We have been loyal to Sierra at Heart & Soul Pet grooming since the beginning! She loves my dog like her own and my dog loves her just as much. She takes the time to make sure my doodle is perfect, every single time! Not only does she do amazing work, she is truly the kindest, most free spirited human being in the world. I recommend her to everyone I know! You can’t go wrong bringing your loved pets here. P.S. she takes amazing photos that you’ll cherish forever!

Captain has been going to Heart & Soul Pet Grooming for years now. Sierra always does an AMAZING JOB! I can tell she truly loves her job and cares for all her furry clients. I have taken Captain to different groomers in the West Bend area and felt like they would rush the work and he would come home with cuts all over. That has NEVER been an issue at Heart & Soul. Captain loves Sierra and her staff. We both highly recommend you and your furry baby check them out. 100/10p.s Captain loves getting his cool customized bandanna after his grooming service.

SIERRA @ Heart&Soul is absolutely Fur-bulous!! She is exactly what her business name says....she puts ever ounce of her heart and soul into my pup Lacy during her full service spa day! She always greets us with smiles and laughs!She comforts each pup like they are her own! Sierra is absolutely AMAZING!! My dog struggles with anxiety. She worked with her since day one and now my dog LOVES her spa days! My dog also recently had ACL surgery and she handled her great! She really adjusts her services to whatever works best for the dog! She always provides great feedback about how my dog does during her spa day. I’m sooooo glad we found her!

Heart & Soul Pet Grooming is now the ONLY place I will be taking my dogs going forward. I rescued my first dog and was very nervous and anxious about getting her groomed due to incidents with my moms dogs at other facilities and incidents I have heard. Sierra is always great and treats all dogs with respect. She recently brought on another person named Kate who is just as great! My dog, Sophia, always starts prancing to the door once we arrive. I have seen Sierra interact with other clients dogs and she treats them as her own. The pricing is great and both ladies do great work! If you are looking for somewhere for your pet to be groomed that you can trust then this is the place!

After my last groomer abandoned my dogs’ grooming appointments the day prior, Sierra came to the rescue! I will NEVER take my pups anywhere else! All three of my kids have seen Sierra and she has done a phenomenal job each and every time. They all have different personalities - some handling the grooming process better than others - and Sierra treats them all with the same love, kindness and patience. I always drop them off knowing they will be in good hands and taken care of. I LOVE the report cards she provided me with during their first grooms. It showed me how much Sierra truly cares about each pup that walks through her front door. Her and her staff are quick to respond and provide any updates necessary throughout appointments and are always so excited to see my pups at drop-off. Today, I booked appointments for the rest of the year. She has a customer for life and I wish I would have found her a LOT sooner!

I take my new puppy, Miss Daisy Mae, to Sierra and she does so well with her. Daisy was very shy at first but Sierra helped her come out of her shell and also helped her learn that nail trims aren't so bad! I would highly recommend her. I will take all of my dogs here in the future.

I took my 10-month-old puppy here for her first grooming session. She was incredibly nervous, but Sierra and her partner made sure they didn't put her in a situation she didn't want to be in. They did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable and as calm as possible. They were friendly, professional, the grooming salon was clean, and prices were reasonable. I will definitely be coming here from now on!!

Sierra is hands down the best groomer and person I’ve ever had the chance to work with! My animals absolutely love her and I can tell she loves them, and all the animals she get a chance to work with too! Heart & Soul is like a home away from home for your pets. Sierra at Heart and Soul Pet Grooming has been amazing! She really takes the total well being of your pet into consideration. Her patience with the dogs is seemingly never ending. Even if she has to take twice as long with them, she will. I also love that she works one on one with them. No kennels of dogs waiting to be groomed. PLUS they always come out looking amazing!! Sierra is so sweet and down to earth. There isn't one other place I take my girl. ❤ I know everyone who goes there will love her and her work!

Sierra is the only person that my dog will let cut his nails. I have tried all the other places and he has not loved someone more than he loves Sierra. She is so nice and sweet to him. he struggles with meeting new people and she made him feel so welcome and safe! I will be recommending everyone to her. SHE IS AMAZING!!

Sierra is wonderful! I recently had my senior lab groomed with her and I cannot express how happy I was with the outcome. I was so thankful she does each pet one on one because my boy can get easily stressed in an unfamiliar place. The salon is quiet and peaceful. Sierra has such a sweet and calm demeanor which helped his experience and made him feel a lot more comfortable. I would recommend her a million times over! Also that deshed treatment has worked wonders!!! 🙌

I NEVER post reviews but this one is necessary. I could not have been any happier with my grooming experience with Sierra. I have been bouncing around between groomers to find one that best fit my boys needs. Sierra not only explained the entire grooming process to me, but let me stay and be apart of it. Unlike many groomers in West Bend she puts her heart into each dog and sees them for who they are and not just as another buck to make. She also doesn’t give up just because they are difficult. She took it very slow with my dog who is aggressive towards the grooming experience and taught me things I could work on at home to make him more comfortable. I am now on a 3-4 week schedule with her. I could go on and on about how phenomenal she did, but the least to say is I WILL BE BACK over and over again.

Brought my husky Luna here for her first grooming and was extremely happy with the service. The one-on-one grooming is much better than your typical large batch grooming service.The two ladies that worked with Luna were very professional and I could tell they really enjoyed working with her.Look forward to bringing my other dogs here for grooming! We went to West Bend Animal hospital for some dental cleaning with our dogs and we chose to have them groomed as well. We never had the grooming done with them before. Wow!! It was the best job ever. They were so caring. The dogs smelled and look so good. I found my new place for my dog grooming needs. I highly recommend WBAH Grooming.
