The guy at the counter stared at me blankly and silent, until I asked, "Doyou speak?" I had come in with my five-year-old daughter, who was pretty excited for a (rare) trip to Burger King, but she may has well have been a meat popsicle or other inanimate object, based on her treatment from the totally checked out counter person.The burger I ordered was slopped together haphazardly and carelessly and fell apart quickly. I have a hard time imagining a lower level of customer service, possibly because it's inconceivable. It may not exist.In my visit to Westfield Burger King this evening, I have been instantly converted to be a full supporter of automated fast food restaurants.BRING ON THE MACHINES.

Only giving 4 stars because their soda fountain was out of ice. But the Coke Zero was still cold! Stopped at 1:00 on a Sunday. They were super busy, with the drive thru line to the street and several people waiting in line inside. Took about ten minutes to get to the counter to order, and about another 5-6 min to get my food but it was HOT and fresh, honestly the best Whopper Jr. and fries I’ve ever had from BK. Great service despite the longer wait—they were doing their best and everyone was friendly. 10/10 would stop there again if passing through the area!

Employees were slow and rude. One of the workers was napping in a booth. Got my order wrong and politely told girl that they gave me fries instead of onion rings. She didn’t even respond, just rolled her eyes and walked away. After waiting 10 plus minutes we just left. I usually never give bad reviews but am so disappointed with this generation that don’t understand the concept of common decency.

Give Brian a raise!!! He was extremely friendly and nice to us during our visit. He was very charismatic from the start (which was impressive because it was 8 pm) and he told us that we ruled :)Also, he complimented my partner's jacket and gave us a crown because he was so impressed with how stylish we were. 10/10 please hire more Brian's, thank you

The burger king in Westfield wis needs help. Service stunk. waited 45 minutesAnd they could not get the order right. The manager did not seem to care ifThey served any one . Wait time for them to take an order was almost 20 minutes. The only person there that knew what he was doing was the burger flipper. Would not recommend stopping at this burger king

Food was made hot and fresh we had no issues parking and waiting. Both ladies where very nice and friendly! Keep up the good work! Customer service was top notch I would love to steal both of the ladies that where working for the business I work for it it was closer for them to drive!

The food is your run of the mill burger king, but I've noticed a decrease in speed at this location. I understand on busy days food can take a while to be made, but when there is one customer in the drive thru and one in the building it seems a little strange. Not a huge deal but enough to potentially visit another fast food restaurant in the area instead.

Went in for a interview today and they gave me a cup and said to sit for a bit because they were busy, I sat there for about 45 minutes to a hour for the Gm to have a diffrent manager tell me that they all of a sudden are not hiring anymore so I can just go. Horrible service and not professional atall! I wish I could give them 0 stars honestly.

This location always seems to have issues - they are slow to serve (even when the drive-thru is the only part of the restaurant open...) & the burgers look as though they were literally thrown together. They get 3 stars because the onion rings have been super fresh the last couple times we have picked up food from here, which is super important. The drive thru is usually fairly crowded because its right off the interstate, so be prepared to wait longer than you think you should! The employees are usually pretty friendly, nice, & polite, which also earns them points.

Horrible, had a very long wait with one car in front of us. Obviously waiting for something special in his order. We got our order almost correct ( missing a sauce) but everything was cold. Never apologized for the wait offered us anything. Wont be stopping there again. Next time Arbys or Micky D's across the street!

This is by far the best Burger King I have ever been to. Fries are always hot and perfectly cooked. Burgers made to order and exactly per my specifications. Never had tastier chicken. Frozen cokes always soooo cold and generous with condiments. Staff is always very friendly.

The 2 for 5$ mix and match breakfast deal, is so great, I got 2 double sausage and cheese croissants. Super delicious! Great deal. The coffee, however, tasted burnt and old. Even with 6 cream and 3 sugars. Service was so-so, the lady on the line shamed us a little when we asked for 5 mayo, mind you we had 5 sandwiches, so it wasn't some crazy number. Service needs work, food is great!
