Grabbed a freezer from them on short notice. Pricing was reasonable compared to everywhere else. Original one had an issue where it wouldn't get cold enough. Guys came back and gave us a different one that works perfect. Not even a question, just checked it out and replaced it.Overall, nice experience.

Definitely A small town Hardware. Has everything from appliances to welding gas. From fishing bait to beaver pellet. But no tool rental 😢. The ladies have been aways very helpful.

We moved into a new home, not knowing that the gas hookup was broken after we had bought a gas stove here, they were so good, so kind in taking back the original stove and selling us an electric stove! Wonderful customer service!!

Shop local at Virch's and you won't be disappointed. I bought a new Whirlpool range to replace a Jenn-Air that was 20 years old. If you don't see something you like on the appliance floor, they'll order it for you and at very competitive pricing. Plus they'll service what they sell, which is getting harder to find, especially in a rural area. Scott and Todd Virch were really helpful and Scott and his assistant did a great install of the new unit. I recommend Virch's.

I will never purchase appliances anywhere else. Virchs True Value is old school. They stand by their products. You'll never get the service, that they offer at Virchs, at a box store. You are doing yourself a disservice if you purchase appliances anywhere else.
