Nicely organized store. Shelves were all well stocked. There were a number of people visiting/shopping. The floors needed to be cleaned, however, I was impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the rest of the store. I was asked twice in 5 minutes if I needed help, which is awesome.

Chris the manager needs a chill pill she put on a rant and rave show tonight made my 5 year old who has anxiety issues very upset. I feel for her staff the way she yells at them In morning will contact the store to find out who her manager is. I asked her name she snapped at me says I am the manager chris walked away after throwing a metal container across the register all I ask could she tell me if they carry a certain birthday supply also could she tone it down when yelling to her staff out in the open as she is upsetting my child. She upset another Elderly lady who placed her items down and said I will go pay more at the hallmark store.

Shopping for my work staff this early evening they hv more stockers on the floor then cashiers our line was down two other isles. Very petite older employee who I am assuming is the manager the way she spoke shoulder length dirty blond hair color who looks ill was very irate and rude to the black cashier had us in line concerned. A women was standing by what maybe a LP/Lounge area for employees she was getting profusely yelled at by this older lady which looked like a very toxic situation. That poor woman stood their and took it. Tis the season for Joy,Jesus, love to all. Have a meeting with your employees Dollar Tree. Many community members were whispering saying how that petite older women is in fact a manager always is a crab apple to everyone there. Time to nip that in the bud. We do not wish to see that while shopping. Please get more cashiers in the lanes and off the stock floor while you have two lines. Customers are more important then stocking.

Can't move down isles when a cranky lady is stocking who refuses to move the boxes, cart! Do not get into a customer service job if you are so owley and are mad at the wind! Cashier's were stressed talking about the owley manager chris who stands at the door and smokes, complains! Some of us customers have asthma, oxygen related issues and do not want to walk through this! Use to love this location now every time I come an employee is bickering and Chris, Liz are on a war path. Will only go to Grafton, Hartford now those employees are very friendly and happy and the energy is welcoming and store is well put together!

Liz the manager on duty was very rude when I was trying to purchase balloons for my daughter birthday party tomorrow. She was mean and unfriendly. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Cashier was stocking items right next to her register. I was told she would be right with me. After 1-2 minutes she pushes her supply cart to the other side of the store and completely ignores me. There needs to be a trained manager in the store at all times to ensure employees stay on task.

I love the store, but the staff made me and my friends very uncomfortable. The stocker would stare at me and my friends, and would not talk or blink. Again we were very uncomfortable, and she watched us check out. This needs to be fixed.

I was there tonight on 4/14 around 840 pm. After i get home i realized my wallet is gone. Called the store and they told me there was no wallet. I went back up there to see if it was outside and it wasnt. Called the west bend pd. No one turned it in. I hope theres someone honest out there that has my wallet. It also has my work card in their that i desperatly need. If u have my wallet please turn it in either to the dollar store oe the west bend pd. It was a lepoard looking wallet.

I’ve gone through Deborah’s line before and she is always rude and never looks happy or approachable. I understand having a bad day but this every time. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What made me finally leave a review is how terribly she treated the elderly lady in front of me. I was there March 5 2018 and witnessed her being very rude and annoyed with the woman when she was unable to operate credit card correctly. She also was throwing the woman’s things on the belt. Then comes my turn and I’m not greeted and she was rude and short with me. A customer service job is not for her.

Always friendly, great customer serviCe. Syore is well kept up, stocked. Never enough staff, always waiting in long lines no matter the day or time or month this is on going. Not as big as Milwaukee stores, not a lot of variety of products like Milwaukee stores.

We use this store at least once daily for it's deals and great selection. There is just one disappointed, we have a place up north and the closest Dollar Tree is in New London, Wi. There needs to be more stores up in Shawano county. Dollar General has taken over up there.

Good store with exceptional items for a dollar. However, the clerks there are rude, unprofessional and gossip about other coworkers in front of customers. Other than that!!! Not too bad!

Cant really call it Dolllar Tree anymore. Gives a wrong impression of the store. The store is now 1.25 Tree, plus items that are $3.00,$4.00, and $5.00.

Your typical Dollar tree with everything most Dollar tree's have. The floor needed to be cleaned. Also the lady checking us out reeked of cigarette smoke.
