow for me! It was my first one and she took the time to fit it to me perfect and took the time to instruct me how to handle it and shoot. I can stop in any time and she takes the time to do any adjustments I need. All the staff there is always friendly and helpful.

Buy all my rods and reels here. Critter backs everything. He and his staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Always willing to answer questions. If you are nice they may also throw you a tip on what's biting and a general location.

Needed service on a 15 year trolling mother. No parts available for that vintage mother. The service manager had a scraped mother 4 years newer than mine. He said it would be very costly if he did the work. He gave me the old mother and instructions on how to make the conversion. A few weeks ago I asked when I could get my arrows reflected and they said I can drop them off and possibly be done the next day even though 2 people were sitting on their phones behind the counter and then I buy a half dozen arrows from them not even a half hour later and they're done cutting them in 10 minutes... seems like they're drivin by money

Found this place after moving to the area brought in my bow and had my drop rest put on and bought a half dozen arrows didn't charge me to use range for sight in after the install will be coming back for more

Stay far away from this place. Took a trolling motor in for repair and it took 2 1/2 months to get it repaired. Technician lied to me three times confirmed by calling factory. When I called asking for status updates, they said they would call me back. Not once did they. Will never do business of any kind with Critters again.
