Always enjoy coming to Home Depot to get things because they're usually for my hobbies, like rockhounding. I also like getting painting supplies for my next masterpiece, which someday in my life I would like to sell and share with the world, and im also out of space to put them lol, so if anyones interested....... 😅Yeah cheap plug lol gotta start somewhere right?!

I love HD. It's a solid, decently run Home Store with employees who always want to help. I can always find someone to assist when needed, no bad attitudes (this is the best!). They allow my canine pals to peruse with me, and unlike the Walmart of Home Stores, "Menards" - Home Depot CARES about keeping me as a customer.I'd ordered cabinets through them during the CDC plandemic and it was horrible and time consuming getting everything delivered via Kraftmaid. It took 11 months, our re-orders/replacements always going to the bottom of the delivery list for damaged doors, scratches etc. Home Depot Management (Anne H) stepped in and she helped TREMENDOUSLY! They truly showed me that they cared about their customer and because of this - we will always shop there! Thank you! 👍

Their return policy sucks. We were doing home remodeling and I wasn't able to use the shower/faucet combination. The product wasn't even opened but because I didn't return within 90 days, they wouldn't take it back.

I mean what else can you ask for. It’s right across the street from Menards so if you can’t find it here you can get it there. Slightly more friendly staff at Home Depot. Less staff to find then when you’re at Menards.

Great HD location.. I'm hosed, so wife is getting the driveway salt... the staff fell over each other rushing to carry the the heavy bags out! Always helpful, bought all of our remodeling stuff there and rented associated equipment too... their design staff helped us get the right custom sized stuff ordered correctly.. place across the street needs help to catch up.

Whoever was working the service desk on April 3rd during the night was extremely rude. I was carrying a heavy box and set it down on the desk and she said “do you have a receipt” I said “no I was going to checkout here if that’s ok” and she continued scanning our stuff and was sighing the whole time like we were disturbing her when she wasn’t doing anything. Always have a problem with her at the desk, everyone else is extremely nice and welcoming.

The management is TERRIBLE. They allow their employees to be assaulted and do nothing. They constantly bully other employees and degrade them. They are a complete joke here and only care about themselves. Have no idea how they got into a management position with their DISGUSTING behaviors. Will be contacting corporate and going above and beyond to get ahold of someone to make sure this management team gets what is coming to them. It is completely disgusting. Have seen the way they treat their employees under them multiple times. It is disgusting.

We have bought appliances from Home Depot before and picked them up and took them home ourselves in the past. We have ordered a stove and it has to be delivered because it wasn’t at the store. The delivery driver instead of coming to our house which he was a half a block away, decided to leave the neighborhood and drive off. My husband was waving him down and he drove away and would not pick up his phone. We had to wait 3 more days to get it and they told us they were going to be coming after 5 o’clock and now they say they are coming between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM when no one is home. You need to get your delivery people straight because this is ridiculous.

Had a great customer visit here this AM. Went in to exchange a lighting fixture that had a missing mounting plate. No receipt, no issues. In addition, the screws for the mounting plate had been too long for the outlet box I was working with. They provided a few bags of screws that would work, free of charge. Really nice to see this type of customer service from a larger outfit

Excellent Store, always friendly, Staff always ask me if I need help with anything as I am walking through the store. As a contractor I am here quite often and always have great service. The Mill Work department has been extremely helpful with several large window orders and estimates and the prices are very competitive for top quality products. They are knowledgeable and professional and friendly an excellent combination.

Love home depot! This is the ONLY place we go for all of our home maintenance needs. We just bought stone & had it delivered for landscaping. Great experience & it got here very quickly! We recommend this place to everyone!UPDATE: Went to home depot to purchase a few items. They have such a wide variety. Pretty much, anything you can think of for your home. The employees are great, if you can find one. 😁 Their prices are comparable to other home improvement stores. I really can't say enough about the AMAZING service received by the employees! My husband and I would still highly recommend home depot for any and all of your housing needs!!!

One star, not for this particular store itself but for Home Depot's atrocious customer service by telephone. I'd prefer not to rate this particular store so low (I'm sure they're fine), but I see no other way to get the message to Home Depot HQ. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to make a simple 1-item order, only to be put on hold with no end in sight. I hung up and processed it on-line myself in about a minute. The reason I had to call in the first place was necessary at the time but unimportant to mention.Home Depot, your phone system kept ending my calls prematurely and dropping into apparent loops. Your rep was incapable of making a simple order, he seemed unfamiliar with your store, his audio was breaking up and very unclear, and he struggled with speaking English. I understand how hard it is to speak a foreign language and don't discredit him for trying, but your customer service reps should communicate clearly - especially over the phone.Another source of frustration is Home Depot's inept way of handling tax exempt accounts over the phone and online. Other companies manage to handle tax exempt accounts efficiently and effectively. What is your problem, Home Depot?In the past, Home Depot has messed up our orders, overcharged us, and gotten delivery dates wrong.All of these are reasons why I will generally stay away from Home Depot unless I have no other choice.

It’s a Home Depot so not much else to say. The employees are a bit “ambitious?” to try and help, might be a good thing for some people that are not sure where to find certain items. It does seem like it takes this store in particular a bit longer (than other Home Depot’s) to get help for loading, but I’m not sure that should detract from this review in what they offer .
