They need to get rid of the lazy, creep that only works in the morning. All I ever see that guy do is sit half passed out in the office for hours. Or stand in an aisle for half an hour doing nothing. Then yells at his employees about a messy store. Dude don't do nothing in that place.

This store carries quite a variety of merchandise and grocery items. Clean and bright. Good sales. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Good variety of things. Foods, baby items, shoes, dog food... Decent prices.I feel this is a very valuable store for our smaller communities. Not only supplying necessary household items but also much needed employment for the area too. Sure beats having to go all the way in to Portage or beyond!

Pricing was inaccurate. $16 error and they would not just credit my credit card they wanted to rescan the eight bags of things I bought. I told them forget get it I was already there an hour trying to get my receipt fixed. Told them to just give me all my money back. Will never step foot in that place again.

The perfect place for quick, cheap shopping. Dollar tree sacrifices quality to make everything under $1, but Family Dollar gets the next step up. They have name brand items, but usually those are a touch more expensive than at a larger superstore. Staff is friendly and helpful, shelves are always stocked.

I know we can take the people that work retail for granted.. that said .I feel great after meeting genuine people that have the gift of making sure you feel better on the way out than you do on the way in.It was just a pinch grocery run . Thankful for the people at the Westfield family dollar!

The management here is not professional. And the people they hire there is rude. Beside one person that works Cassie she really nice to my family. Besides that there rude. There is a man as a manager there and never greets u or helps you with no guide in the store.

They continue to be closed hours before the closing time listed on their door. Twice in one week I've showed up to a handmade paper sign on the door saying they're closed, at 7pm and 8pm, while the store sign just below it clearly states they close at 9pm. Seeing as it's a small town, and one of two actual stores available, I find it ridiculous that they're closing that much earlier than they are supposed to.

The staff refuse to wear masks, despite it being politely requested, a company policy, and mandated by the State of Wisconsin. Their disregard for the well-being of our community is disheartening and I cannot reccomend this store until such time as they wear masks for the safety of their patrons.

Droids in this town are so bored they will follow u around the store if u are an outsider .I've had numerous females clearly stalk me not just to the store when my car is parked there , but also making efforts to interact with me when I check out . All recorded for ' quality assurance ' in my speculation which is nearly accurate every time ( technology doesn't lie , only retards do )

Great store, even during a pandemic. Yes, the door says masks are required, but the employees respect people's individual preference to wear a mask or not.

Horrible place. The store manager is a creep and very rude. I've never had such a bad experience at any store. I suggest shopping or working anywhere else. Don't put yourself through the trouble of this dirty disorganized business.

NO MASK BEING WORN BY EMPLOYEES !!! It is state LAW and the sign on the door even say NO ONE MAY ENTER WITHOUT MASK !!! Apparently this employee thinks this law doesn't apply to her !!!
