I went to go get a few items earlier today. One of the barcode’s was covered up by a clearance sticker so instead of creating further issue I just went to a check out with a human. She had colorful hair and a happy new year crown. Her energy was great. She was kind and even wished me a happy new year. I know it’s March and usually that greeting ceases in January but I loved it and the customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got two keys made there and neither one of them worked. An employee and a manger himself told me to go to the customer service desk so they could help me. Of course the line was long, it’s Walmart. I waited in a line just to be told that they can’t help me with that. Wasted about $20 on keys that are useless. Do better Walmart. Also, nasty employee attitudes.

This place has everything you'll ever need. They have really good prices, too! I love their slogan, "Save money. Live better." They sure help us all do that here! I always enjoy walking through the clearance isle.

The workers at the self check out have serious attitude. The long haired brunette with dark glasses, proceeded to ignore my register flashing because she was busy goofing around with a.friend. When I finally said excuse me could you help me, she replied with "hold onto your panties". Excuse me ? I buy less and less here to the point I won't return.

Was driving for Spark, Walmart's "grocery delivery" service. 2 days ago, the brain dead employees who loaded my orders(there were 3 orders...) loaded them wrong in my car. You get a sticker for each order to be placed on THE RIGHT ORDER, which is apparently too hard for the little snowflakes who "work" there. After wasting 45 minutes fixing THEIR mistake, I called the store and explained to them the problem. I talked to the wothless, unprofessional employee who loaded my car. I have my phone about 12 inches from me, mounted on the dashboard, so I spoke a little bit louder to project myself. I get back to the store, and the easily triggered, scared, and offended "Team Lead" comes out and starts accusing me of "yelling and swearing" to the other snowflake, who must have needed a safe space to hide in after the call. Of course she came out with another person who would side with her if need be, so I started filming the conversation. She then said that I was "scaring her" and walked away. Then the "Coach" came out and I explained the stiutation to him, then he went back into the store. I received another order and checked in, only to have my order cancelled. At this point I knew I was being kicked out, so I called the "Coach" and asked why my order was cancelled. His reply? the employees didn't feel safe. Later that day my Spark account was deactivated. Moral of this story? The easily-triggered snowflakes who have ruined Walmart are not held accountable for the awful service they provide. Giving them 1 star is being generous.

Best thing to do is know what you are shopping for... then get in and out.They shop in the store like they park in the parking lot....just wherever they want.... have never gone into the store without seeing 3or4 Co workers just talking away and doing no work.If you need help good luck finding any body with enough sense to help

Your typical Walmart, but a little bigger than average. Pretty good selection not twenty four hours which really sucks. Also have a tendency to move stuff around the store which can make it really hard to find.

West Bend, wis. Is a dump. They r not stocking/ pulling forward products cause the workers r 2 busy shopping for the pick-up customer.Never find anyone who can help.

Had my bank card hacked, by the self checkout debt of $104.00 . Will not be using my bank card at Walmart. Be careful people! I only made a purchase of less than $5. Boo to security and Walmart

This is one of the first Super Centers in Wisconsin and it is better than a lot of the newer Walmarts. It is way better than the much newer Beaver Dam Walmart but not as nice as Hartford's. All Walmarts are not created equal but the West Bend Walmart, even after all these years, is very exceptional. It has all the services and of course a Jackson Hewitt Tax Service as well.

I got an oil change. The people were nice, but I had an issue with the actual oil change. Three days after the oil change, a small skid plate fell off the truck as I was traveling between villages on the highway at night.I had questioned the technician about the oil change, and he said something about having an issue finding the oil filter. (It didn't surprise me because Ford did make it easy to get to the oil filter. Under the radiator area is an area you have to untwist the fastners to gain access to snake your arm up to the oil filter.)The truck started to make a funny noise. My first thought was maybe something had gone wrong from the oil change, and the engine was seizing. My son thought it sounded like a skid plate. As I was pulling over, I thought I heard something had fallen off the truck, the noise stopped.I opened the hood and looked around. We used the lights from our phones to look under the truck, nothing dragging. My son walked behind the truck, 20-30 feet, and found the skid plate.The skid plate is held into place with one-time use plastic plugs. He must have pulled the skid plate down and just pushed it back into place. There is no reason to remove this skid plate for oil changes. The only thing behind the skid plate is a cross-member. The edge of the plate in the photo shows where the plate was dragging on the ground. Luckily, no damage, and no one was hurt

This was the only store in West Bend that carried almond paste. I needed it for Christmas baking. Don't care for self checkout. I counted over 6 times before my coin was accepted.

I know Walmart isn't the best place to get higher than average organic foods.. or the best cloths, and its not like they need the money!But they do have a lot if youre traveling and only looking to make one stop. Over all this walmart has a lot of great people working here!

Very nice, very clean store. Well worth our 15 min. drive to get here! All kinds of new updates going on inside and out. Very nice looking. Be sure to stop in weekly to see what's new! Produce has been dialed up as of late, veggies are looking super nice! Keeps getting better and better out here!

Went in to get spray paint Didn’t have my wallet just my card. Got to the self check out and was asked for my id. (I’m 33 bald and look older than18) I was denied the spray paint even tho the last 4 times I was there I was simply asked my age and not for my id. I had to make my wife go park the car and come in with the kids to show her Id that they had to (scan) for the purchase which they didn’t. Hate this store more now than ever. A manager that looked like they were 14 came up and confirmed without an Id I can’t get it. A simple quick pit stop that should have taken me 5 min or less ended up taking me close to 25 min.

Dont try calling here.... especially at night....Ive been trying to get ahold of LITERALLY ANYONE and by anyone i would even talk to a dog at this point.... Its been 16min of just me trying to get ahold of anyone (even a dog) I had to call pharmacy to try and get ahold of a MOD. I dont wanna be a Karen but i am genuinely trying to get ahold of a manager so i can even ask them whats going on. The pharmacist was more help then anything she was able to get ahold of a MOD and was actively giving me updates for the 14 PLUS MINUTES it took to even get ahold of a MOD. I am very angy and just want some cheap tires 😭

On three separate occasions I checked the online inventory to see if what I wanted was available. Not only was it not available, but the substitutes on display we're totally unsuitable. All I can say is goodbye Walmart hello Amazon

The store is clean, and well stocked but they are usually low on staff so you either have to self check out or wait in a long line. Other than that: prices are reasonable, and the selection of items is always good. This is usually my go to place for most of my home goods needs. I sometimes grocery shop here but not usually, but only because I prefer elsewhere.

They do have deals but you will be waiting around to check out. If you like auto check out you still have to wait. When something doesn't pick up the code. What's the difference using fast check out lol or a human always waiting.

One of the dumpiest Wal-Marts you will ever come across. Not exagerrating either. Employees who don't care, low stock or none at all on much of their inventory and some pretty shady looking shoppers to boot. I will take Meijer over this place any day of the week. Also, seems like I have a new ding, scratch or dent in my car everytime I go here.

I almost always enjoy my experiences in Walmart although I was a little disappointed that you cannot purchase tobacco products in this one. I'm from ohio and we support personal choices and the wal marts there do not inhibit you from choosing to use tobacco.

This was a quick stop and shop for auto items. The customer service was attentive and friendly in the auto department. I was able to locate my items and check out in less than 15-20 minutes. This department is stocked, it is orderly and very clean. I was checked out quickly and the associate even opened the door for me.

For the most part, I don't tend to have a lot of issues with this place. But today I ended up getting home with a box of Seagrams which turned out, had 2 broken bottles. And it seemed like it wasn't recent since the box and bottles weren't wet at all
