This is a great place. They have outstanding communication while you are waiting for your car to be fixed. They do this through texts that inform you of the whole process. They had told me it was going to take two weeks and my car was done in only one. Friendly staff and outstanding customer service. They also cleaned my car which was full of pet hair. Highly recommend!

Someone tried to steal our Hyundai Elantra and broke passenger window and tore up steering column. The team at Gerber did a great job communicating repair status, and workmanship was perfect. The car is as good as new. Thanks much.

Westfield,Wi: Dodge Mini van. Took in for an estimate. Deer damage, only damage was left quarter panel and grill. Told to bring in. I stated that if it appeared more damage to call. 4 days later was informed by insurance carrier that it was being totaled out but we could by it back and no work had been performed. I then informed insurance that I would take settlement and buy back.Called Gerber to tell them my plans and was informed parts had already been removed but would put back on for $160. This was a Friday, went over on Monday after a phone call to them asking when it would be put together and was now told they couldn’t put broken parts back on due to liability. After viewing it they had removed parts that didn’t need removal,broke the left mirror, punched out a rust spot and totally trashed the parts that were removed. Left no option but now to except claim as totalled and surrendered the vehicle. Alex hung up on Monday phone call to him. Would not recommend anyone to them. By the way then he wanted me to pay a lot storage fee after all. All this after driving it about 200 miles with no issues following the deer crash.

Excellent service and exceptionally friendly staff. Dave and Melissa are both very affable. My window regulator broke 2 days before I left for vacation to Alabama/Florida, so I definitely wanted it fixed before then. Dave was able to get me in at the last minute and got the job done the day before I left. I also hit a deer in 2017 and Precision Collision did an excellent job making my vehicle look as it no accident had ever happened. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other body shops in the area. I would definitely recommend this place!

Taken 3 vehicles there on different occasions (deer hits, broken window) and they did an excellent job. Nice people. Never had a problem with them or my insurance co. accepting them. I would recommend.

Hit a deer with my car and my insurance company referred me to them. They were very prompt, calling me to actually come in for my estimate. While there they were very friendly, professional, thourough, honest and upfront. Very neat and clean place as well. Haven't gotten the repais done though so can't review the workmanship but I do have faith that the results would be stellar.

Our Sequoia was mercilessly attacked by one of the wild pine trees in our yard, causing quite a bit of damage. I found Precision Collision by searching on the internet. I was impressed by their professional looking website and pictures of their modern, clean facility so I gave them a call.They already had a very positive relationship with my insurance adjuster (GEICO) and were very professional, laying out the whole procedure for both me and my wife. They gave her a very nice late model loaner car to use for the week that the Sequoia was in their shop. Just a little over two weeks from crash to fixed and we're back on the road. Very good work, OEM parts, great customer service and peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality, timely body work.

Unfortunately we had to use Precision Collision a few times to fix our cars due to my wife having a run in with a deer and my new truck getting hit by a lunatic. Hopefully we will be gone with these issues in the future, but if not we know where to take our vehicles for they have a great bunch of people there but more importantly they do amazing work as our cars are like new again.

DO NOT Take your vehicle here. They called me a liar and called in an adjuster without telling me. Not my insurance company, but this body shop called in an adjuster on their own, because they thought I was lying. All this manager did was complain how insurance companies don't take care of him. I got off the phone with State Farm and said that everything was good to go, yet this guy is such a weasel that he called in an adjuster to make me lose money and not get my truck fixed right. STAY AWAY!!!! TRUST THE POWER OF THE REVIEW!!!!
