I like Sierra Trading Company for the fun of bargain shopping, if nothing else, but this location was certainly one of the better ones I've visited.Everything was well organized and easy to find. Items were neatly placed on shelving or hung up as appropriate. Plenty of selection and the merchandise was not crowded together.Staff was helpful and friendly when I visited.

Absolutely love Sierra. This is where I purchase most of my son's clothes. Name brands at a discount. Also they have my favorite Keen shoes at a discount. My go to place.

This is a review for 5below. I didnt know how to change the store name. I like the new store.The onlyy problem was a lot of the products were either not priced or the price sticker on or below the product wasn't the right one. Otherwise, for the store being NEW, they sure had a lot product on the floor. Items that were on the shelf and fell off just piled up together like someone attempted to clean up. You have to know your prices. The same exact items I've seen at the Doller store were going for 3-5$ there. Other items are priced well. Go in and check it out. Lots to choose from. Well stocked.

I spoke with Jason about a candle Jason told me "yes we have the candle when I arrived the candle was not what I spoke to Jason about Jason even took my name. I drove over thirty minutes to get to Sierra n west bend. The staff was very helpful but Jason has not returned my phone even tho he ask for my number and my name again. Jason offered 10% off an item which I declined I have called Jason every day for five days no return call yet Jason has poor customer services skills. When I call the phone just rings rings so I will never shop here again Jason can call me to discuss even tho he said he would call me back after he discuss this issues with the GM I have nothing but I will keep calling until somebody answers the phone I even called Brookfield Sierra 2c what the problem is with the phone I have not heard back very very poor store visit and I feel Jason should b fired this not a good shopping experience.

Cool place, it's basically tj max but for outdoors type stuff. Place was clean and well organized. Prices seemed pretty good for the brands there.

Cool store, decent products at better than retail prices.Advice for some of the existing employees for phone etiquette; wait 3 seconds before responding to customer's question, repeat back what customer has asked, to clarify you have their question correctly understood, and don't hang up the phone on them when they're talking.

Big fan here... Big fan 😆 I live in puerto rico so I Love to buy my shorts here when I come up from puerto rico. They got great thin selection of name brand for cheap. Puerto Rico is more expensive like twice expensive

Literally my favorite store if all time! Sierra is the best store to buy outdoor gear in the West Bend area. High quality items at steeply discounted prices like you can find at the TJ X line of stores. No need to pay full price at REI.Clothing, camping gear, snacks, shoes, you name it. I no longer need to travel to Delafield to shop Sierra. Great addition to West Bend!
