Yum, chicken juice and wet paper, the girl that made my sub was clearly new as she didn't know where the tortilla shells for wraps were, so I can't blame her for not knowing to drain the chicken juice or how to wrap the sub. I can blame the other 4 people working including one manager, that do know how and never offered to help her. Learn how to properly train your staff how to make subs please, I'm tired of throwing unedible food in the trash because of incompetent or lack of caring by the staff.10.11.2022Tried yet again and the second photo is how my sub was when unwrapped, after I pulled the paper that was pushed into the middle. How are people suppose to eat this? Please please please train your staff better, this is the only "fast food " in our small town. It never used to be like this, but the younger staff just doesn't seem to care how it's made. Would they make their own sub like this? Doubtful.

Don't have high expectations when you come to this Subway. We had an online order for a 6:05 pick up. We came right at 6:05 to the drive thru and were told to pull around to the window. We waited until 6:20 and realized they forgot we were at the window. My husband had to knock and get a workers attention to ask them for our food. The worker had a bad attitude and was very unapologetic. The food was made and because it was sitting was cold and soggy. Subs were not made well. Bad customer service. Yikes...I even pre tipped when I ordered online. Step up the customer service Wega Subway...

Huge thanks to owner Vanessa for taking care of truck drivers that stop here. I’m driving a brand new fire truck, won’t fit through drive through, so I walked up and called the number as directed. One of the girls working quickly answered and took my order. When the girl brought my sandwich to the front door, I offered to pay her and she refused it. Thank you again for the free sandwich and helping keep us drivers fed and on the road.

Closing early on a Friday night.... Not really good for business. Id assume a lot of business is from after sports and long shifts..... refused to answer the phones but they double checked to make sure the doors were locked. Should maybe turn off the drive through lights too if you wanted to close early. We arrived 20 minutes before your posted "closing" time.

My fiancé and I ordered our subs on the app and when we picked them up we noticed they forgot our chips so we went back around to the window. We waited until a guy looked at us the hid around the corner, my fiancé had to flag him down! We get home and start eating our subs and they tasted HORRIBLE! They must have dumped the whole salt shaker on our subs! We couldn’t even finish them!

I usually like the sandwiches and wraps there but the last couple visits have not been good. The one sandwich was soggy and the other was smooshed and falling apart. Using the app could some work also. I order online and still wait forever to get my order

The greatest Subway we visited on our cross country voyage! Where else can you get thick, fresh slices of Wisconsin mozzarella on your sandwich? Definitely the best spicy Italian of the trip!

Normally I don’t post negative reviews however we had terrible service at this location. Starting with taking our order at drive up and cutting me off while trying to order. When I stated I wanted to combo I was yelled at asking chips or cookie. I was also not asked what we wanted on the sandwich. On top of that our order was wrong with a toasted sandwich after we ask for not toasted and the wrong flavor of chips we asked for. I understand people can have a bad day, however when you’re in customer service you don’t take it out on your customers. And we were the only ones there

Called ahead for a order of 3 foot longs to be PICKED up at a certain time. (Hours ahead) Got there and they weren’t ready. The lady said well, you said for this time & it’s not that time yet. 2 minutes before I was suppose to be. If it weren’t for her co worker apologizing, I probably would have been more upset. I don’t need to hear how busy you were. You had hours. With anything I want to make sure I give them enough time. Customer service was not her Forte.

The food was made great. The woman who made my sandwich was very friendly and courteous.However while I was ordering there was a woman facing away from me talking under her breath. She initially told me to hold on. I'm guessing I was giving my order too quick or something. Then while the girl making my sandwich asked me yes & no questions, the lady in back was finishing my statements with "please" or "thank you". I guess she thought every single affirmation needed to be accompanied by pleasantries.I discovered that the woman treating me like I was a petulant child was Vanessa, the manager. I asked if she spoke to all of her customers this way and she said that she was just asking me to use manners. The thing is that she didn't ask me anything. She just mumbled please or thank you at the end of my sentence each time I said yes or no. She was extremely rude and dismissive.I have been here several times in the past and based on all my experiences up until now I would recommend this subway. I understand sometimes people have bad days but I was being friendly the entire time. If she would have listened to the whole interaction she'd have heard me say "thank you, have a great day" at the end. Instead she was rude and unpleasant from the get go.I still like this location as far as it is conveniently located & my food is made good & too order. Hopefully next time Vanessa will leave the attitude at home.

A young man named Caleb made my sandwich he was very nice and patient. He made the best sandwich I’ve ever had!!!! He was also super handsome as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Clean restaurant and bathroom. Service was quick and food was great. Ingredients were truly fresh and weren’t old or discolored. Workers were kind and clean. 100% would come back

Had to go through the drive up because lobby was closed. Won't do that again. Ordered 4 footlong sandwiches and I got home and 2 of them were wrong. Next time I'll drive to Waupaca, blizzard or not

Their is an employee named Joshua that works there he rang up my order and when I ran my card through it declined it saying prior authorization needed, I was two dollars short in cash not expecting to have to pay with it this man changed out a ten dollar bill from his own wallet and helped my girlfriend and I get out food and all he asked me to do in return is pay it forward hopefully his manager sees this and realizes he has a good crew working there and thanks again to Joshua

We ordered 4 subs online and two of them were made incorrectly. They did refund and replace the order which I appreciate. Other than that when I went in to pick up my food they had a clean restaurant and friendly staff. I’m wouldn’t recommend but I might possibly go back there for them again.

This is one of the better Subways for their food quality and service however there is only one clerk that knows how to give a senior citizen discount for each sandwich purchased. The young man tried but we got no senior discount on either sandwich that was purchased. This seems to be the norm not the unusual. You have to ask for the discount and then don't get it, All of the clerk's need to be trained.
