Can't recommend this place enough! Brought my 2 dogs here for a much needed groom. A mini golden doodle and a bernedoodle. Tucker (bernedoodle) is very scared getting baths and haircuts. I've tried meds from the vet, cbd, you name it. I've had groomers tell me they can't groom him anymore because he's too difficult. I ended up buying clippers and trying my best to groom him at home, but I'm no professional! I found this place after reading reviews and let me tell you- I could've cried when I picked my dogs up! They were so happy and had the best cuts they've ever had! I love this place and how relaxed it was and can't thank them enough for giving Tucker a chance and making him look so handsome. I appreciate the work that goes into grooming and I highly, highly recommend!!

We have 2 yorkies a boy and a girl the boy Cashew is very easy to trim he's calm and will allow scissors or clippers, blow dryers trimming nails with no trouble. The girl Suzi is a compleat opposite she will fight so hard and jerk away she can hurt herself we tryed many things including seditives from the vet so we thought maybe professional help and experienced people would help. To be honest this was a kind of last hope desperate move we expected to get back a traumatized pet and hoped it wouldn't be to bad. Kacis seemed like a nice place friendly and experienced we left Suzi for several hours and when we came back she was subdued but not acting like they had tried to kill her LOL. From doing minor trimming ourselves we expected she would be skittish and want to hide all night but she wasn't acting all traumatized and was fine. Knowing our pets and what they tolerate well and Suzi's fears it was a very good experience for us and from all appearances the dog handled it much better than expected. Kaci's gets a five star rating any place can say they will treat your fur baby like they love them to but the proof is when you know your baby and how they usually react to situations and when you pick them up you can tell somehow Kacis seemed to find a way to help Suzi get through it.Our groomer of over 10 years retired 2 years ago and we've tried several since then Cashew is not much of a problem but Suzi Q has been difficult most vet or grooming visits she hides and slinks around for hours she tolerated Kacis really well and was back to normal almost immediately we love our dogs and are really impressed by the difference between Kacis and the others. We've decided we're going to take Cashew in even though he's no trouble to groom we're thinking they can do a better job making him look like those cute yorkies instead of just a hair cut.A final thought it was very reasonable because of her problems and getting into some bushes she had some matting and tangles that were proving difficult so I thought it would be a bit more difficult for the groomers but Suzi's whole grooming including bath, full trim, nails clipped was only $56.00. We received excellent service a clean, cute untramitized pet. In truth with the different groomers we've tried and the problems it would have been worth twice that.

My golden doodle has been groomed here twice, and both times were a great experience for him and me. Kaci is very considerate of his needs- he is fearful and animal aggressive and she accommodates to that and my schedule. He always comes home the most handsome of pups!

My dog was very nervous for his nail trim and she made him very comfortable and slowly introduced the sensation to him. You can tell she is a very knowledgeable and experienced groomer. I will absolutely be coming back!

When she first did a session with Shadow (a border collie/black lab mix that eternally sheds) she gave him back smelling fresh and thoroughly groomed. It took weeks before he started shedding again, but he still smelled good.It should also be mentioned that Kaci treats her clients like royalty. She's nice to the customers, but the dogs get spoiled. She likes to put a personal touch at the end of the grooming; it's easy to tell she loves the dogs.

Our dog is shy and usually afraid of most people, but Kaci helped Layla adjust at feel comfotable on her very first visit. Her 'gentle' grooming style and quality of work are second to none. It's very clear that Kaci has found her niche in life. She is awesome and a very comforting environment for your pets when you bring them in. She only has one pet there at a time so that not to make your own pet nervous while they are there. She allowed me to stay with my dog who is unsure when she's not with me and she was very warm and welcoming and did an awesome awesome job bathing and deshedding my dog. She did it in a way that I've never seen it done before and honestly my dog smelled good for weeks after. I highly recommend her she is very good at what she does.

Took my pup Gabby here for the first time today and I’m very pleased with how well Kaci groomed Gabby’s hair, especially her feathering which can be challenging to cut and not have it look too choppy. Kaci was kind and helpful and Gabby felt relaxed there too which is always a good sign. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place for getting your pup groomed! She did a great job and my dog never smelled so good. She also gave her a deshedding shampoo no extra charge which was very nice. Prices were very reasonable and she was able to schedule me right away.

I took my little Chihuahua to Kaci's yesterday for the 1st time. My lil Roxie is very anxious and can be territorial at times. Kaci was so good with her and made me feel so at ease. Roxie looked fabulous and even came home with a little bow on her collar. Prices are reasonable and she runs coupon specials! Watch for them! She also sells many items from treats and toys to candles!! We will be back for sure! Thanks Kaci!!!

We stopped in to check out the grooming salon and groomers before deciding to make an appointment. A calm , relaxed feeling came over me the minute that I entered the "lobby". You could see into the grooming area through the french doors . The salon is set up in a quaint older home in the downtown area of West Bend. The artwork of the signs on the house for the salon as well as the logo were created by the very artistic owner, Kaci, She is very soft spoken and her love of animals shines through. Both groomers make it so apparent that they are true animal lovers and that this is more than a job for them. Fun, unique items for sale in the lobby for both pets and people. I made an appointment for both of my Boys and they came out so handsome and smelling great! They even had their teeth brushed, part of a special of the month spa package .Prices are very reasonable . Tucker was not forced in a create to wait which is very important as he suffers from anxiety attacks . They instead had him supervising the lady as she worked on the shelving and products in the lobby. The shampoo and and deshedding comb out took out SO much fur and the bandannas they came home with are the best made I have ever seen and even have snaps! Great place, great people, great prices and great service! AND THEY WILL LOVE YOUR DOG!!! Thank you ladies !! Love Tucker and Barney G.
