Was in line for awhile finally called out is anyone at the register, older crabby short hair lady over by Xmas wall who has saw us all at the register as she looked over at us 2x, she yells I can't do everything alone I have to get xmas down, also at register i will be there when I can.. Did not know customers had to wait for an employee to stock first wow? Why so angry it's the holidays geesh! Get a grip lady. I am so tired of these angry employees find a new job then! Is it just the dollar tree in our town that their employees are so angry? CUSTOMERS ARE HELPING YOUR COMPANY!!!!

Terrible customer service. You can tell people just don’t care here. So I’m assuming corporate also doesn’t care that their store looks dirty disheveled and cluttered. They also must not care that their workers just kind of zombie around and don’t care.

Horrible customer service! As soon as I walked in, an older lady worker (who’s probably the manager?) came up to me and my younger sister and said to us in a rude aggressive tone, “you know you don’t have much time.” I minded my business and walked away from her. We had 40 minutes to shop and we were in there for only 15 minutes for quick and small items. The male cashier was friendly and nice to us though. The older lady needs to go and learn customer service skills.

Miserable old lady with long grey hair working. Complained about kids picking out toys to buy, line of 10 people and when someone asked if there was another person working to help check out the other cashier called her up and she asked why he called her in a rude tone. Pretty obvious the line of people going into the isle you were stocking. I've never been to a store that prioritizes stocking over checking people out. Do you want to go out of business? Apparently because she stated to another customer that she told someone to leave when they asked if she could check them out. Overal miserable place to shop all because of this lady. I would recommend many of the other dollar stores.

I’m giving this dollar tree an extra star, I originally wanted to put 1. But the crafty side of me loves the huge amount of crafts, my kid loves the fact that the toys are usually a bit different than the others. But all of that is hard to like when the cashier says oh I’ll be right back every 5mins to smoke a few hits off a cigarette.. Or you’re checking out and the lady doesn’t smile, look at you or speaks one word to you the whole time you’re being rang up… It’s definitely not a well kept up store, lack of cleaning and organizing is none existent but also I have to constantly move things to get a basket through, like a display on a shelf in the aisle. Take some pride in your work, and store or shut the place down.

Today the store was clean, organized and the aisles were open therefore making it a pleasure to shop. The only issue was that the person at the register clearly needed help getting through the line of patrons waiting to pay for their purchases. Management does have a sign for help wanted posted on the door as all the businesses in the area do.

Great place to find almost anythingEverything is now $1.25, but still a huge bargain.The staff is friendly and helpful. If you see something you love, buy it. The stock moves quickly and something you saw and wanted yesterday may not be around tomorrow

This Dollar Tree is not good at all!!! There is an older lady they’re shorter light brown hair kind of shoulderlength that never smiles when you asked her a question she just calls out the answer she never walks with you were helps you or says something like let me help you. She never smiles ....never greets you at the cash register register.... she SHOULD NOT be in customer service!!! She totally needs an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!! The place is always dingy dark... MESSY... unorganized...etc!!! I must say though there are maybe one or two of the girls there that actually are friendly and smile!!! There’s a heavier girl with Green/pink hair currently... she always looks like she’s ready to cry she never greets you and I guess if we talk to her maybe she might respond!!?? This is not good customer service to people who spend their money there!!!! Come on DOLLAR TREE.... get some happy people that actually want to work and make a living and enjoy their job!!! Be grateful you have a job!!! 😣 😫

I just kind of started out in the DIY world so I went to DollarTree at the recommendation of my boss. I've been a few times and, out of the two Dollar Trees in WB, this one is my favorite. There's also an older woman who works there at night who literally knows the store like the back of her hand. If they're out of something she can tell you how long they've been out and when they're expecting more- awesome lady!

Typical Dollar tree with items you normally find at Dollar tree. Good size store with good selection. But I did notice the health and beauty area. Was very low on products such as shampoo and body wash, lotion. The lady working the check out was polite.

I Wish you could go lower then poor to fair on this review. I had the worst shopping experience of my 38 years when I visited the West Bend Family Dollar. Before I even entered the store I had to walk in a cloud of smoke from a employee right outside the door smoking a cigarette. I honestly wouldn't have cared if it wasn't for my asthma. Inside the store they had a spill of some sort with no wet floor sign visible. I about slipped on the spill when I tried to reach an item off the shelf while reaching around one of their many carts they had out of place in the store. The whole place seemed grungy. My shopping experience was horrid. I thought to bring it up the store manager- A young blonde, I believe her name was Kristina- but she seemed rude and not to care to much about what I had to say. I felt like she had better thing to do. The employees seemed like they hated there jobs. They stared at me while I shopped, as though they thought I was going to rob them, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never spend another dime there and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about how rude and disrespectful everyone is in there.

The bathroom is filthy. Customer service is not good .. waited 10 minutes in line for cashier/manager to come back inside from cigarette break!! If I did not need the items right away I would have left them in the cart and left.. not going back there Manager is rude.

The store itself isn't in great shape but it has some nice stuff. I always find different stuff than the other dollar stores. The employees were a bit rude this time taking care of each other buying a soda while I waited in line and they messed around with bad customer service. But whatever I'm over it.

Employees (3) smoking right by entrance , walk thru smoke, then return to their jobs, the whole place reeking of smoke. No thanks, going elsewhere

I visited this store only once. I was looking for a food item that a family member wanted, a certain flavor that was in limited supply but supposedly sold at dollar stores. I walked into the store, looked for the item which they didn't have, and as I proceeded to leave the store the workers were yelling rude comments at my daughter and me. I thought it was strange or maybe I was mistaken, but after seeing the other comments here this seems to be a regular problem with this store. I'm 60 years old and I was shocked at their comments just because I wasn't going to buy anything. I'm sorry but if you don't have the item I'm looking for, then I'm not buying. This was several months ago and I haven't returned since, and I won't after the way I was treated.

Hit or miss sometimes good. Closes 10 to 15 minutes early. And then if you are in the store they try to usher you out. Locked the doors at 7:50

Love dollar tree! Great place to go for odds and ends. They have greeting card, Christmas decorations, cleaners, food,all kinds of things. Love love this place. I go there weekly.

Store was a bit dis-shoveled but employees were prompt and helpful. I wish the employees did not smoke in front of the store. I dislike having to walk through the smoke.

I have nothing but good experiences with staff, they go above & beyond to help customers. Go there quite a lot and have"never heard yelling"towrds anyone! Infact have seen them always curtious & kind:)

Use to be a dollar General -------Employees are very rude!!! Did not believe when we said cheddar nips were 3 for $5. Then yelled at us in the parking lot as we were leaving and accused us of selling drugs!!!

I just found out that this store doesn't heir anyone with breathing problems or bad knees or back so any one with any kind of bad health even if its learning disabilities don't do a job application for here and I found out from a employee

Always find good deals besides the .50 greeting cards! Snack foods and cleaning products are always on my list!
