Stopped in during their grand opening week to check it out.If the 2018-2023 owners left a bad impression and you miss the way Barney's was when Don and Virg owned it, give these new owners a try.The 2018-2023 owners left these new guys a huge hill to climb to get Barney's back to the classic Barney's everyone loved. It will take time.If the community surrounding Weyerhaeuser wants Barney's back to the way it was, support these guys through the rebuild as they are able to bring more and more classic options back.

Best butcher shop anywhere! Best bacon,sausage on this planet & reasonable prices. I drive up there from Chetek and well worth the time. SMACZNEGO!

We bought a half a cow from a friend of ours and he had it processed at Barneys. We picked up the cow and brought it home. Soon we noticed that a bunch of the meat was being freezer burnt. Noticed quite a few of the packages weren't properly vacuum sealed. Ultimately ended up having to cook up the meats as soon as we could and ended up throwing out some. Not too satisfied

Jerky, Pizza Burgers, Porketta, bacon, smoked pork butt, burger, summer sausage, beef sticks, chorizo, hot dogs, double smoked ham, and their stuffed chicken breasts are the best I have ever tasted. I also get my venison processed there. You can't go wrong.

Barney's Meats was great they exceeded my expectations it's good to see small meat markets with some groceries are still around. A full service Meat Market they do whole Hogs and beef.

This place was my favorite when don and verginia owned it. It has gone down hill to me. They dont keep burgers stocked and their hours suck.
