As it states in most of the previous reviews, the lady inside shouldn't be doing any type of CS job whatsoever! Been there a couple of times and she is so short and rude that it really rose my blood pressure to have to deal with her...and their $100 minimum is a complete joke!!! Not to mention, it would be nice if somewhere in their ad it would say something about credit card only.

If you're having a good day, do yourself a favor and don't visit this location.The lady in the office will have you regretting your decision to go there within the first 10 seconds of the interaction and then charge you $90 some dollars for a few bags of garbage to further add to the disgust you already experienced. I will never go here again and will, with a smile on my face, drive an hour if need be to do business elsewhere. You will not leave this location with a smile on your face I assure you, I've tried twice...

Always looking out for customers best intrest, even though people threat them bad. The employees there are just doing their jobs GARBAGE and landfill services are a privilege not a right and it cost money to operate a landfill. So please respect and thank them. Special thanks to Kay and Tony for helping me with nails and my van! 🙂

I’ve never seen someone so bad at customer service in my life, especially when it only entails watching trucks drive on a scale through glass. Super rude and super expensive. Good business opportunity for anyone with any type of people skills to take a good amount of business from this “dumpster” fire of an establishment

Went to dump. Had been several times. Always paid cash (20.00) was charged 58.00 for 2bags and misc. Items. When asked lady at desk she couldn't explain the weight, said may have mixed invoice with the person in front of me who had similar truck with more weight. When I asked for a manager, they threatened to call the sheriff unless I paid. Never got an answer from anyone.

Delivery delayed a day without notification. Then delivered the next day late. Required me to call them for status twice.(Dumpster).

Hours changed and was sent away yesterday at closing time. Went there today lady was rude and I was told $80 minimum charge! Are you kidding me? I could buy garbage stickers and put it on the curb for less (only had a truck bed full)! Will never have my business again.

Today only had "20" to unload. Lady there today frkn rude, she actually came to my dumpster, interrupted me, to ask me if I " heard" her. I said yes, she called me"rude". Told her she was rude, she proceeded to walk back , but not before she looked at my plates. She also said that she could have me barred from ever coming back. 😆 Don't these guys pick up my garbage every week? I think we can all hear her when she talks thru that dammm speaker, loud enough.. Anyways just another day at the dump.

We'd often heard of dissatisfied client's experiences, but they're the only disposal service that provided a dumpster for our troubled renters that collected curb garbage.2007-14 always paid and added two other accounts!2016, shiny brand new dumpster! NO drain? That's right! Patiently...Reasonably requested 3x a drain. Solution?When they found there worst dumpster, they put it in place?Disrespectful!Of course, they without authorization, charged +$12/ month, since they're scammers, no invoice!Ignorance?Soon we'll be rid of them..

If I could give zero stars I would... this place used to be easy to get rid of bulk items.. but not any more. No matter what you have to get rid of its a $93 charge.. what a joke..

Horrible customer service! The woman in the office was extremely rude (10-16-20@~3:40pm). If you hate your job get a different one! I would fire you on the spot! Your interaction with customers is simply unacceptabl.

I don't understand the $80.00 fee. Whats even more confusing is the "no cash" policy.... How can a State run landfill refuse to take a Legal U.S. Currency? Buy a safe or something!

I tried to call the land fill in Whitelaw, got WM's main operators. They transferred me to Whitelaw where I got a recording that basically told me they dont want me business. My Van's on wheels, I will haul it to Advanced disposal.

I think it is outrageous to charge 80 dollars for half filled trucks. Someone needs to take care of this issue. Or I am pretty sure we will have garbage all over the county.

Due to a couple inches of snow my pickup was cancelled. I received an email stating they were not picking up. I was still charged but received no service for this month.

Found out today that it is now $80-90 minimum to drop off bulk trash! Not a chance. Used to be $20.
