Harbor View is a lovely little property just up a hill from the Williams Bay Beach. The property enjoys a wonderfully peaceful and private oasis with a pretty yard and mature landscaping. I was pleasantly surprised having a bad back to find the bed very comfortable (room 4). This is not a cabin, more of a spillover room as Jim described but perfect for me traveling solo. The units are clean with simple furnishing. My unit had a little kitchenette, table and chairs with full fridge and TV. My AT&T service was very dodgy all over the island so very pleased to have great WiFi on site. The highlight of staying here is Jim the owner. He made sure I had everything I needed, was very quick to respond to any questions offering superb tips on where to go, play tennis, dine, etc. As a bonus, I felt safe knowing he was on property. Thanks again Jim!

The rooms are pretty small and not much to look at, but this is a nice little place. We had a room with a kitchenette which was pretty convenient. But what really makes this place shine is Jim the owner, great guy that will be happy to help out anyway he can, and he knows the area very well so he can tell you about anything you wanna do in the area. And I believe for the area the rooms are pretty well priced, very close to Williams Bay beach, it was a great little getaway.

I Don't know anything about The Harbor view two years ago as those Other reviews said, but Me and my family Just stayed there recently and Loved it! It was nice and quiet, had a nice open yard, and the rooms were cozy to return to after a night with the other guests out st the bonfire. We spent three days there and got to enjoy all the perks of Williams Bay: Enjoying the Beach with the motel provided passes, fishing at the piers and getting a great meal at Cafe Calamari. The Staff was very friendly and helped us out even when it was late. We definitely plan on returning.

Location was ideal. Just a walk away from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and great golf courses nearby.However, the room was definitely NOT ideal. The couch had stains on it, dirty floors, a broken screen door that wouldn’t shut all the way.In addition, my family and I were not pleased with the way we were welcomed to their property. James very briefly introduced us to the our room and then left to cater to another guest who checked in after us. He was with them for a while and never came back.I was personally offended and honestly wanted to book somewhere else(even after we paid). I had to go into the office to get the wifi password and also requested another blanket, which took him ~45-60 minutes to do so...He also didn’t seem very pleased when we introduced our dog.... (the website does say “PET FRIENDLY “). And asked if our pup sheds...?! Every dog sheds!Overall, ideal location but definitely overpriced for the rooms. There are PLENTY of better/cleaner options nearby

Met up with some old friends I haven't seen in ages at the Harbor View Motel. The town is really cool, there was a festival downtown and there were people everywhere (CCR played a concert just down the street). The cabins are comfortable, the bed was great. Jim, the owner, was awesome and really helped us plan a great weekend. We will definitely be back.

My daughters and I had a lovely stay. Jim was super hospitable, a joy to chat with, and an attentive host. Our space was clean and well stocked. Looking forward to our return trip next month.

Jim went above and beyond to make sure our group of 7 was comfortable. The rooms are not fancy but for cabins that are a short cab ride from downtown where a group of friends can hang out and walk to the piers - you can't beat it. The prices is great, the yard in the front is nice to spend time/enjoy your coffee on the swing, and there are grills, a fire pit (with wood!) and it's within walking distance of Bell's Store in case you need any provisions (beer and basically anything else you could need). We will certainly be back and look forward to the trip!

This is my second time staying at Harbor View with a group of friends, and we absolutely love it. Jim is always willing to help out to make your stay more enjoyable, and you just can't beat the location and price. There's also a nice yard up front to play bags and throw a ball around. Safe to say we'll be coming back next year!

Harbor view motel had a wonderful location on lake Geneve and its close to the lake for some great fishing. Jim whom is the owner was very accomadating and helpful with suggestions. It has a wonderful fire pit for evening gatherings.The cabins a basic and clean and we enjoyed our stay here very much, it served our needs very well. It's a little gem on lake Geneva.

Our stay felt more like the owner was opening his home to us than running a business. Rooms were simple, but had everything we needed. Location was perfect- we were close enough to the boardwalk to get a tourist experience as well as sample the local flavor. Great experience, would recommend.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay at The Harbor View! Staff is excellent and there is no hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva. Williams Bay is a great village and the ease of access to the Lake is great. Harbor View even gave my family passes to the beach!!!

Nice place to stay near Lake geneva, very good for get together's and party and fun. The williams bay is at walk-able distance, the beach is less crowded beach and also have fishing spot's.We had nice camp fire and party, no hard restriction's. Friendly staff.

Cozy, clean, rustic feel, decent size cabins. Outdoor fire pit, grills. Owner was friendly, helpful, and even upgraded us. Very happy with our choice of lodging for vacation.

In our Corner Cabin it had a nice kitchenette, all rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Great privacy for 2nd bedroom & bathroom with a door separating it from the rest of the cabin, and it's own entrance. Nice set-up! Appreciated being able to have our dog with us also.Very nice large outdoor area with tables, seating, and grills. The best quality was in Jim, the owner. He was always available, replied promptly to my many questions, and always kept an eye on the grounds to be certain things were going well. Jim was generous in extending beach passes as available, and was very knowledgable about the community. Extremely convenient to the beach, lakeshore path, Delavan, the other towns on Geneva Lake, as well as Lake Como.
