I stopped in for the first time on February 6th just to kill some time and to look around since I'd never been there. Employees were extremely nice and helped me out by saving a couple dollars. I ended up getting two cat wands and ever since I brought it home, my cat Riley has been obsessed with the fox one. She drags it into whichever room I'm in when she wants to play. Nice quality toys and excellent staff. Will definitely be back when I'm in West Bend.

I always shopped pet supplies plus when I lived in Pennsylvania, I was glad to see one so close to home when I moved to Wisconsin! I had my first Grooming appointment here today for my pomeranian and I am very pleased!! We will definitely be back!! Chiara did wonderful!!

I love taking my fur baby here to shop. It's always pleasant and the staff are always so helpful. I love that pets are welcomed, and it's an extra Plus knowing that if your fur baby needs grooming that they offer grooming services also, there's a grooming area with supplies if you want to bathe them yourself.

I really like this business, their great prices and people. However, the last 2 times I have ordered online, they do not have everything I need in stock. So I have had to drive back and fourth from the store. I have had to be refunded and then pay again, once they get it back in stock. They offer me other items, but that is not what I need. I use coupons and I buy in bulk and this is very frustrating. Holding orders up to only 5 days is ridiculous if your store allows me to buy the items you don’t have in stock. At least allow customers to have a longer pick up time until you get the item in.

Update: 5 stars I've always liked this store. I went to the one in Racine when I lived there for many years. Glad that we have one in West Bend now. The store size is just the right amount, it's not a discount store, but it's not a super store either. You can come in, get what you need, with a nice variety, at excellent prices. I even utilize the dog wash. Instead of going to a car wash that has a dog wash, the one in the store is in the back and they have different heights so you're not breaking your back trying to wash your dog. And you can buy a coupon book and pay per visit instead of the amount of time you utilize. Nice hot water available, different kinds of shampoos and always a roll of fresh towels. My Benny loves picking out his own favorite treats when we go.

I found my experience in dealing with the three employees to be a positive one. By no means was I dissatisfied. Today I purchased a Corydora fish, and am a regular customer at the West Bend location for my cats, lizard, and fish.

Kenny is hands down the go to lady!!! Every time I've needed assistance with my fish problem she's been there to help. I always hope she's in when I go not knowing what I am doing with my fish tank. She's the BEST!

I always have great experience when shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. My little Jaland mix Kessler accompanies me on my shopping trips. I adore the pet clothes! The staff is so friendly to Kessler and myself. The prices are slightly high but with so many other positives it balances out.

Excellent experience! Great customer service from staff and clean/easy to use doggie wash. Even offers a doggie snack after their bath. No hassle setting up appointments, or dirty dog bath area like a recent dog grooming experience on Indiana in West Bend.

They did an excellent job grooming my dog and washing her. She is very wild and excited to be by people so I'm glad they did such a good job. Very good experience, although they finished almost an hour past when they said they would.

The manager at Pet Supplies Plus in West Bend is the most kind hearted person on the planet. I may be bias since I work there and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon but the manager has never made me feel unwelcome and shows amazingly how much she cares about her employees. When she hired me she not only believed in me enough to have me become a shift lead at her store very early on but then encouraged me to join the grooming academy there and never stop encouraging me to succeed. She goes above and beyond for not only her personal employees but the other stores in our district. She has made our store so much money and brought so many customers happiness for their pets. The employees at our store are not just employees to the manager they are her family and she would do anything for them. Screw boundaries because I would not have it any other way. If you need a local pet store to shop at and want a place where you would feel welcome Pet Supplies Plus is the best choice. If you are looking for a fun and encouraging work environment for yourself or your child this is the place to go. I could go on forever about how you won’t regret it at all. Pet Supplies Plus and even more so the manager are one of the best things that has happened to me.
