It's my favorite grocery store anywhere around the area! They also now have in stock Mt Dew newest hyped drink called Purple Thunder and they are 12 packs which also they have a great sale this weekend with buy 2 get 3 free so that breaks down to 19.98 for 5 - 12 packs of your choice! Cannot match that in my opinion!

Lately, last few months to be exact whomever the new Baker is for the donuts can you please check on them prior to placing them out. They are always hard now. Bottoms sometimes super hard, other times entire donut is hard besides inside. Sometimes they are even cold? Sometimes they are even soggy? Weird to have soggy, cold if you are preparing them. This location use to be awesome with donuts, loved their donuts for years. Now will be definitely driving to other side of town location as their's are never hard, or cold or soggy.

The men's restroom is absolutely disgusting. I've been living in west bend for 5 years now and regularly shop here. The men's restroom is ALWAYS nasty. Opening the door it smells like urine! The floor is yellow! I'm starting to wonder if they clean the restroom with the same enthusiasm as the rest of the store 🤮. I never see any adults working up front. Any comments fall on deaf ears of children working part time.Don't be bitter. Be better!

Devin is a absolutely amazing cart pusher. Snow, rain, or fog he's always working hard to get carts in. Should absolutely get a raise and a position as a professional cart pusher.

There have been many changes since the chain was sold to Kroger, starting with forcing the customer to pay the cost of acquisition. Popular products have disappeared. And now they are tampering with delivery. It's too much!

Don't shop here Sunday morning for your weekly groceries. They can't afford to pay someone to work a checkout apparently.You have to do their job for them when you have $200.00 in groceries to scan.Everyone was friendly during my self inflicted checkout even with their checkout stopping me 5 times over the course of 15 minutes. But a couple of quips from one of them on how "I'm not doing it right" and "I shouldn't buy so much this early" are remembered.I won't go here anymore for my Sunday morning shopping, Meijer has manned checkouts and I am happy to give them my business.I honestly was so frustrated that I almost walked away forgetting to pay only because I had to scan some items, bag some items, scan some items, bag some items, rinse and repeat.I am sure I double paid for a couple of items but I just wanted to get out of there.I like the store, their products are just fine, the people are great, I really prefer to go here, but the checkout is so nauseating that it is just not worth it anymore.

Awesome pick n save, so much better than Grafton. Wish I lived around here because I'd shop there all the time. Store is lays out really nice and they have a really nice, big home goods section which was surprising. It's almost like a small Meijer.

The baker/donuts make who is responsible for all bakery, some bread items sucks now. Definitely has changed a few different hands over the past year you can taste the difference. So disappointing when we really enjoyed your bakery vurses other grocers in town.

Normally I like this store, but today was a disappointment. We gathered our food and went to check out, only to find out that the line was about 20 some people long with not nearly enough cashiers to handle it. That's the most irresponsible thing I've seen in awhile. Are the managers so disconnected from the daily happenings in the store that they don't see the long lines and the need for additional cashiers? Very frustrated

This store has gone downhill over the last few years and it has officially lost our business after shopping here for more than 25 years. Stood in line at the deli on 2/5/23 just to be told the slicer is closed for the day after waiting for my turn. Also, the self serve registers are always absolutely disgusting! Just so sad that a once great business with the best customer service you could experience has turned into what it is today.

Bought a family pack of pork chops and when I opened the package, they smelt absolutely rotten. There was even 2-3 days before the sell/freeze by date. Disgusting!

Large selection of mostly ultra processed food. Lots of junk food, pop, cereals, TV dinners etc. Reasonable produce and meat sections. Steaks are decent with a good selection of cuts.

Today was the last time I'll ever go to this location. Tonight there was, yet again, just another poorly trained, apathetic teenager working. He rudely cut me off, without saying a word, while I was starting to scan my items at the self checkout to tediously clean the register. Presumably so he could be able to leave right away at close. Then ignored me for some time when I called for help for a price discrepancy. Of which he refused to correct, despite me proving the e-coupon was still valid and clipped. Had I gone to the north location, it would've never been an issue. I highly recommend choosing the north location over this one. They are FAR more courteous and helpful. Especially Elizabeth, she is so sweet and amazing at her job! Save yourself the headache and don't shop here.

I shopped for the last time at Pick N Save today and came home with nothing. I had numerous issues with this location in the past year: poor staffing (NOT during covid spike), pricing discrepancies, rotting produce, problems with availability on sale items too often. Today they wouldn't take rebate cards issued for medication I give my dog (they do not require activation or a PIN).I'm sorry to say that I can no longer shop here. Meijer, Walmart, Sendiks, Aldi and Piggly Wiggly are all better than this. And my rebate cards were accepted at two of these stores in the last 30 minutes.

Great location on south side of West Bend. Very friendly and available deli associates willing to take requests. Store is very clean. Just a little claustrophobic up by the check out lanes. Staffing for the check out is very adequate. Doing grocery shopping is not a favorite thing. But the stores does a great job trying to make it as enjoyable as possible.

This particular location has great customer service, including service with a smile. They are very accomodating, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide variety of items and keep a fairly large stock even in difficult times. Would strongly recommend shopping here.

They carry a wide variety of produce and it's usually very fresh and of good quality. I love that the salad bar often has dogmas! The deli is pretty standard as far as a Pick n Save deli goes. The seafood department is great and the staff is very helpful. I love that I can get cooked crawdads without having to buy a box of them. It's a far cry from what i'm used to but still yummy. I wish they had a bell because there isn't always someone behind the meat/seafood department counter.My main gripe is that you have to walk through the produce/deli/bakery/meat & seafood departments to get to the rest of the store. That's a real pain if you forget something in produce as there is no cut through from the main store area. That was a very poor design choice.Overall, I am pretty pleased with this store. They just make it more difficult than it needs to be for a quick trip.

Seriously, I tried to stay loyal but today confirmed why I will no longer. I wanted to purchase steaks and fresh shrimp and waited over 10 minutes and still couldget no one to appear at the meat counter. No managers in site either. This is 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon.Then got to check out and only 3 lanes open, customers back into the isles waiting and then I had to bag my groceries. I am leaving now and going to Sendiks where I should have gone in the first place. My failure in judgement won’t happen again.

Nick has been absolutely awesome. He has took the time we needed to look at different models and makers. Than let us have time to pick the right trailer for our family. Found us a great deal. He even let me come take pictures so I can shop for the necessary items needed inside. Looking forward to our first camping trip in our first trailer. Thanks Nick!

A great grocery store. A wide selection of products. A great deli, fresh produce with a great selection. A great meat department with a butcher on staff to help you with all your needs. A wonderful bakery with fresh baked donuts, muffins, breads and rolls. An added benefit is a very well stocked liquor department. A wide range to choose from, including beers, wines and hard liquor. A great and friendly staff. Check them out.

Dear Pick N' Save,I saw a nice young lady, she goes by Jessica, outside pushing the carts. Oh what a fabulous job she was doing, she was a marvel to see. The technique she had while pushing was immaculate, I think she should teach all your employees her ways. She should also get paid way more, and get more breaks. She truly has a bright future ahead of her, she should be promoted to CEO asap. Shes does need to clean her shoes though.

We use the pickup service order online and they bring it to the car. It's pretty good occasionally they ask to substitute some thing that I'd bet if you went in yourself you would find it but it doesn't happen too much but that's why I gave them 4 star's instead of 5

Very happy with Elizabeth at west bend. My card got locked out and she was very helpful, and I think she deserves a raise! She went above and beyond for helping the customer! Very pleased! Would come back!

Normally I like shopping in this store. But today the bagger was rude and handled my purchases roughly and one item I bought did not make it into my bag. It was only a $1.29 item so I’m not going back for it. Luckily I have choices of places to shop. It surely doesn’t have to be a place where clerks are rude and my purchases are not put into the bag.

For it being the weekend before Christmas, the store was exceptionally clean and well stocked. A manager (Joshua maybe?) was out ringing customers on a register, and was the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with at a grocery store.

Produce sub standard. Usually no sanitary wipes for carts, bags missing in produce depth. I do not buy meat from them also. Other stores have higher quality meat. Since Kroger introduced, store has even went downhill more. Products I used to buy not available.
