On our way to Wisconsin we decided to stop for a bite to eat for breakfast. Upon entering the restaurant, it was quiet and appeared clean and so were the restrooms although there were a few ants throughout. We placed our order at the kiosk which was pretty easy and also paid at the kiosk too. It took about 4 minutes to get our order and everything was correct except they forgot the plasticware and syrup. The food was hot and fresh which was also nice.

Went to the drive thru about 5:30 am today 2/23 There were 2 cars in line. The one sat there for a while and finally drove off. The next car sat there for a while and finally started to yell hello a few times. He finally drove off. I did the same thing and there were 2 cars in line behind me. When I left there were 2 cars at the window.If you're busy at least acknowledge someone waiting to order. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Please recall that I hate leaving a negative review😔but I must say that it is unfair to inform us that you are closed when you are not. We witnessed several people arrive and place an order while we watched from the parking lot. In fact, we counted at least five people who went in, ordered, and waited for their food🧐... smh

Our food was yummy but they forgot my fries. They were very quick to get them to me when I asked which I was grateful for. The worst part was eating in the dining room. There was a constant loud beeping noise coming from the kitchen that literally never stopped. Whenever they announced a carry out number they shouted at the top of their lungs, most likely because they had to be heard over the ridiculously loud beeping noise. I wish there was outdoor seating so that we could escape the madness. I realize we could eat in our car but that's not the principle of the matter. They offer indoor seating which should be professional and pleasant...but it was the opposite.

The manager at this location deserves to be fired no customer service consideration his name is Charles his description is around 6 feet tall black black hair and eyes he seen on the picture below where I posted. This manager after I ordered from the Kiosks told me I had to wait until he was done what it was he was doing or another employee was available to help me at the front counter because the key off told me to go to the front counter after my Credit card was witnessing an issue he decided to make me wait more than 15 to 20 minutes outside on the front counter to take my order from the key off to the front desk cashier I know he was doing this on purpose because his attitude was the most unprofessional customer service representation I have ever seen in my life this guy deserves to be fired and does not deserve To have the McDonald’s name on his uniform

The food was terrible. The only thing that was good was my hash brown. My McMuffin was so charred I couldn’t eat it and they charged me for an orange juice I never ordered! Overall, dissatisfied. I will be going to a different McDonald’s from now on.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without a single employee interacting with us. They were standing right there by the drive through window. We ended up walking out and driving north a mile to the McDonald's in Deforest where we got excellent service. The manager (Keegan) and coworker were awesome! We ordered food. And also bought 10 gift cards. Very professional young men. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

This place should not have been open! It was the worst McDonald's experience ever! There was no air conditioning, and it was over 90 degrees outside. They did not have sodas or freezes. The bathroom was beyond gross, picture attached. I suggest you go to any other McDonalds!!!

Fries were soggy. Straw they gave me was soggy (Covid-19). And after just opening my soda lid I find there's a dead fly in my soda. This is my third visit to that McDonald's and the previous two times were lackluster. I will never go to this McDonald's again.

Why even have a hot coffee warning or insulated cups? Cold service and cold coffee. I popped the top of my coffee to sip what seemed to be OLD cold coffee, reminded me of drinking someone's coffee from yesterday on accident... GROSS af... hope I dont get sick. Not to mention the cup wasn't half full, so I might be right. I paid for an extra shot of espresso and I got a half cup of brown cold milk. Thanks team

Messed my coffee up like 3 times made me wait and still gave me the wrong thing that i now refuse to drink. Asked for mocha 3 times and got french vanilla latte after they gave me a mocha iced latte? Totally ruined my morning. You can bet i will never be back.

The line wasn't but 4 or 5 cars long, but it was a solid half an hour to fourty minute wait. Once I finally did get my food, my fries were cool, soggy, and undercooked. My burgers were also cold, and they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. Luckily, I didn't get sick. I will not be returning to this location. It seems best to avoid it.

This resturant location is trash. I placed a $50.00 order and waited almost 1 hour for my food. I then walked into the store just to find out one of the McDonald's workers gave my order to someone else."Where's the proof of receipt?" you ask? Here it is...The managers at this restaurant stated, "This is not my store."There was one manager who told me I had to wait until tomorrow morning then talk to the manager during the day. I then asked if I just paid for nothing. I continue to state that I have a family to feed. I paid and got no food. Could you believe this? It's basically getting robbed.Finally, another manager arrived and after stating that this is not thier store either, they asked me if I wanted them to make the food again or refund. Immediately, I said refund so I can get out of this place.I went to Arby's nearby and got my food in 10 minutes for my family. Service at Arby's is top notch at this time!

Food was standard McDonald's but, building was thirty, lobby and bathroom in fact bathroom smelt with a mix of a stale there was even dirty underwear on the floor. Upon reflecting on it I am wounding whatbthe kitchen looked like.

The dark hair lady at the window. Was so sweet. She asked about my dog because of the wire rack divider. I had rehome him. The dog belonged to my husband, who had passed 6 months earlier. She put a treat in my bag. She made me feel important that Day!

Not a terrible McDonald’s. My only complaint is that sometimes I get food that is extra over the top. For example today I ordered a caramel iced coffee and whoever made it filled up the bottom of the cup with about half an inch of caramel and also had it all over the sides. I get some people might like this but I didn’t ask for it and it definitely ruined my coffee for the day and I was very much so looking forward to it.

We traveled straight through the night from Eastern PA. This store was conveniently near a gas station we stopped at 15 minutes before you opened. We rested for the time being while we waited. Once 5 passed, we placed a mobile order. We then waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. After some time, we pulled up to the 1st window and paitently waited for another 10 minutes. At one point, your manager on duty saw us sitting there and chose to ignore us rather than letting us know she was running behind on opening or something. Very unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if possible. I also used to be an opening manager for mcdonalds & would never leave customers waiting for nearly 30 mins past opening.

Not ONE time have I ever received an accurate order from this location…I always make sure to check the screen to see if they entered my order right which 99% of the time they do however even though my printed receipt specifies no onions or a side of ketchups etc, the order some how still turns out wrong. Not only that but the amount of time you have to wait for your food is typically around 7 minutes and there is rarely anyone in the drive through before you. One checkout person sat on his phone for a good 3 minutes before he acknowledged I was at the window. I feel sorry for the few employees there that are actually good at their job because everyone else is giving them a bad reputation.
