Fruits and vegetables could be kept up better, I find a lot of outdated produce, Very disappointed. Food is expensive enough we don't need to buy rotten food as well. I shop at pick n Save all the time and for many years. So I would like to see the produce department keep up with their produce. Thank you

I had went to my interview with a manger, apparently she wasn't flexible with my schedule since I'm in disabilities. She was nice enough to do my interview, even I had picked the wrong location. I told her my limit each month, I asked what the wage for groceries/clerk? She won't even tell me?! How much I can make and I would, it possibly know without wage without to figure it out my math, forsure I'm glad she didn't hire me, since she isn't going to be flexible with me, I rather contact her manager higher. Is felt uncomfortable with my interview, I was under pressure. I said thank you I interviewing with me.

Relatively clean with a friendly enough staff. Overpriced even if you are a card holder but that's most places these days. Would rather go to Meijer. But I would gladly piece together aldis and pick n save in an attempt to save some money while grocery shopping.Updated review. Went to pick up a cake still at the bakery for forever with no response. Definitely dropping the star rating.

Good selection of products on the shelves. Sometimes the wait time in the deli is longer than expected. Seems like a shortage of employees. The self serve hot food is usually stocked well. I can add that the fried chicken and tenders are alway warm juicy and plenty of meat. The best choice is the beer battered cod. Just as good as a restaurant. Cashiers and stockers are friendly and willing to help.

Was there today around 1130am. They only self checkout lanes available, and it was only after there were more than 10 people with full carts waiting at the self checkout, then management opened a full checkout lane. Terrible customer service on the part of management. Pic n Save needs to hire more employees and treat their customers better.

Absolutely love this store! Way better customer service than Meijer or Walmart hands down! This pick n save gives you service with a smile and not attitude like Walmart! They also now have Pepsi Peeps! First store I have seen it at!

Standard PickNSave, but I would avoid using the self checkouts.Stick to the manned registers, as their response time to helping customers who hit the "Call Attendant" button is laughable. They're more inclined to chat with each other then assisting anyone

Edit: how do they stay in business??? Deli counter... Do you know the term shaved??? I know good help is hard to find. My word, the cart boy has a bun half way off his head. No dressing for work anymore??? Zero professionalism portrayed by almost everyone.This was my go to and I'm just fed up. Don't try to upload the digital coupons in the store, it never works. I've gotten home and looked at my receipt many times to find coupon items not applied. Yesterday I was informed how to properly use the self check out rolling band. Like I'm supposed to be realizing how far someone else is in checkout if they are no longer at the machine. I shouldn't have to check myself out with these prices. Boost membership was a joke. Got no extra specials. Gas points have been messed up multiple times now. I'm sure staffing is low, but don't put it on the customer.

The prices are outrageous! Even if you get a membership card it’s still very overpriced. A bottle of Johnny Walker for $32.99!! With a card $25.99! That discount is still $3 more than Piggly Wiggly and $4 more than Otto’s. When the cashier circles your savings at the end it’s a joke. Just because you mark up things $10 then lower them by $7 is not savings. They must think we’re dumb. And it’s not just alcohol. Try shopping there and compare… will never be back. Insulting.

I've been shopping at this pick n save for years and have not had a single bad experience. Elizabeth in particular is incredible! She always goes above and beyond for customers, even though she doesn't have to and I'm sure is under paid. The other staff is very helpful and courteous as well. Comparatively, the south location is terrible. The staff is comprised of disgruntled older employees by day and untrained, apathetic teenagers by night. I highly recommend choosing this location over the one on Main.

Been shopping here for years without issues but the other day bought some of their fresh shrimp from the seafood case, that ended up being bad. It had a strong ammonia smell and taste after cooking which would indicate old shrimp. Someone there needs to pay attention to the freshness and age of their seafood before someone gets sick. They did offer a refund for the shrimp.

Alot of people dont like pick n save because they say it's expensive but I think they have great prices good deals and produce is ALWAYS fresh. They also have the best rotisserie chicken salad at the deli out of ANY grocery store I've been to.

This Pick ‘n Save is much better than the other one in West Bend. The layout of the store is much better. The only thing I don’t really like is the stacks of boxes they leave in the middle of the store. Makes it seem a bit cramped. And I don’t like the new packaging for the frozen vegetables. The roundy’s packaging looked better than the Kroger. But the workers are really nice for the most part. Also I love the buy 5 save 5 deals.

We have been shopping here for 8 years since we moved to this area (even longer in our previous house) Since Kroeger has purchased them, I have seen this store go downhill considerably. Numerous times in the last few months, stuff that is on sale isn't stocked, this appears to be the new normal. Have to constantly ask someone if they have the items (IF you can find someone to assist...)There are*never* enough checkouts open anymore. They keep trying to funnel you through the poorly implemented self checkout. (They have the worst self checkout software of any I've ever seen). The final straw was last Saturday morning when they had *two* checkouts open (on a Saturday morning? really?) and the line for each checkout was 5 deep. The line for the self checkout was just as long with one person running back and forth among the 6 self checkouts trying to assist customers because there are so many issues with these things.I've decided if this company doesn't care about customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere. I will no longer be a Pick n Save customer after shopping at this chain for over 20 years. Goodbye Pick n Save

Was told I needed to sign up for a store card to get the sale price on 1 item. There were a lot of people in line at customer service and I didn't want to wait 20 minutes to get a store card. At piggy wiggly in my town they just can scan a card at the register for casual people with just a couple items, they don't force you to sign up for a store card.So in this case I just set my item down and promptly walked out of the store. The employees didn't seem to care about the lost sale. I won't be shopping at pick n save again.

Deli department was closed at 4:30pm on a Saturday.I know you are going to give the excuse of no one wants to work/ short staff.BUT PLEASE..Take a page from FESTIVAL FOODS & Preslice some lunch meat before they leave.Some Ham some Turkey some Salami… Anything! With school coming up for school lunches you can’t be closing early…Or Just close the apartment and just have pre-packaged.

Went there specifically to buy salad and found exactly what we wanted great right....nope. Turns out as soon as we get to our out of town location for the Thanksgiving holiday we turn on the news only to find out that the Romaine lettuce is making people sick and potentially killing them and everyone is advised not to eat it and throw it away! Well We aren't going to throw it away we called the store and fortunately they are going to issue a full refund upon our return from our holiday festivities. That's at least good but they should have had this off the shelf already as it was in the news b4 we bought it:/

I love shopping at West Pick 'n Save! Please keep in mind, that if you think customer service, products, etc. are not as good as in the past it's because we - the people - are always in a hurry, do not always control their children letting them run & touch whatever they want, never smile, never think about anyone else so grab as much as they want even tho they don't need it. We also pick up products, squeeze them, then toss back & pick through for something perfect. Makes for a great people watch at times - usual ending up in disgust!

Sometimes the workers are not helpful and friendly. Make sure you get charge the correct price. Had a bad experience tonight in Bakery.. The girl cleaning the area did not want to go see if they had a certain cake. I asked Jackie (another employee that doesn't work in Bakery) and she found it for me. Thanks Jackie, because of you I give this 2 stars and not one.

Dear Pick N' Save,I saw a young lady, Jessica, outside pushing the carts in. She had phenomenal technique, I think she should train the rest of the staff to push like her. Shes a marvelous young leader in the workforce who I can see going far places in life. I think you should consider moving this fine lady to the CEO position as soon as possible.Love, Alex

Shop here often. Needed swiss cheese from the deli and the girl waiting on me must have been having a really bad day. I ask for whole slices not an end half size cut. When I asked her to change it she seemed to have a problem with that. Drop the cheese in a bag tossed it on the counter and walked away.
