Ordered carpet from West Bend and 2 separate times it came in crushed. Menards made me feel like it was my fault. Don't buy carpeting from Menards.

We ordered materials for a garage. The driver refused to deliver with a semi because the sign at the entrance of our road says no semis. Our drive is private and that sign does not apply to us. The following day our builder, who lives in the same neighborhood, saw a Menard's semi deliver materials to his next door neighbor!!! The delivery person wouldn't listen to me, that's deliveries are allowed by semi. Our builder was going to work while we were out of town, I had to drive 1/2 hour into West Bend to pick up the lumber so he could get started. Their flat truck is being repaired and they don't know when it will be done!!! We are missing the sheeting and the trusses for our builder to continue. I will NEVER step foot into the West Bend store again, it's also 1/2 hour to the Fond du Lac store and I am told their delivery department doesn't have issues!!!It's nice they want to make it right but the email doesn't work!!!

More stuff here than you can get at Home Depot. Staff is not nearly as friendly but there is also more staff here so you can find somebody when you need something. You just might get a glare when you ask them for assistance. All in all it’s an OK place to shop at. And on the off chance you can’t find what you’re looking for here you can just go right across the street to Home Depot.

Staff are not all the friendliest but there are some good ones. Lots of stuff but laid out in a strange way. Would appreciate if rebate system was a bit smoother. Relatively fair prices on some things, others you're better off going to walmart/home depot (paintbrushes for example). Come for the sales, skip the tools

For truck drivers - entrance is on parkway dr. From w paradise turn onto parkway dr behind the store. Once you enter the yard go past the docks there is a turnaround so you can straight back.

Worst Menards I have been to. The Customer Service desk associates and Matt are rude to customers. They are very argumentative. I will only shop Home Depot going forward. Super frustrating.Adding to this. The store associates are very helpful and friendly. I was directed to the desk at the end of the store to get a ticket for 5/4x4x8 deck boards. The desk associate rang up the wrong boards. This was not discovered until I got out back and the yard associate was assisting.I go back inside and to the Customer Service desk. The return rep informed me it’s my responsibility to check my tickets before leaving the store with an attitude. I reply back that I’m sorry I missed associate training day and I was never explained how to read their receipts. She then continues with her attitude and tells me to walk back to the other end of the store to get another order ticket to then walk back up to the desk for an exchange.I tell her no thank you. I’d like a refund and I will simply repurchase the correct items. She tells me her way is easier and I decline her offer and ask for a 2nd and then a 3rd time she finally agrees.Total frustration having to deal with angry store associates.

I bought a floor model refrigerator last year, and unfortunately the door broke. I was very upset about this situation, but Shane, the store manager, helped me out without hesitation. He reached out to another store to help me replace the broken part that the warranty did not cover. This is the kind of customer service that I love to see. I really appreciate everything he and the manager from the other store are doing for me.

Great service! When I asked for help I not only got it but they took me right to the aisle and product I asked about. Some places I go shopping are short on help and time and just point me in the right direction; sometimes that's enough but not always. At Menards they took time for me, answered my questions and even checked prices for me and did it respectfully and in a kind and friendly way. I don't often shop at Menards because it's such a huge store. I was happy and went home with everything I came for because they helped me to find what I needed. I was very impressed with the high level of service I received there today.

Just needed some things for the house. Furnace filters and a couple of other things. Although it wasn't 11% off, their prices are always good. I had assistance from one of the clerks on the floor, and there was no shortage of people available to help, and plenty of cashiers.

Busy on a Saturday afternoon but reasonably staffed. Not sure why they only offer a discount on items that fit in a paper grocery bag and not everything else, but it was definitely entertaining watching every try to fit stuff in their bags.

VERY helpful staff!!! I'm disabled and needed help putting cases of water in my cart & later loading the water into my vehicle. The staff gladly assisted me. The cashier asked if I would need help loading things into my vehicle as soon as she saw I was using their motorized cart and had heavy items in my cart. Thank you!!!

Poor customer service skills when addressing customers who are not wearing mask. I had a mask on, but my adult child did not. We were confronted by two store employees, and they stood about 2-3 feet away from us, I guess they don't care about the 6 feet rule. We were treated very disrespectfully, truly appears to be some type of power fetish vs caring about our health and safety. We were not allowed to purchase our items. We were told if you are not able to wear a mask you should shop online and we were asked to leave the store. WOW.

The one thing they are good at . Went in the yard to pick up materials. I could not fit In 1 load. Came back next day and they said entire list was picked up. Remaining material 3000$. It took 2 hrs for them to finally look at cameras. I told the manager they needed to spend more time training there employees. Response was that the people at the gate aren't actually Menards employees. My response yes, I know, neither are the people who send my rebates after 16 weeks. This happens often. Unsatisfactory

Brittany is an amazing assistant manager. She solved our issue as well as can be expected. She went above and beyond what she had to do. West Bend menards should be happy that they have a manager that can work that well with their customers.

Well, we got a wonderful new pre-lit Christmas tree with so many light options! On sale! We had to come home and set it up right away! It's absolutely beautiful! And at a great price!

Really liked it needed battery for my truck I have purchased 5 batteries from menards at other locations to they have ac delco really good batteries at a reasonable price all the stores are good probably my favorite store for all my building supplies most things I need and the rebate is nice to if there is any problem they take care of it without problems my favorite store is probably the one in beaverdam I like the simple layout

Don't buy appliances from Menards. They will not take care of any situations that arise. I recently purchased a standing freezer. After a few weeks I discovered that the door does not seal properly and there is a large gap along the top that has caused frost over all of our food. After over a month of dealing with the company I finally received a return authorization. Menards will not pick up and deliver a new freezer without me paying for both a delivery and carry away charge. So now I have to find away to unload all the food from the freezer. load the freezer and take it to Menards to exchange for a new one that I then have to bring home only to hope that this one isn't defective. The department manager first insisted that I could not just return the unit because the would only give me credit. then after multiple times of making the point the return authorization I have literally says RETURN he finally admitted that I could return the unit if it was within 90 days. 90 days from when I purchased the unit of course, not when I received the unit up three weeks later.

I know this store pretty well, so I didn't have too much trouble finding my light bulb and Gorilla tape. Like most big box stores, they have almost any thing you need. The staff is usually very helpful.

Came here to get In-laws a gift card. Stopped and got windshield washer fluid too for only 2.49 (was 3.79 at the Kwik Trip). Seems like they have everything for home and auto here.As the song says: Save big money at Menards.

Cashier was too focused on talking to a customer instead of scanning items. Ended up not scanning a couple of items and the proceeded to rescan the entire order. A transaction that should of taken a couple minutes ended up taking over 10. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Went the the west Bend store on Saturday the 29th love the store, but the girl at the checkout line was a Crab! didn't say hi how are you just look mad and then said good night it was only 1:55 her name was Lisa check out number 3 and didn't even bother to tell us about the rebate. I think she could of looked a lot happier if you don't like your job get a new one!. I have been to that store many times so many nice employees some times I guess you just get one that had a bad day but Don't take it out on the customer.

Great prices, items, even food you can't find in other stores, they have! Example; Sprecher root beer and all the flavors, plus a few new ones, are the cheapest you can find. 11% on everything will be running for quite awhile. I may be bias, I work there, but this IS a cheaper way to shop on alot of items.
