This small business is WAY better than large operations such as PetSmart. I bought 120 crickets from PetSmart that were all dead with two days, Me and My Pets crickets always last 1-2 weeks. Great prices and super helpful!

Wow! As a trainer, I love their selections of high quality toys, chews, brain engagement toys, treats, great food. There is also a clearance area for even better deals! This store is very thoughtful in the selection of quality products for their store.

I love this small owner operated store. No big box store here, only knowledgeable owners that truly care about your pets. When unsure what brand to start feeding grain free, I was given 12 different brands and flavors to try. Was told place a small amount mixed with the Science Diet I was currently feeding. My cats chose Fromm's I have tried other brands but my four rescues love this brand and I love that there are several flavors available. Prices are great and I won't go anywhere else. Just a side note; before going here I went to a big box looking for the same grain free answers. Crickets was what I got.

Very nice people and very helpful. Do not licsen to the bad reviews on here. They do have good quality dog food and it's a lot cheaper then at farm and fleet. So is the horse grain. Also I dont think they want other dogs in there store for the safety of there dogs so please respect there wishes even if you have a guide dog. Also being in town you should have your dog on a leash for the safety of the dog.

Great prices and a huge selection of toys, snacks, food and pretty much anything else you would need for any kind of Owners are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to talk to you about what you need so you get the right food or supplies. Highly recommend.

I was happy to see a store in my area that sells crickets and meal worms, but when i walked in i was immediately given a shady look by the lady in the front desk. I asked for crickets and meal worms and did so but only got me crickets, and when i was paying she became very snippy with me that they only accept cash payment for under twenty dollars. She said she would let it go since i was a new customer, but she has this posted nowhere else until you are at the desk. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me or reply back to me when i said anything. She never said you’re welcome to me when i said thank you, she just ignored me. Advice? When you own a store, and a new customer comes in, you should treat them with respect and welcome them in. Don’t be rude and hastily with someone either, it’s sad to say but i will not be coming back here, for the lady seemed to not care one single bit i was helping her business, but to criticize me for not using cash. Nobody uses cash nowadays, everybody knows that. Terrible, terrible customer service! Learn to be a respectful person to others!

Will NEVER return to this horrible business. I walked into the store ,accompanied by my Emotional Support Dog in my arms and was told right away that animals are not allowed in the store, unless they are a service animal. I then explained to the owner that my dog is an ESA and by Federal Law, is allowed to go anywhere and everywhere with me. The owner told me I did not know the laws and that if he does not have a collar, he is not a service animal. By law, ESA do not require any collar or tag to display their job. It is completely up to the owner if they wish to make it clear to the public or not. Personally, I carry the documentation from my doctor to prove my rights when questioned. The owner did not give me a chance to prove to him my rights and told me to "Get the hell out of my store!". I have never been treated with such disrespect or been discriminated in such a way. Therefore, I was not allowed to buy dog food from his business and was pointed in the direction of the door after getting yelled at. You would think an owner of a dog store would know the Federal Laws about Emotion Support Dogs compared to Service Dogs.

HORRIBLE! Not only do they not allow pets in the store because of their "territorial" little dogs, but the owner took it upon himself to call the police on me today because i was walking my dog without a leash (which is legal in Whitewater according to Municipal code chapter 9.08.090). He spent a few minutes yelling and lecturing me until the police said that I could go. Their limited selection and higher prices are the only other motivation you need to drive the additional 1.5 miles west on main street to Wal-Mart. I'm all for buying local when there's an added level of service but this hole in the wall pet store is the antithesis of a mom and pop shop.

Unmatched selection. If your pet needs it, they have it. Unfortunately not dog friendly, which is a bummer for a pet store, but they have two doggies who are losing their site running around the store to say hi.
