Mikayla is great with my dogs. Mylo is almost 12 and can’t jump and she is very patient with him. Cooper is just goofy and floofy and she seems to really like him. She always points out if she notices something or is concerned about something and I appreciate that.

Beginning with consultation, that went good, well I thought. Explained I wanted my dog Bella, shaped, NOT shaved. Pointed out wanted her to be longer in hair length. She mentioned a poodle type cut and I said NO, I do not want my dog to look like a poodle, she is Bichon/Yorkie mix. My dog looks like a F'N poodle. How I wish I could send pictures to you to show you how bad she butchered my dog. I trusted the store in Menomonee Falls, WI and I was sorely disappointed and the West Bend, WI store did not do any better. I am ashamed on how she looks. She had bald spots everywhere, chest, under her legs. He ears are not anywhere near even, she missed so much and took way to much in more places. She touched her before taking her back and indicated she had some small mats. I understood that, because I brushed and combed her out for 3 days prior to bringing her in. She cannot tell me that she had to be shaved because of mats and if she does, she is a liar. Plus for the cost, that didn't make me any happier. I booked online, there should be an algorithm that gives the customer a warning of all the hidden costs like: charging extra for dematting, an additional cost of, as it is listed, Shave, Brushout, SCI, Plus a Petco materials fee. If I knew it was going to be over $85.00 I sure as hell would not have taken her there. I couldn't even confront Mikaila, she was gone before I returned. I told the workers how pissed I was with the way my dog looked, there was a very nice gentleman named Drew who discounted the bath by 25%, but still was not happy with all the hidden fee which still made my bill over $75.00. Drew indicated he would bring this to Mikaila's and Manager Nic's attention and have Nic call me today 10/17/23, but as of 2:40 pm I have not heard anything. Believe me when I say, I will never step foot into a Petco till something is resolved and if not. I will never step foot into a Petco and will let all my friends know what happened to my dog.

The grooms are great. It's just this 1 old lady that works there she is very rude never speaks or help when asked just looks at you her customers service is horrible.

WE love Shauna, she cares about our pets as much as we do. They are never scared of her. She also does a thorough job and gets everything done that is requested in a timely manner. I have 3 pit bulls and she knows how to work well with the breed. One of my babies (Pacino) has a temper when it comes to getting his nails done and ears cleaned. Shauna does not let that stop her from getting the job done. Seeing we just moved to the area last year, it was great to find someone that i can trust with my doggie children!! I have seen how some groomers treat dogs and are rough and not passionate with them. That always scared me until I met Shauna. Please consider giving her compensation for her amazing work for your company. Thank You!

Our dog is groomed really nice every time including her nails. She smells great and there is less shedding. Our dog also likes the socialization when she gets groomed. The gal that grooms our dog is also really good!!!! I give her a decent tip because she earns it!!!!

Colleen is the Best grooming stylist I have ever come across. I love how she is so bubbly when she sees Penny. This time I stayed and shopped the whole time Penny was being groomed. I stood and watched her and was so very pleased at what she did with My Tiny Toy Teddy Bear, Penny. Also the way she handled her... She is worth every Penny I pay her....LOL No pun intended. The young girl named Hannah was very nice but not experienced. She needed help by another women of whom I do not know her name was very incompetent. She said Corky Lu tried to bite her twice. We have taken my now 11 month old puppy there since she was 2 months without incident. I have noticed that most of the groomers have quit I WILL NOT HAVE HER THERE AGAIN. PREVIOUS GROOMERS WERE GOOD AND COURTEOUS. THIS OTHER HELPER OF HANNAH WAS RUDE

Typically i use petco for my dogs toys, and food so over all i cant complain about the big picture i guess. This visit this store (Paradise dr, West Bend, Wisconsin), im Very very disappointed. Was looking for a self serve dog wash, there was a description on Google maps under this location from the owner, that talks about self serve dog wash, I decided to spend some time with family and end the day with the dog wash 45 min away from home, to be told "we don't have a self service dog wash". I'm so disappointed.

The groomer was fantastic with our cat, very friendly, professional and most of all you can just see the experience in her work. Definitely bring your pets here if your looking for a groomer. Very affordable also.

Appointment was scheduled for 9:45 am. Arrived at 9:30. Was told the manager wasn’t there to open the store. Was not let in until 10:00 am. This location is supposed to be open at 9:00 am.

Waited almost 45 minutes to get help in the aquarium section. Asked one of the employees for help after waiting 30 minutes waited for 15 minutes walked out and went to a a competitor.
