You can't walk past an employee without them harassing you about signing up for their rewards program, and you can no longer go out into the yard to pick up anything yourself. It now takes three times longer for me to get in and out. I will not be going to fleet farm anymore. I really appreciate the personalized response to this review, it shows they really care. ❤️

Some person honestly with supervisor and the corporate let him go. We will not go back to any fleet and farm for shopping in the future. Also we will not take any tolerance from the corporate. Also they find a way to make it perfect accident happen. We used to be love this store till today. We forgive you in our God’s eye.

I would have considered myself a Fleet Farm mega fan back in the day. It was my first ever job, and I absolutely loved the store and family owned legacy. My first time walking into the West Bend Fleet Farm I was met with this very overwhelming man trying to get me to sign up for the rewards program. I hesitantly agreed, and I put my email and phone into the credit card reader while he gave my friend and I carwash coupons for signing up. It rejected my information. He asked me to try again, and I did. He asked me where I was from, and I said Hartford. He commented on how my area code did not match my location. I said yes, not seeing this as a problem. I’ve moved, so what? He then informs me that I’m the problem, and that I really should update the area code in my phone number to reflect where I live…. I don’t know if he understands how phone numbers work but this isn’t something you can update. I tell him I’d rather not, and he proceeds to try himself for a 3rd time, incorrectly inputting my information, cutting me off when I try to correct him, and I watch while its ultimately rejected. After it rejects he says we should try again, implying we should try a 4th time, and I more sternly say no thank you. At this point he’s stolen too much of our time and I’m agitated. He then asks my friend to sign up, and she feels pressured into doing so. While she’s doing that, he asks for the coupon he gave me back as I didn’t sign up.Overall… super poor experience. As a person in tech my assumption is they’ve transitioned from just collecting zip code data to this rewards program and for some reason are choosing to cross reference the area code in your phone number against the zip code documented with your email. For those of us who move, this means we aren’t eligible for the program and encounter a terrible in person experience. This also means you have a terrible UX for data collection, which is a much higher priority for corporate Fleet Farm.

I’m not much of a review writer but I will gladly go a little out of my way to acknowledge how genuinely nice and helpful the staff is. I deal a lot with the hunting, fishing, firearms department. I have never had an issue with employees being rude to me and unwilling to help me. That alone will always keep me giving them my business. Today there was a minor issue with an item I purchased for more than what it was tagged for. Once I noticed it, Jessika took care of it right away. So thank you to her and the rest of the staff for always being so polite and helpful. It goes a long ways and needs to be recognized more.

It's fleet farm if they don't have it you don't need it.This is a newer store so it's very big bright and clean. Great selection with a great staff. Easy to get in and out of if in a hurry and has a great sporting good section. You'll find great prices on name brand clothing as well!

The commercials are correct, if they don't have it, you don't need it! We recently moved here and had never been to Fleet Farm. They have a little of everything from staple grocery items, to horse stalls and home items. The clothing brands are upscale, Carhartt, North face etc, but they had a decent selection of just about anything you'd need to get a job done from start to finish!

Stop in for Milwaukee Deal Days and check out our empty shelves!Come ON guys, you built this place years ago, and STILL cant get your stock right? How did you manage to have 3x as many hand tools at the OG location, but at this new "shining beacon of commerce" you have only a half of a half isle of sockets/wrenches/screwdrivers? Don't even get me started on your plumbing dept. I went to the old store all the time. Menards thanks you for your efforts.

Fuel is low. Fleet Farm Shopper Member Price .20 cheaper than up Nort. Did not have to prepay. Filled it up and paid inside.

Why is it so difficult to have things in stock? All I needed was a new headlamp, but none to be found. The last time I was there I just needed a new pair of wipers, but only one blade that would fit my vehicle. I was actually not surprised because I have rarely found what I need because they are always out of stock.

It's hard to navigate through the store. Too many aisles are not all going in the same direction. I feel I miss things.

This is not the Fleet Farm of my youth but a brand new greatly expanded store. While visiting family from our home in Texas we decided to stop in. Fleet Farm is better than the one I knew decades earlier. They have more selection, broader aisles, along with the same superior customer service. There are actually clerks that are available and you can find them with relative ease. They know what they're talking about, they're friendly, and they genuinely seem to want to help you. This sporting goods and firearms selection is immense especially for the state of Wisconsin. If you want it they got it. They get my highest rating!

I go once a week, I was hoping by now they would have what I need. They have low supply on almost all of my needs. And prices are not competitive. Unfortunately I will try to avoid shopping here, the fleet farm in fondulac blows this place away.

Great place to shop. Very reasonable prices on everything. We did alot of comparison shopping on a variety of items and Fleet Farm came out on top for having the best prices.The 6 foot cat tower was $150.00, well worth the money. Very sturdy and reinforced platforms. Our fur babies love it!!!

I could come here for 10 common items 6 will easily be out of stock as Ed to talk to a manager was told it won't do anything they don't carebut the final straw needed 2 truck batter hi can you look up what batter I need get a ride asa reply therea books over there just look it up walked out you will never get a penny of my money ever again I don't go places to be treated rudely

Went in for one item. I had to purchase to finish a project. Was pleasantly surprised they had it and said was in stock. There were none on the shelf but i could see a few up on top of the shelves. Finally found a clerk to ask them to get one down for me. She said she was not allowed to sell stock from the top but she would call someone to ask permission! I told her I'd buy it somewhere else. For some reason, I always have trouble shopping at this store so do not come here often. Was bothered that I had to go to menards to purchase this and won't be back unless I absolutely have to get an exclusive item here.

Brand new Fleet Farm is huge and long overdue. It has everything you would ever need and more. Now has groceries, car wash and many other items and features. If you like fishing they have 10 rows of rods and reels and loads of assorted lures. Everyone I talk to loves it. Make sure you visit and check it out. My bff bought tires there. She bought the Michelin Defenders buy 3 get 1 free. When installed there was a problem with the air sensor. We went back the next day and they replaced it free.
