Since we've moved to Auburn, we've had west bend elevator do 4or5 landscape projects we have never been disappointed. There quality of work and there knowledge of products is excellent! I would highly recommend them .

It's not only the CHEAPEST place to buy food & seed for birds, squirrels, & other wildlife... but it's also the BEST quality food I've yet to find!! ❤The staff are super friendly, informative & so helpful. In fact, they'll even do all the heavy lifting... from shelf to the trunk of your car! 🏋‍♂️They also have many other goodies to check out, including a great selection of:~Bird & squirrel -feeders, -houses, -baths, etc. ~Unique gifts~Dog food, treats, toys, etc.

What a gem! I was told by someone to go here for my bird seed. Now I come for 25 pound bags for peanuts, and more! What a great selection for birds. From small scale to huge bags. Friendly environment. Good old down home feeling, like a mom and pop store, but on a larger scale. Everyone has been so friendly, and makes recommendations. And the owners adorable dog greets you. It doesn't get any better. I can't wait to stock up for my Spring bird needs. So glad I was told about this place.

Nice little place to get bird seed & feeders & horseback riding & care supplies. Really GOOD prices on feed corn. Would definitely recommend you call & see if they carry anything you're looking for.

I am super disappointed. I was very excited to start raising chickens. I did a bunch of research, talked to several farmers and decided to order baby chicks from here. I talked to a very nice lady, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I ended up ordering 6 baby chicks that she told me would be ready for pick up as early as May 28th. I got a phone call yesterday morning that my chicks were in and could be picked up. I told them I worked until 8 and would call them back tomorrow. She said okay and that was it. I received a phone call later on, around 3 that Went to voicemail asking to pick up the chicks before 5pm when the close. I couldn’t call back before they closed because I was working.I called today to see if they were open this Saturday to come and pick up the chickens. I was met with a very unpleasant attitude. She said it was very important that I picked them today and I said that’s not possible because I am working until 8 again. She got snippy and said “well there’s 4 left to be picked up.” I questioned this and said I ordered 6. She said they’ve been here since yesterday without food, heat or water and two ended up dead.When I questioned her why no food or water were given to the chicks she said, “we’re just the middle man.” So my chicks were never kept safe. Not once in the long discussion I had when ordering, did they say I needed to come pick up the chicks as soon as they called. I’m appalled. And I feel like a horrible human. If I would’ve known that their safety was in jeopardy, I would have had a plan to get the chicks when they called.

I love going into this store for dog, goat and chicken supplies. Aside from that the gift section is beautiful. Bird feeders, outdoor chairs, western clothing so many unusual items.

Good products and helpful staff always rank high and WBE has both. If you need seeds, fertilizer, animal feed, gardening supplies, etc that you can't find at your usual chainstores give WBE a try. The staff always carry bulk items to your car for you without even being asked. Old fashioned service in a well stocked store.

Have shopped there in past for solar salt, grass and bird seed. Recently because of the weather. Other places had no salt but they did. Unfortunately, supply and demand dictates price but I was still grateful since it was for the water softener.

Unhelpful and unfriendly employee. It's not a country store it's just like a Stein's garden center. Not much in the way of farm supplies. More like a city backyard hobby flock and garden supply store.
