We had one of those screened porches with the vinyl windows you had to roll down, snap on. Vinyl yellows like crazy, cracks with age.Jennifer from Ackman came over immediately, gave us a quote for Marvin windows with screens and a custom built dog door. Ackman was able to finish job a month early!Our Marvin Windows look fabulous. We're very pleased with Aikman's work.

Awesome!! From first contact to completion, the work was outstanding. Rick Jr. was friendly and very professional, as he explained differences in window quality. The workers were prompt, and efficient. Bill clearly knew exactly what he was doing and instructed the other workers to insure quality workmanship. They were careful and didn't leave a mess when finished. If you are looking to have windows replaced, this is the company you want.

I own a window cleaning business and one of my employees shattered a storm window. The storm window wasn't your average window and I was told by other glass companies that the window couldn't be fixed. I was told it needed to be replaced. I called Ackman Glass and the tech I spoke to said he was all about a good challenge. I received a call 3 hours after dropping off the window and the glass had been replaced. Final Update: Initial installation issues have been resolved!!First visit: Installers arrived 2 hours late. Result was uneven glass installation, 5/8" off left vs. right at top. Was told by Jim, who did not even come out to check job, that cause was walls and tile uneven. Installers stated they would talk to Jim about correcting, but haven't heard back from him in 3 days.Update one week later:. Jim called and came out to address concerns. After observation and review of installation, he stated that stationary panel was defective and would be replaced. At that time door and transom will also be adjusted to correct alignment issue as much as possible, keeping integrity of safe functionality of system. Was pleased with approach and plan to resolve prior installation issues. I am hopeful that Ackman will stand behind quality product and installation.Final visit resolved all issues of previous concern. Installers were very professional and were able to correct alignment with installation of new stationary panel. Initial problems were caused by defective stationary panel. New gaskets were installed, providing tight seal for steam room operation. Very satisfied with overall service and would recommend Ackman Glass to prospective customers.
